The curing additive, solid waste and cement are cured and molded to form the artificial fish reef, the curing additive can convert redundant calcium hydroxide dissolved out by materials such as cement into calcium carbonate in time, a large amount of salt contained in the curing additive can be used as a hydration reaction stabilizer of the cement, meanwhile, the salt component can be combined with various heavy metals in the solid waste during the hydration reaction of the cement to inhibit the leaching of various heavy metals in the artificial fish reef body during the hydration reaction of the cement, and meanwhile, the curing additive can enhance the characteristics of the cement, effectively cope with sulfate erosion and chloride ion erosion, greatly improve the curing strength, the corrosion resistance, the weathering resistance and other performances of the artificial fish reef, so that the performances of the artificial fish reef body are obviously superior to those of similar products in the current market.
Wherein the curing additive is used to make the pH value of the concrete less than or equal to 10. The pH value range of the artificial fish reef is always in the biological adaptation range, and the quick attachment of organisms such as seaweed can be realized, so that the forming speed of the marine ranching environment is improved.
The invention also provides an artificial fish reef based on solid wastes, which is prepared according to the method.
The artificial fish reef is formed by processing solid wastes as base materials, waste is changed into valuable, resource recycling is achieved, the cost of the artificial fish reef is reduced, the cement consumption is greatly reduced while the characteristics of cement are enhanced by the used curing additive, the cost is further reduced, the curing strength and the corrosion resistance of the artificial fish reef are improved, the service life of the artificial fish reef is prolonged, calcium hydroxide can be eliminated from materials such as cement, the pollution to the seabed environment is avoided, and compared with the conventional cement-made artificial fish reef, the artificial fish reef is easier to adhere to seaweed, has short construction time of the marine ranch environment, has obvious comparative advantages and has popularization prospects.

Claims (10)
1. A preparation method of an artificial fish reef based on solid wastes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing and stirring solid waste, water and a curing additive, wherein the curing additive comprises a culture solution, potassium sulfate, urea, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate, and the culture solution comprises molasses, sodium stannate, ammonium chloride, calcium carbonate and borax;
adding cement into the stirring mixture, and stirring;
finally, adding aggregate, mixing and stirring to prepare concrete;
the artificial fish reef body is prepared by utilizing concrete.
2. The method for preparing the artificial fish reef based on the solid waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solid waste comprises tailings, coal gangue, fly ash, caustic sludge, coal slag, marble waste residue, blast furnace slag, steel slag, sulfuric acid residue, carbide slag, non-ferrous slag, waste gypsum, red mud, salt mud, drilling mud, sewage plant sludge and washing mud, wherein the waste gypsum comprises titanium gypsum, phosphogypsum, salt gypsum, fluorgypsum, soda gypsum and desulfurized gypsum.
3. The method for preparing an artificial fish reef based on solid waste as claimed in claim 1 wherein the aggregate comprises natural sand and artificial sand, wherein the natural sand comprises river sand, lake sand, mountain sand, sea sand, coral sand and coral reef.
4. The method for preparing the solid waste-based artificial fish reef of claim 1 wherein the aggregate comprises a domestic waste incineration slag, a construction solid waste recycled aggregate and an industrial solid waste recycled aggregate.
5. The method for preparing a solid waste-based artificial fish reef according to claim 1 wherein the curing additive is used in an amount of 2-5% by weight based on the total weight of the solid waste and the aggregate.
6. The method for preparing the artificial fish reef based on the solid waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the amount of the cement is 8-20% of the total weight of the prepared concrete.
7. The method for preparing a solid waste-based artificial fish reef according to claim 1 wherein the curing additive comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.5-3% of culture solution;
23-27% of potassium sulfate;
2.0-15% of urea;
20-25% of magnesium chloride;
25-30% of sodium chloride;
15 to 30 percent of calcium chloride
1-3% of sodium bicarbonate.
8. The method for preparing the artificial fish reef based on the solid waste as claimed in claim 7, wherein the culture solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
1-5% of sodium stannate;
1-5% of calcium carbonate;
0.1-0.5% of borax;
1-10% of molasses;
1-15% of ammonium chloride;
the balance being water.
9. The solid waste-based artificial fish reef of claim 1 wherein the concrete has a pH of 10 or less.
10. An artificial fish reef based on solid waste, prepared according to the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
