The gap between the pre-flanging plate, the flanging plate and the forming plate can ensure that the adhesive tape can orderly pass through but is not too large in resistance to be received, and the flanging position is placed to be folded for the second time or the two layers of adhesive tapes are staggered. The forming workbench is smooth in surface and provided with a groove and a fillet at the feeding position, so that the position for guiding the adhesive tapes is adjusted and guided, and the problems of wire hanging or adhesive tape damage and the like caused by the rough contact surface are avoided.
