The fan-shaped hand twisting piece 18 of the banana enables the stick-shaped food package to be unique in shape, can improve the freshness and better attract the attention of a user. The hand-tightening piece 18 may be formed in other shapes than the banana fan shape.
A plurality of anti-slip strips 19 are arranged on two side surfaces of the hand twisting piece 18. When the hand-twisting piece 18 is twisted, each anti-slip strip 19 can increase the friction force between the fingers of the user and the side surface of the hand-twisting piece 18, so that the hand-twisting piece 18 has an anti-slip effect.
The invention also provides a production process of the stick-shaped food package, which comprises the following steps:
(1) injection molding the screw cap 1, the suction nozzle 2, the support piece 5 and the coagulating rod 4;
(2) extending the coagulating bar 4 at the lower end of the suction nozzle 2 into the outer packaging bag 3, and sealing the lower end of the suction nozzle 2 and the edge of an opening 31 on the outer packaging bag 3 together;
(3) extending a filling head of the filling machine into an inlet of the suction nozzle 2, filling the liquid food in the filling head into the liquid inlet and outlet channel 22 of the suction nozzle 2, and enabling the liquid food to flow into the outer packaging bag 3 after passing through the liquid inlet and outlet hole 51;
(4) after the liquid food is filled, the screw cap 1 is locked on the suction nozzle 2, and then the stick-shaped food package is completed;
(5) the whole outer packing bag 3 is put into a refrigeration house for freezing, so that the liquid food is frozen into congelation.
The stick-shaped food package can be used for making ice cream, ice sucker, jelly and other foods.
When the stick-shaped food is eaten, the outer packaging bag 3 can be torn by hands, the solidified substances on the solidified bar 4 are exposed after the outer packaging bag 3 is taken down, and the solidified substances can be eaten only by holding the screw cap 1; or waiting for the coagulum in the outer packaging bag 3 to slowly melt, unscrewing the screw cap 1 by hand, aligning the nozzle with the suction nozzle 2 to suck the melted liquid in the outer packaging bag 3, and sucking the melted coagulum in the outer packaging bag 3 by the amount of the melted coagulum, so as to avoid the phenomenon that the coagulum is quickly melted when the coagulum is held by hand for eating. If the outer packaging bag 3 is not torn, a user can not eat the liquid melted in the outer packaging bag 3 completely at a time, the screw cap 1 can be screwed on the suction nozzle 2 again, then the whole outer packaging bag 3 is placed in a refrigeration house in an inverted mode for freezing, the liquid left in the outer packaging bag 3 is frozen into a solidified substance on the solidifying rod 4 again, the user can eat the liquid for the next time, and the eating mode is increased.
The outer packaging bag 3 is generally a food-grade packaging bag, and meets the standards of food sanitation and safety. The shapes of the above outer packing bags 3 are various, for example: the clotted food can be made into any shape corresponding to the outer packing bag 3, thereby greatly improving the interest.
The stick-shaped food package is provided with the coagulating bar 4 at the lower end of the suction nozzle 2, so that the coagulating bar can play a role in shaping the coagulating product in the outer packaging bag 3, the coagulating product can be coagulated into the original shape again even after being melted, and the eating mode is increased; in addition, the method is convenient for directly shaping the solidified materials in the outer packaging bag 3 at one time in the production process of the stick-shaped food, the solidified materials do not need to be shaped in advance and then are packaged, the production procedures are reduced, and the risk of pollution of the solidified materials is reduced; meanwhile, in the eating process, the coagulum can be prevented from being melted rapidly, the stick-shaped food can be taken and eaten conveniently by screwing the cover 1, and inconvenience caused by melting of the coagulum is prevented.

Claims (10)

1. A stick-shaped food package comprises a screw cap, a suction nozzle and an outer packaging bag, wherein an inner thread is arranged on the inner side wall of the screw cap, an outer thread is arranged on the outer side wall of the suction nozzle, and the screw cap is in threaded connection with the suction nozzle; the outer packing bag is provided with an opening, the lower end of the suction nozzle is positioned in the opening, and the lower end of the suction nozzle is sealed with the edge of the opening; the method is characterized in that: the liquid-filling device also comprises a coagulating rod and a supporting piece, wherein the side wall of the supporting piece is provided with a liquid inlet and outlet hole; the upper end of the supporting piece is connected with the outer wall of the lower end of the suction nozzle, and the lower end of the supporting piece is connected with the upper end of the coagulating rod; the solidified bar is in the outer packaging bag; a liquid inlet and outlet passage which is communicated up and down is arranged in the suction nozzle, and the liquid inlet and outlet passage is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer packing bag through a liquid inlet and outlet hole.

Stick food package according to claim 1, wherein: the supporting piece comprises at least two supporting strips, the upper end of each supporting strip is connected with the outer wall of the lower end of the suction nozzle, and the lower end of each supporting strip is connected with the upper end of the coagulating rod; and the liquid inlet and outlet holes are formed between two adjacent support bars.

Stick food package according to claim 2, wherein: each support bar encloses into a liquid business turn over cage in proper order, the upper end that liquid business turn over cage with the lower extreme intercommunication of liquid access way, liquid business turn over around the cage with liquid business turn over hole intercommunication.
4. Stick food package according to claim 3, wherein: the suction nozzle, the support bars and the solidified bar are integrally formed by injection molding.
5. Stick food package according to claim 1, wherein: the solidification rod is flat, and reinforcing ribs extending along the axial direction of the solidification rod are arranged on two side faces of the solidification rod.

Stick food package according to claim 1, wherein: the inner side surface of the top wall of the spiral cover is provided with a cylindrical inner plug, and after the spiral cover is screwed on the suction nozzle, the outer side wall of the cylindrical inner plug is tightly matched with the inner side wall of the inlet of the suction nozzle.

Stick food package according to claim 1, wherein: the edge of the lower opening of the spiral cover is provided with a connecting ring, and the upper end of the connecting ring is fixedly connected with the edge of the lower opening of the spiral cover through a plurality of easy-to-tear strips; the outer side wall of the suction nozzle is provided with a limiting ring, and the limiting ring is positioned below the external thread on the suction nozzle; the limiting ring is provided with at least one positioning convex point, the lower end face of the lower end opening of the rotary cover is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped grooves, the depth of each arc-shaped groove is gradually increased along the rotary direction of the internal thread of the rotary cover, and a clamping block is formed at the joint of two adjacent arc-shaped grooves; and after the rotary cover is screwed on the suction nozzle, the clamping block is in snap fit with the positioning salient point.

Stick food package according to claim 7, wherein: the inner side wall of the connecting ring is provided with at least one unidirectional tooth, and the direction of the unidirectional tooth is consistent with the rotating direction of the internal thread on the inner side wall of the rotating cover; and at least one blocking block matched with the unidirectional teeth is arranged on the outer circumferential edge of the limiting ring.
9. Stick food package according to claim 7, wherein: the upper end of the rotary cover is provided with a hand twisting sheet, and the hand twisting sheet is in a fan shape of banana; both sides of the hand twisting piece are provided with a plurality of anti-slip strips.
10. A production process of stick-shaped food packages is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) injection molding the screw cap, the suction nozzle, the support piece and the solidified rod;
(2) extending the coagulating bar at the lower end of the suction nozzle into the outer packaging bag, and sealing the lower end of the suction nozzle and the opening edge on the outer packaging bag together;
(3) extending a filling head of the filling machine into an inlet of the suction nozzle, filling the liquid food in the filling head into a liquid inlet and outlet channel of the suction nozzle, and enabling the liquid food to flow into the outer packaging bag after passing through the liquid inlet and outlet hole;
(4) after the liquid food is filled, the screw cap is locked on the suction nozzle, and then the stick-shaped food package is completed;
(5) The whole outer packaging bag is put into a refrigeration house for freezing, so that the liquid food is frozen into congelation.
