Example two: a second wiper connector 10b is disclosed, which is characterized in that, in addition to the adapter 1 disclosed in the first embodiment, a cover 2a is additionally provided on the adapter 1, the cover 2a is not in physical contact with the adapter 1, and the cover 2a is not provided with any structure for preventing the two side edges 13 of the adapter 1 from being elastically deformed outward; also, the embodiment discloses the wiper blade 200b manufactured by using the wiper blade connector 10 b.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the wiper connector 10b includes an adapter 1 and a cover 2a, the structure of the adapter 1 is consistent with the embodiment, and the cover 2a is composed of a base 21a and an upper cover 22 a; the base 21a is hollow up and down, a fixing part (not shown) for fixedly connecting with the wiper support is arranged at the bottom of the base 21a, and the fixing part is required to be structurally satisfied that the base is stably fixed on the wiper support and cannot generate relative displacement in any direction with the wiper support. Referring to fig. 11 and 15, in order to ensure that the upper cover 22a is not easily separated from the base 21a when the upper cover 22a is pressed forward by the U-shaped scraping arm 100, the present invention adopts a new design scheme when the upper cover 22a is engaged with the front end of the base 21a in a locking and positioning manner, that is, a first hook 231a is vertically downward disposed on each of the two inner sidewalls of the front end of the upper cover 22a, a limit groove 232a is disposed at a position of the two inner sidewalls of the base 21a opposite to the first hook 231a, the limit groove 232a has a hook abutting surface 2321a for engaging with the first hook 231a, the hook abutting surface 2321a is gradually short from back to front, when the upper cover 22a is closed with the base 21a, the first hook 231a engages with the hook abutting surface 2321a of the limit groove 232a, once the U-shaped scraping arm 100 presses the blocking piece 223 forward, because the upper end of the blocking piece 223 is fixed to the inner end of the upper cover 22a, the whole upper cover 22a moves forward relative to the base 21a to drive the first hook 231a of the upper cover 22a to move toward the hook abutting surface 2321a with the height of the limiting recess 232a being gradually lower, and further to cause the first hook 231a and the limiting recess 232a to be engaged with each other more tightly, so that the connection between the upper cover 22a and the base 21a is more stable, and therefore, the first hook 231a of the upper cover 22a and the limiting recess 232a of the base 21a in this scheme serve as the snap-fit part of the upper cover 22a and the front end of the base 21a, and also serve as the limiting component 23a for preventing the blocking piece 223 of the upper cover 22a from being pressed by the U-shaped scraping arm hook-shaped end 101 to drive the upper cover 22a to be disengaged from the base 21 a.
When the wiper 200b manufactured by using the wiper connector 10b is used, since the base 21a disclosed in this embodiment does not have the fixing seat 30, the fixing seat 30 for hinging with the adapter 1 needs to be additionally arranged in the inner cavity of the base 21a, and the bottom of the base 21a is anchored on the wiper support, the mounting manners of other wiper rubber strips, flow guide sheaths or end fasteners are not obviously different from those of the conventional wiper, and the most obvious difference of the wiper 200b from the existing wiper is that the wiper connector 10b with a brand-new design is used to realize the connection with the U-shaped wiper arm through the wiper connector 10 b.
Example three: a third wiper connector 10c is disclosed, and the main structure of the cover cap 2b of the wiper connector 10c is substantially identical to the cover cap 2a of the second embodiment, and the most important difference from the second embodiment is a stopper member 23b for preventing the stopper 223 of the upper cover 22b from being pressed by the U-shaped arm-hooking end 101 to separate the upper cover 22b from the base 21 b.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the snap-fit positioning and matching manner of the upper cover 22b and the front end of the base 21b is not obviously different from that of the conventional one, i.e., the front ends of the two inner side walls of the upper cover 22b are provided with the second hooks 2223, the corresponding position of the base 21b is provided with the hanging points 213, and the snap-fit positioning and matching of the upper cover 22b and the front end of the base 21b are realized through the snap-fit of the two; the specific structure of the limiting component 23b for preventing the separation of the upper cover 22b from the base 21b in this embodiment is that at least one set of first positioning ribs 231b is respectively added on two side walls of the upper cover 22b, and second positioning ribs 232b with the same number as the first positioning ribs 231b are respectively added on two side walls of the base 21b, when the upper cover 22b is fastened with the base 21b, the first positioning ribs 231b are disposed at the rear ends of the second positioning ribs 232b, the first positioning ribs 231b extend downward and have mutually overlapped regions with the second positioning ribs 232b in the axial direction of the adapter 1, and the mutually overlapped regions can abut against each other under the action of external force, so that the upper cover is positioned as an overlapped abutting region, once the U-shaped scraping arm 100 presses the blocking piece 223 forward, since the upper ends of the blocking piece 223 are fixedly connected to the inner end of the upper cover 22b, the upper cover 22b is moved forward relative to the base 21b as a whole, at this time, the first positioning rib 231b and the second positioning rib 232b are in limit abutment with each other, so that the upper cover 22b is prevented from being separated from the base 21 b.
Example four: a fourth wiper connector 10d is disclosed, in which the main structure of the cover cap 2c of the wiper connector 10d is substantially identical to that of the cover cap 2a of the second embodiment, and the most important difference from the second embodiment is a stopper member 23c for preventing the stopper piece 223 of the upper cover 22c from being pressed by the U-shaped wiper arm hook-shaped end 101 to separate the upper cover 22c from the base 21 c.
Referring to fig. 18, the limiting member 23c of this embodiment is provided with a limiting stop 232c laterally inward on the inner sidewall of the base 21c, when the upper cover 22c is engaged with the base 21c, the stop piece 223 provided at the inner end of the upper cover 22c is provided at the rear end of the limiting stop 232c and there is an overlapping abutting region, once the U-shaped scraping arm 100 presses the stop piece 223 forward, the stop piece 223 is limited and supported by the limiting stop 232c of the base 21c, so as to prevent the upper cover 22c from being disengaged from the base 21 c.
Referring to fig. 19, the design concept of the position limiting assembly 23c 'disclosed in this embodiment is consistent with that of the position limiting assembly 23c disclosed in fig. 18, and the abutting engagement between the position limiting blocking piece 232 c' and the blocking piece 223 is designed adaptively due to the shapes of the base 21c 'and the upper cover 22 c', so as to ensure that the blocking piece 223 can effectively obtain the effective support of the position limiting blocking piece 232c 'on the base 21 c' when being pressed forward by the U-shaped scraper arm 100, thereby avoiding the separation between the upper cover 22c 'and the base 21 c'.
Example five: a fifth wiper connector 10e is disclosed, and the cover 2d of the wiper connector 10e is mainly distinguished from the second to fourth embodiments by two differences: 1. the base 21d and the fixing seat 30b of this embodiment are integrally formed; 2. the other structural features of the limiting assembly 23d are substantially the same as those of the previous embodiment, which prevents the blocking piece 223 of the upper cover 22d from being pressed by the U-shaped end portion 101 of the wiper arm to separate the upper cover 22d from the base 21 d.
As shown in fig. 20, the fixing base 30b with the hinge shaft 31b is integrally formed on the base 21d, and it can be clearly shown how the fixing portion 211 at the bottom of the base 21d is fixedly connected to the wiper holder 201 by the embodiment, that is, a sliding slot 2111 for the wiper holder 201 to pass through is formed at the bottom of the base 21d, and a limiting protrusion 2112 is disposed on the inner side wall of the base 21d, and the limiting protrusion 2112 can be just embedded into an outward notch 2011 of the wiper holder 201, so as to fixedly connect the base 21d to the wiper holder 201.
As shown in fig. 21, the base 21d and the front end of the upper cover 22d form a fastening structure capable of being fastened to each other, specifically, a fastening point 2224 is formed on the inner side wall 2221d of the upper cover 22d, an L-shaped hook 232d is formed on the inner side wall of the base 21d inward and upward, on one hand, the L-shaped hook 232d of the base 21d is fastened to the fastening point 2224 of the upper cover 22d, and at the same time, the L-shaped hook 232d is located at the front end of the blocking piece 223 and has an overlapping and abutting area with the lower end of the blocking piece 223, so the L-shaped hook 232d also serves as a limiting component 23d for avoiding the separation between the upper cover 22d and the base 21 d.
Example six: a sixth wiper connector 10f is disclosed, the cover cap 2e of the wiper connector 10f is substantially similar to the fifth embodiment, the base 21e is integrally formed with the fixing seat 30b having the hinge shaft 31c, and the most important difference is the stopper assembly 23e for preventing the stopper 223 of the upper cover 22e from being pressed by the U-shaped arm hook end 101 to separate the upper cover 22e from the base 21 e.
As shown in fig. 22 and 23, the front end of the bottom of the base 21e is provided with a fixing tab 215 for increasing the strength thereof, one end of the bottom of the two side walls of the integrally formed fixing seat 30b facing the fixing tab 215 is provided with an extending section 32c, the bottom of the extending section 32c is fixedly connected with the fixing tab 215, the end thereof is provided with a limiting slot 232e which is horizontally folded outwards, two ends of the blocking tab 223 on the inner wall of the upper cover 22e are respectively extended downwards by the inserting piece 231c, when the upper cover 22e and the base 21e are mutually buckled, the inserting pieces 231c at two ends of the blocking tab 223 arranged at the inner end of the upper cover 22e are inserted into the limiting slot 232e of the base 21e, so as to prevent the blocking tab 223 from being pressed forwards by the U-shaped scraping arm 100 to cause the mutual separation of the upper cover 22e and the base 21.
Example seven: a seventh wiper connector 10g is disclosed, the arrangement of the cover 2f of the wiper connector 10g is obviously different from that of any of the previous embodiments, as shown in fig. 24 and 25, the cover 2f is composed of a base 21f and an upper cover 22f, the front end of the upper cover 22f is hinged to the front end of the base 21f, the rear end of the upper cover 22f and the side wall or the bottom of the middle part of the base 21f form a snap-fit positioning structure which is mutually buckled, the snap-fit positioning structure of this embodiment is arranged at the front end of the adapter 1, more specifically, a blocking piece 223 is transversely formed at the rear end of the upper cover 22f, two third hooks 225 are integrally formed at two sides of the blocking piece 223, it should be noted that the third hooks 225 are not necessarily arranged at two sides of the blocking piece 223, only the inner end of the upper cover 22f needs to be fixedly arranged, two inner side walls of the base 21f form a limiting groove 217 for buckling the third hook 225, the upper cover 22f is opened from back to front/closed from front to back along the length direction of the base 21f by the clamping and positioning matching of the third hook 225 and the limiting clamping groove 217, and the upper cover 22f can be stably fixed on the base 21f when being ensured to be at the closed position; in order to increase the strength of the blocking piece 223, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 226 are additionally arranged between the front end of the inner wall of the upper cover 22f and the blocking piece 223, and a plurality of convex ribs 224 are also preferably designed on one side of the blocking piece 223 facing the adapter body 1; the limiting component 23f is characterized in that a limiting clamping point 232f is additionally arranged at the top of the inner side wall of the base 21f, when the upper cover 22f and the base 21f are mutually buckled, the blocking piece 223 and the third hook 225 are just located at the rear end of the limiting clamping point 232f, and the third hook 225 and the limiting clamping point 232f are abutted and matched to ensure that when the blocking piece 223 is extruded by the U-shaped scraping arm 100, the limiting clamping point 232f can take an effective supporting effect on the third hook 225, so that the blocking piece 223 is indirectly taken an effective supporting effect, and the stable connection of the upper cover 22f and the base 21f is further ensured.
