Description

Fastening device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fastening device, and more particularly, to a fastening device capable of winding and unwinding a tie line.
Background
In daily life, a string such as a rope or a lace is often used to bind an article, and the most common means for binding is to use the string to pass through a hole on the article back and forth and then to be fixed by a knot, such as tying a rope to a shoe. However, the tying means is easy to loosen the knot due to external force factors, and not only the knot must be tied again, but also a lot of inconvenience is brought because the article cannot be tied firmly.
In order to solve the above problems, some manufacturers have developed a simple wire binding mechanism, which includes a housing, a braking unit and a spring, wherein the housing has a through hole for the wire to pass through, the wire is clamped between the braking unit and the housing by the acting force between the spring and the braking unit to achieve the fastening effect, and the spring is pressed to change the position of the braking unit so as to pull the wire to change the length of the wire. However, the wire bundling mechanism provides a fastening force through a restoring force of the spring, the wire is still easily loosened by vibration or external force, and the wire bundling mechanism has no space for accommodating the wire, so that the wire is exposed and is easily dangerous.
Therefore, another buckle capable of rotating, bundling and fixing the laces is developed by the industry, the line body of the buckle can be accommodated in the buckle, the length of the line body can be adjusted through mechanical interference of an internal component, and meanwhile, the bundling tightness is adjusted. However, the structure of the buckle is complex, which increases the manufacturing cost and has the problem of difficult assembly and maintenance.
Therefore, there is a need for a buckle that can maintain the fastening ability of the buckle while simplifying the structure and increase the reliability of the structure to avoid the reduction of the life span.
In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to improve the structure of a fastening device such as a buckle.

As shown in fig. 5, when the user wants to release the wire tying, the user can pull the knob 500 upward along the axial direction I1, at which time the first driving tooth 540 of the knob 500 is separated from the first engaging tooth 410 of the brake unit 400 and the second driving tooth 530 of the knob 500 is also separated from the second engaging tooth of the wire coil 300, so that the rotation of the knob 500 and the wire coil 300 is not limited by the brake unit 400. In other embodiments, the second driving tooth of the knob may not be separated from the second coupling tooth of the wire coil when the knob is located at the second position, which is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, wherein fig. 6 is a perspective view of a fastening device 100a according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is an exploded view of the fastening device 100a of fig. 6, fig. 8 is an exploded view of the fastening device 100a of fig. 6, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the fastening device 100a of fig. 6, and fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the fastening device 100a of fig. 6. The structure of the fastening device 100a is similar to that of the fastening device 100 of fig. 1 to 5, but the wire coil 300a is coupled to the knob 500a in a different manner.
More specifically, the knob 500a may further include a cover 510a, a boss 520a and a plurality of second driving teeth 530a, the cover 510a covering the housing unit 200 a; the protruding pillar 520a is disposed on the cover 510a and corresponds to the through hole (not labeled), and the plurality of second driving teeth 530a are disposed at a distal end of the protruding pillar 520a away from the cover 510 a; the fastening device 100a further includes a planetary gear set 800a, the planetary gear set 800a includes a sun gear 810a and a plurality of planet gears 820a (four planet gears 820a are included in the embodiment), the sun gear 810a is engaged with the second driving tooth 530 a; a plurality of planetary gears 820a are disposed at intervals on the drum 300a and are engaged with the sun gear 810 a; and the housing unit 200a further includes a plurality of planetary inner teeth 280a located in the lower compartment S12 and engaging the plurality of planetary gears 820 a.
The stud 520a has a recess (not shown) at the distal end thereof, the second drive tooth 530a is located in the recess, the sun gear 810a is engaged with the recess to engage with the second drive tooth 530a, and the drum 300a includes four pivots 350a for pivoting the four planetary gears 820 a.
The partition 230a of the housing unit 200a may protrude inward from a middle portion of the upper wall 221a, and the partition 230a is used as a boundary, an upper half region of the upper wall 221a forms the upper chamber S11, a lower half region of the upper wall 221a forms the lower chamber S12 together with the lower wall 222a and a chassis (not labeled), and the planetary inner teeth 280a may be disposed in the lower half region of the upper wall 221 a. When knob 500a is turned, second drive teeth 530a drive sun gear 810a, and planet gears 820a are rotationally displaced along inner planet teeth 280a by sun gear 810a to rotate drum 300 a.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 9, when the knob 500a is located at the first position, the first driving tooth 540a of the knob 500a is engaged with the first engaging tooth 410a of the detent unit 400a, and the second driving tooth 530a of the knob 500a is engaged with the planetary gear set 800a, so that when the knob 500a is rotated by the user in the second direction, the ratchet arm 420a is continuously separated from the engaging tooth 240a, and the knob 500a can drive the wire coil 300a to take up the wire; on the contrary, when the user releases the knob 500a, the ratchet arm 420a is engaged with the at least one engaging tooth 240a, and the rotation of the knob 500a is restricted by the stopping unit 400a, and the wire coil 300a is prevented from rotating in the first direction, thereby achieving the fastening effect.
As shown in fig. 10, when the user wants to release the wire tying, the knob 500a can be pulled up in the axial direction, and the first driving tooth 540a of the knob 500a is separated from the first engaging tooth 410a of the detent unit 400a, so that the rotation of the knob 500a and the wire coil 300a is not limited by the detent unit 400a, and the knob 500a and the wire coil 300a maintain the coupling relationship because the sun gear 810a is still engaged with the planetary gear 820 a.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
