Abstract
The special buffer gas column device for the umbrella-free air-drop and the umbrella-free air-drop device comprising the same are characterized in that the buffer gas column device comprises a gas column bag used for wrapping materials to be air-dropped, the gas column bag comprises a plurality of independent gas columns which are formed by separating through heat sealing lines, the width of each gas column is 2-8 cm, and the inflation pressure in each gas column is larger than or equal to 0.04 MPa. The invention also comprises an air-drop device comprising the buffer gas column device. On one hand, the buffer distance can be increased, so that the impact force on the materials is greatly reduced, and the materials are protected from being damaged; on the other hand, can improve the bearing capacity greatly, suitable goods and materials wide range, work efficiency is high.

Background
When the airdrop is carried out on the materials, the materials falling to the ground by the airdrop are often damaged or even cannot be used, particularly after various natural disasters occur, the airdrop materials or rescue equipment are the most direct and effective measures due to the damage of roads, but the materials after the airdrop are easily turned on one's side and rebound to be damaged, so that the financial resources are wasted, and the rescue efficiency is greatly reduced.
The existing air-drop materials are usually placed in the air-drop bag and then placed in the air-drop box body, the box body has certain strength, the box body is guaranteed not to be damaged easily after falling to the ground in the air, the requirement on the box body is strict, and the cost is higher. The larger the buffering distance is, the smaller the impact force on the material is, and the selection of the buffering packaging material is the key for increasing the buffering distance and is also the technical problem to be solved by the invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the special buffer air column device for the umbrella-free air-drop, which has the advantages of large buffer distance, large bearing capacity and small impact force, and the umbrella-free air-drop device comprising the special buffer air column device.

The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
A special buffering air column device for umbrella-free air-drop comprises an air column bag 1 used for wrapping materials to be air-dropped, wherein the air column bag comprises a plurality of independent air columns 12 formed by separating through hot sealing lines 11, the width of each air column 12 is 2-8 cm, and the inflation pressure in each air column 12 is larger than or equal to 0.04 MPa.
The design principle of the invention is as follows: the inventor is inspired from the lifesaving principle of fast-passing bubbles and air column packaging, particularly a car airbag, and finds that the state of fast speed reduction is very similar to the state of impact on personnel when a vehicle accident happens at the moment when a material parachute-free air-drop device lands. Therefore, the inflatable air column bag is determined and selected as the buffer material. However, the existing air column bag used for express delivery is only used for preventing materials from being broken in the express delivery process, the high-altitude parabolic condition cannot be generated, and the performance parameters and the material requirements are not suitable for buffering the air-dropped materials, so that the invention and the creation of the scheme are provided.
The scheme has the following advantages: through the outside parcel gas cylinder at the air-drop material, place it in the air-drop incasement again, compare directly put into the air-drop incasement with the material, perhaps put into the air-drop incasement again after putting into an air-drop bag with the material, can increase buffer distance, and then the impact force that makes the material receive reduces greatly, each gas column of gas column bag can increase the distance between material and the ground promptly, through the gas column buffering after, make the material impact force reduce, thereby protect the material not impaired.
In the embodiment, the width of the air column 12 is designed to be 2-8 cm, and if the width of the air column is too large, the bearing capacity of an air column bag can be reduced, so that the application range of airdropped materials is small, or the number of the airdropped materials is small; if the width of the air column is too small, the pressure of the air column is reduced, and further the buffer distance of the air column bag is reduced, so that the impact force on materials is large; the preferable range of the width of the air column can improve the bearing capacity of the air column bag, such as bearing more than 200kg of materials at most, and can empty more materials at one time, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency; but also can improve the buffer distance of the air column bag. The inflation pressure in the air column is designed to be more than or equal to 0.04MPa, preferably 0.04-0.15 MPa, and the compression resistance and the impact resistance of the air column bag can be improved.
The structure of the air column bag of the embodiment is specifically as follows: the air column bag 1 comprises an inflation channel 13 and a plurality of independent air columns 12 which are formed by separating an upper composite film 14 and a lower composite film 14 through a heat sealing line 11; each air column is communicated with the inflation channel 13 through the one-way valve 15, air is inflated into each air column through the inflation channel 13 through the one-way valve 15, and the one-way conduction performance of the one-way valve prevents the air from reversely leaking. The air column bag is completely flat, light, thin, short and small before inflation, does not occupy space, and after inflation, the volume of the air column bag is composed of 99% of air and 1% of adhesive film.
The air column bag 1 is a structure with an opening at one side and a closed periphery, a containing cavity is formed through the closed structure, and a sealing part 16 extends out of the opening side. The goods and materials enter from the opening side, are placed in the air column bag and are sealed through the sealing part 16, and the goods and materials are wrapped.
Because the air column bag has the functions of independent air column, one-time inflation, full-row full-filling and automatic air locking, when the air column bag is damaged, only the damaged air column is partially failed, and the rest air columns are not affected completely, the protection effect is still maintained, the anti-seismic protection without air leakage during long-time storage and transportation and the buffer protection of the air column type comprehensive coating are provided, and the damage rate is reduced to the lowest. Compared with the traditional air-drop structure, the air-drop box has the advantages that the gap is not large, the material is frequently displaced to cause damage in the conveying process, and even if the air-drop box is extruded by external force, the close-fitting design of the air column bag can also utilize the air column to disperse pressure so as to avoid damage.
In this embodiment, the composite film is preferably a high-barrier composite film, the thickness of the composite film is preferably 60 to 120 μm, if the composite film is too thin, the barrier property and the strength are poor, and if the composite film is too thick, the air permeability and the moisture permeability are poor. Specific performance parameters of the high barrier composite film are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, when the gas column bag made of the high-barrier composite film has the dimensions of 1150mm in width and 60 μm in film thickness, the gas column bag has the advantages of good performance of all parameters, high barrier property, good elasticity, high strength and the like, can ensure that the materials to be air-dropped are guaranteed to be quality-guaranteed for a long time, can ensure that the gas column bag is not easily damaged when being air-dropped to the ground, and can prevent the gas column bag from being scratched and leaking gas due to the contact of sharp or convex objects.
In this example, the values of the parameters of the air column bag with different air column widths and the same composite film thickness are shown in table 2:

From table 2, it can be seen that: under the condition that the thickness of the composite film is the same, the larger the width of the gas column is, the smaller the bearing capacity is; and the smaller the width of the gas column, the greater the bearing capacity. Wherein the width of the gas column is obtained in a state that the gas column is kept flat before inflation.
In this example, the gas column with an area of 100 × 100mm was measured (the thickness of the prepared gas column composite film was 75 μm) for different gas column widths and the same composite film thickness, and the obtained data are shown in table 3:

From table 3, it can be seen that: under the condition that the thickness of the composite membrane is the same and the air pressure in the air column is the same, the larger the width of the air column is, the smaller the maximum bearing capacity of the air column bag is.
From a combination of tables 2 and 3, it can be concluded that the load-bearing capacity of the gas column bag depends mainly on two factors, namely the thickness of the composite membrane and the width of the gas column. Therefore, a higher bearing capacity can be obtained by selecting an appropriate data range.
The following is a preferred embodiment of the gas column pouch of the present invention: the width of each air column 12 of the air column bag 1 is 4cm, the thickness of the composite membrane 14 is 75 mu m, the inflation air pressure of the air column 12 is 0.05MPa, the air column bag 1 with the length and width of 860 multiplied by 850mm is manufactured, three surfaces are sealed in a heat sealing mode, one surface is opened, the allowance of 145mm extends out of one side, and three double-sided adhesive tapes 161 are adhered to the inner side of the allowance at intervals of 20mm to achieve sealing. After the air column bag is inflated, the combination of the width of the air column and the thickness of the composite film can bear about 300kg of materials, so that the range of the applicable materials is large, and the working efficiency is high; and the combination of gas column width and gas column atmospheric pressure can effectively increase buffer distance, through the gas column buffering back, makes the goods and materials impact force reduce greatly.
The invention also designs an umbrella-free air-drop device which comprises a honeycomb carton, wherein the wall of the honeycomb carton is of a sandwich structure, and the sandwich layer is a honeycomb core. When the materials to be air-dropped are solid, the materials to be air-dropped can be directly wrapped by the air column bags, and then the air column bags are placed in the honeycomb carton for air-dropping; when the materials to be air-dropped are liquid, the liquid can be placed in the air-dropped bag, the air column bag is wrapped outside the air-dropped bag, and the air column bag is placed in the honeycomb carton for air-dropping.
Air-dropped goods and materials can greatly improve the buffer distance under the duplicate protection of air column bag and honeycomb carton, reduce the impact resistance of goods and materials, and reduce the loss rate of goods and materials to the minimum.
Claims (10)
1. The special buffer gas column device for the umbrella-free air-drop is characterized by comprising a gas column bag used for wrapping materials to be air-dropped, wherein the gas column bag comprises a plurality of independent gas columns formed by separating through heat sealing lines, the width of each gas column is 2-8 cm, and the inflation pressure in each gas column is more than or equal to 0.04 MPa.
2. The special buffer air column device for umbrella-free air-drop as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air column bag is divided into a plurality of air columns by upper and lower layers of composite films through heat sealing lines.
3. The special buffer gas column device for umbrella-free air-drop according to claim 2, wherein the composite membrane is a high-barrier composite membrane.
4. The special buffer gas column device for the umbrella-free air-drop according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the thickness of the composite membrane is 60-120 μm.
5. The special buffer air column device for the umbrella-free air-drop as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the inflation pressure in the air column is 0.04-0.15 MPa.

The special buffer air column device for umbrella-free air-drop as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the material to be air-dropped is directly wrapped by air column bag, or the outside of the material to be air-dropped is wrapped by air column bag, and the outside of the air column bag is wrapped by the air column bag.
7. The special buffer air column device for the umbrella-free air-drop according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the maximum bearing capacity of the air column bag is not less than 200 kg.
8. The special buffer air column device for umbrella-free air-drop according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the air column bag further comprises an inflation channel, and each air column is communicated with the inflation channel through a one-way valve.
9. The special buffer air column device for the umbrella-free air-drop as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the air column bag is a structure with one side open and the periphery closed, a containing cavity is formed by the closed structure, and a sealing part extends from the open side.
10. An umbrella-free air-drop device is characterized by comprising a honeycomb carton, wherein the special buffer air column device for umbrella-free air-drop is arranged in the honeycomb carton according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
