In other words, the small cardboard inner liner 220 can be assembled and fixed on the large cardboard inner liner 210 by plugging after being molded, so as to assemble the whole inner liner assembly 200, of course, in other embodiments, the small cardboard inner liner 220 can be connected by other methods, but the plugging in this embodiment is the simplest and the most convenient, and the molding efficiency is higher. Specifically, the first insertion hole 216c has a rectangular shape with a width about the thickness of a cardboard, and the first insertion tongue 221a can be inserted into the first insertion hole 216c without being easily released.

Specifically, four inner flaps 213a are provided in each of the left and right earphone slots 213, and these inner flaps 213a can function to support the placement slope 211 to some extent in addition to the function of securing and protecting the earpiece.

As shown in fig. 4, the structure of the outer box 100 is bilaterally symmetrical when the paper board is in a flat state, and includes a rectangular outer box bottom plate 111, an outer box front plate 112 connected to the peripheral edge of the outer box bottom plate 111, an outer box rear plate 118, two outer box side plates 113, second insertion tongues 114 having both sides connected to the outer box front plate 112 and the outer box side plates 113, third insertion tongues 115 having both sides connected to the outer box rear plate 118 and the outer box side plates 113, a cover plate 121 connected to the outer box front plate 112, two side insertion plates 122 connected to both left and right side edges of the cover plate 121, a box cover front plate 123 connected to the front side edge of the cover plate 121, and fourth insertion tongues 124 disposed on both left and right sides of the box cover front plate 123. Each outer box side plate 113 is divided into a first outer box side plate 113a and a second outer box side plate 113b, a plurality of clamping holes 116 are formed at the bending connection part of the first outer box side plate 113a and the outer box bottom plate 111, and a buckle 117 matched with the clamping holes 116 is arranged on the second outer box side plate 113 b. During the forming process, the front outer box panel 112 and the rear outer box panel 118 are folded, the second tongue 114 and the third tongue 115 are folded, the first outer box side panel 113a and the second outer box side panel 113b are folded, the buckle 117 on the second outer box side panel 113b is inserted into the buckle hole 116, so that the left and right panels of the outer box 100 are fixed, the side tongue 122 is inserted into the outer box 100, and the fourth tongue 124 is inserted into the gap of the outer box side panel 113, so that the forming of the outer box 100 is completed. As can be seen from the above processes, the whole outer box 100 is formed without using a box sealing adhesive and glue, the forming is convenient and quick, and the production efficiency of the paperboard packaging box can be effectively improved.
S20, folding the small cardboard liner in a flat state into the small cardboard liner 220, and folding the large cardboard liner in a flat state into the large cardboard liner 210.
As shown in fig. 5, the small cardboard liner 220 includes a small cardboard 221 having a rectangular shape, a first insertion tongue 221a provided at a front edge of the small cardboard 221, a blocking plate 223 provided at a left edge of the small cardboard 221, a fifth insertion tongue 221c provided on the small cardboard 221 for fixing the pressing bar 222, and a fifth insertion hole 221d engaged with the fifth insertion tongue 221c, when in a flat state. The rear area of the small paper 221 is folded to form four elongated panels, and then the fifth tongue 221c is inserted into the fifth slot 221d to complete the formation of the pressing bar 222. The separation between the microphone pole and the head set can then be formed by folding the flap 223.
Then, as shown in fig. 5, when the cardboard inner liner 210 is in a flat state, it includes a cardboard 214, a first front plate 216 connected to the front edge of the cardboard 214, two first side plates 215 connected to the left and right edges of the cardboard 214, two earphone slots 213 provided in the cardboard 214, and an inner flap 213a connected to the edge of the earphone slot 213. The first front plate 216 is folded to form three strip-shaped panels which are sequentially arranged front and back, and a first socket 216c matched with the first inserting tongue 221a is further arranged on the first front plate 216; the first back plate 217 is folded to form three strip-shaped panels which are also arranged in sequence from front to back; the first back plate 217 is further provided with a rectangular hole 212a and a round hole 212b which are communicated with each other, and the hole is designed to facilitate the audio cable to be taken out, so that the audio cable can be used in a headphone with the audio cable and the headphone integrated with the headphone or a headphone with the audio cable and the headphone separated from the headphone.
During forming, the three elongated surfaces of the first front panel 216 are folded to form the front supporting surface of the large cardboard inner liner 210, the left and right supporting surfaces of the large cardboard inner liner 210 are formed by folding the two first side panels 215, and the three elongated surfaces of the first back panel 217 are folded to form the pocket box 212 and the lower supporting surface of the large cardboard inner liner 210.
S30, the liner assembly 200 is constructed by inserting the small cardboard liner 220 over the large cardboard liner 210.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, after the large paperboard inner liner 210 and the small paperboard inner liner 220 are formed separately, the large paperboard inner liner 210 and the small paperboard inner liner 220 can be firmly assembled together by inserting the first tongue 221a of the small paperboard inner liner 220 into the first socket 216c of the large paperboard inner liner 210.
S40, inner liner assembly 200 is fitted and placed inside outer box 100 to form a cardboard packing box.
In other words, the assembled liner assembly 200 is placed in outer box 100, thereby completing the formation of the entire carton.
According to the forming method of the paperboard packaging box, through the special structural design of the packaging box, the paperboard packaging box is simple and convenient to manufacture, and the structure is stable under the condition that glue is not used, so that the purpose of effectively improving the efficiency of packaging production while effectively protecting the product function and appearance is achieved.

Claims (13)

1. A carton package for a headphone comprising two earpieces and a headset connecting the two earpieces, comprising:
