In fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 11, and 13 described below, the mounting surface on which the component to be mounted is not shown in the drawing with a two-dot chain line, and the illustration of the mounting surface itself is not shown in the other drawings. In the following description, 3 directions intersecting each other in the relative positional relationship between the mounting target member and the support member will be referred to as "1 st direction X", "2 nd direction Y", and "3 rd direction Z", respectively. The 1 st direction X and the 2 nd and 3 rd directions Y and Z are typically orthogonal to each other. The directions used in the following description will be described with the respective parts assembled with each other, unless otherwise specified.
[ embodiment ]
The mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2 is incorporated in a wire harness WH wired in a vehicle or the like, and is configured to mount an attachment target member 10 of the wire harness WH on a mounting surface BR. The mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment includes: an attachment target member 10, a jig member 20 as a support member, and a detachable structure 30. In the mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment, the mounting object member 10 and the jig member 20 are detachably assembled via the attaching and detaching structure 30, and the mounting object member 10 is mounted on the mounting surface BR via the support member 20. Here, the mounting target member 10 will be described as a protector PR that is attached to and protects the wiring material W of the wire harness WH.
Here, the wire harness WH is configured by bundling a plurality of wiring materials W used for power supply and signal communication to form a collective member and connecting the plurality of wiring materials W to each device using a connector or the like, for example, for connection between the devices mounted on the vehicle. The wire harness WH of the present embodiment includes: the wiring member W has conductivity, a connector CN as a connection mechanism, a protector PR as an attachment target member 10, a jig member 20, and a detachable structure 30. The wire harness WH is configured to include various structural members such as exterior members such as a corrugated tube and a grommet, an electrical connection box, and a fastener, in addition to the above.
The wiring member W is made of, for example, a metal rod, an electric wire, a wire harness, or the like. The metal rod is formed by covering the outer side of the rod-shaped component with an insulating coating part. The electric wire is formed by covering the outer side of a conductor portion (core wire) composed of a plurality of bare metal wires having conductivity with a sheath portion having insulation properties. The wire harness is formed by bundling the wires. In the wiring member W of the present embodiment, 1 wiring member W is branched into 2 wiring members W in the protector PR. The connector CN is connected to one end (here, an end branched into 2 sides) of the wiring material W, and constitutes a wiring material-to-device connecting device for electrically connecting a device such as an inverter to the wiring material W. Various connectors are also connected to the other end of the wiring member W. The wire harness WH bundles and collects the wiring materials W, and is electrically connected to various devices via a connector CN or the like provided at the end of the bundled wiring materials W.
The protector PR, the jig member 20, and the attaching and detaching structure 30 constitute the attachment structure 1 for attaching the protector PR, which is the attachment target member 10, to the attachment surface BR as described above. Here, the mount surface BR according to the present embodiment is constituted by a bracket incorporated in a device such as an inverter, for example. The bracket constituting the mounting surface BR is a structure for supporting the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, to the apparatus in a state where the wiring material W is wired along the outer surface of the apparatus. Here, the mounting surface BR has a locking hole BRa formed in a substantially circular shape.
In the mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3, and 4, the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, and the jig member 20 are formed separately. The mounting structure 1 of the present embodiment is configured such that the insertion direction L1 in which the clip member 20 is inserted into the locking hole Bra of the mounting surface BR and the attachment/detachment direction L2 of the protector PR to the clip member 20 intersect each other, thereby ensuring appropriate assemblability. With this structure, the mounting structure 1 can attach the protector PR to the clip member 20 in the attaching and detaching direction L2 as shown in fig. 4 after the clip member 20 is assembled to the attachment surface BR in the inserting direction L1 as shown in fig. 3, for example. As a result, the mounting structure 1 can ensure appropriate assemblability even when, for example, a space for handling the components cannot be sufficiently secured near the mounting surface BR during assembly work or when the mounting direction is limited. The structure of the mounting structure 1 will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the protector PR is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape as a whole by an insulating resin material. The wiring material W is inserted and wired in the cylindrical interior of the protector PR. The protector PR is inserted from one end portion to the other end portion of the wiring material W to protect the wiring material W and to restrict a wiring path of the wiring material W. The protector PR of the present embodiment is formed in a substantially L-shape as a whole by bending, and restricts the wiring path of the wiring material W to be substantially L-shaped. The protector PR constitutes the mounting target member 10 as a mounting target on the mounting surface BR as described above.
The protector PR of the present embodiment includes: a base PR1, a cover PR2 and a plurality of locking mechanisms PR 3. The base PR1 and the cover PR2 are formed separately. The base PR1 and the cover PR2 are each formed into a substantially runner shape, and are assembled to face each other to form a wiring space portion PR4 inside. The wiring space PR4 is a space through which the wiring material W is inserted and wired, and has openings at both ends. Each locking mechanism PR3 locks the base PR1 and the cover PR2 by locking a locking receiving portion provided on the base PR1 side and a locking piece provided on the cover PR2 side to each other. The protector PR is formed into a cylindrical shape bent in a substantially L-shape as a whole by assembling the base PR1 and the lid PR2 to each other by the plurality of locking mechanisms PR 3. Here, the protector PR assembles the base PR1 and the cover PR2 to each other in a positional relationship in which the base PR1 is located on the inside of the curve, the cover PR2 is located on the outside of the curve, and the base PR1 and the cover PR2 are formed in a substantially L shape extending in the 2 nd direction Y and the 3 rd direction Z. The portion of the susceptor PR1 extending in the 2 nd direction Y constitutes a 1 st part PR1A, and the portion extending in the 3 rd direction Z constitutes a 2 nd part PR 1B. Similarly, the portion of the cap PR2 extending in the 2 nd direction Y constitutes the 1 st part PR2A, and the portion extending in the 3 rd direction Z constitutes the 2 nd part PR 2B. In wiring space portion PR4 of protector PR formed by base PR1 and cover PR2, wiring material W is inserted from one opening to the other opening.
As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5, and 6, the protector PR serving as the component 10 to be mounted according to the present embodiment includes a 1 st jig portion 11, a 2 nd jig portion 12, and a fitting rib 13. Here, the 1 st clamp portion 11, the 2 nd clamp portion 12, and the fitting rib 13 are integrally formed on the pedestal PR1, respectively. The 1 st clamp portion 11, the 2 nd clamp portion 12, and the fitting rib 13 are provided at a portion near the 2 nd part PR1B extending in the 3 rd direction Z and in the base PR 1.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, and 7, the 1 st clamp portion 11 is a portion locked to the clamp member 20. The 1 st clamp portion 11 includes a 1 st locking claw portion 11a formed in an arm shape, and is provided to protrude in the 1 st direction X. More specifically, the 1 st clamp unit 11 includes: a pair of 1 st locking claw portions 11a and a shaft portion 11 b. The shaft portion 11b is formed at a 2 nd portion PR1B of the base PR1 so as to protrude from one surface (curved side surface) in the 1 st direction X along the 1 st direction X. Here, the shaft portion 11b is formed in a columnar shape with a slit provided in a part thereof. The shaft portion 11b has a pair of 1 st locking claw portions 11a connected to a distal end portion thereof. The pair of 1 st locking claw portions 11a extend in an arm shape while being bent from the tip end portion of the shaft portion 11b toward the outer surface side of the base PR 1. The pair of 1 st locking pawl portions 11a are located at positions facing each other in the 3 rd direction Z with the shaft portion 11b interposed therebetween. The 1 st clamp portion 11 is formed such that the pair of 1 st locking claw portions 11a have flexibility, and the 1 st locking claw portions 11a can be inserted into a fitting hole portion 22d described later while being bent. The proximal end portions of the pair of first locking claw portions 11a are connected to the distal end portion of the shaft portion 11b, and a locking stepped portion 11c is formed at the distal end portion on the outer surface side of the base PR 1. Each locking stepped portion 11c is a portion locked to an edge of the fitting hole 22d of the jig member 20 as described later.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, and 8, the 2 nd clip part 12 is a part locked to the clip member 20, similarly to the 1 st clip part 11. The 2 nd clamp portion 12 includes a 2 nd locking claw portion 12a formed in an arm shape, and is provided to protrude in the 2 nd direction Y. The 2 nd clamp part 12 is provided at a position with respect to the 3 rd direction Z which is a position almost equivalent to the 1 st clamp part 11. More specifically, the 2 nd clamp portion 12 includes a pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a and a shaft portion 12 b. The shaft portion 12b is formed to protrude from a surface on one side (a surface inside the curve) in the 2 nd direction Y at the 2 nd part PR1B of the base PR1 in the 2 nd direction Y. Here, the shaft portion 12b is formed in a columnar shape with a slit provided in a part thereof. A pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a is connected to the distal end portion of the shaft portion 12 b. The pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a extend in an arm shape while being bent from the tip end portion of the shaft portion 12b toward the outer surface side of the base PR 1. The pair of 2 nd locking pawl portions 12a are located at positions facing each other in the 3 rd direction Z with the shaft portion 12b interposed therebetween. The 2 nd clamp portion 12 is formed such that the pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a have flexibility, and the 2 nd locking claw portions 12a can be inserted into a fitting hole portion 22d described later while being bent. The proximal end portions of the pair of 2 nd locking claw portions 12a are connected to the distal end portion of the shaft portion 12b, and a locking stepped portion 12c is formed at the distal end portion on the outer surface side of the base PR 1. Each locking stepped portion 12c is a portion locked to an edge of a fitting hole 22d of the jig member 20 described later.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the fitting rib 13 is provided between the 1 st and 2 nd clamp portions 11 and 12, and extends in a curved manner in the 1 st and 2 nd directions X and Y. The fitting rib 13 is provided at a 2 nd portion PR1B of the pedestal PR1 so as to be curved on a surface (curved side surface) on the 1 st direction X side where the 1 st clamp portion 11 is provided and a surface (curved inner surface) on the 2 nd direction Y side where the 2 nd clamp portion 12 is provided. The fitting rib 13 is formed in a fan shape having a slit provided in a part thereof.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, and 6, the protector PR as the component 10 to be attached according to the present embodiment further includes auxiliary ribs 14 and 15. The auxiliary ribs 14 and 15 are formed in a wall shape on the outer surface of the 2 nd part PR1B of the base PR 1. The auxiliary ribs 14 and 15 are located at positions facing each other in the 3 rd direction Z with a gap therebetween, i.e., the 1 st jig part 11, the 2 nd jig part 12, and the fitting rib 13. The auxiliary rib 14 extends along the 1 st direction X and the 2 nd direction Y across the 1 st direction X surface (curved lateral surface) on which the 1 st clamp portion 11 is provided and the 2 nd direction Y surface (curved inner surface) on which the 2 nd clamp portion 12 is provided. The auxiliary rib 15 is formed along the 1 st direction X on a surface (curved side surface) on the 1 st direction X side where the 1 st clamp portion 11 is provided. In a state where the protector PR is held by the clamp member 20, the auxiliary rib portions 14 and the auxiliary rib portions 15 are respectively located at positions adjacent to both sides of the clamp member 20 with respect to the 3 rd direction Z.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 4, the jig member 20 is formed separately from the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, and is a member for supporting the protector PR on the mounting surface BR. The clamp member 20 has a locking portion 21 and a holding portion 22, which are integrally formed.
The locking portion 21 is a portion that is inserted into and locked with a locking hole BRa formed in the mounting surface BR along an insertion direction L1 (see fig. 3). Here, the insertion direction L1 of the locking portion 21 into the locking hole BRa is a direction along the axial direction of the locking hole BRa formed in the mounting surface BR.
Specifically, the locking portion 21 has a plate-shaped portion 23 and a clamp portion 24, which are integrally formed. The plate-like portion 23 is a portion formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape. The clip portion 24 is a portion actually inserted into and locked in the locking hole BRa. The clamp portion 24 includes an arm-shaped locking claw portion 24a, and is provided to protrude in the vertical direction with respect to the plate-shaped portion 23. More specifically, the clamp portion 24 includes a pair of locking claw portions 24a and a shaft portion 24 b. The shaft portion 24b is formed on the plate-like portion 23 so as to protrude in the vertical direction from a substantially central portion of one main surface. Here, the shaft portion 24b is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. The shaft portion 24b is connected at a distal end portion to a pair of locking claw portions 24 a. The pair of locking claw portions 24a extend in an arm shape while being bent from the tip end portion of the shaft portion 24b toward the main surface side of the plate-like portion 23. The pair of locking claw portions 24a are located at positions facing each other with the shaft portion 24b interposed therebetween. The clamp portion 24 is formed such that a pair of locking claw portions 24a have flexibility, and the locking claw portions 24a can be inserted into the locking holes BRa while being bent. The proximal end portions of the pair of locking claw portions 24a are connected to the distal end portion of the shaft portion 24b, and the distal end portions of the pair of locking claw portions 24a on the main surface side of the plate-shaped portion 23 are formed with locking stepped portions 24c (see fig. 3). Each locking stepped portion 24c is a portion that is locked to an edge portion of a locking hole BRa formed in the mounting surface BR.
The holding portion 22 is a portion that is formed integrally with the locking portion 21 and that detachably holds the component 10 to be mounted along a mounting and dismounting direction L2 (see fig. 4) that intersects the insertion direction L1. The holding portion 22 of the present embodiment holds the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, in such a manner as to be attachable and detachable along the attaching and detaching direction L2. Here, the attaching/detaching direction L2 of the mounting target member 10 to the holding portion 22 is typically a direction along a substantially arc-shaped turning locus of the protector PR (mounting target member 10) around the connector CN in a state where the connector CN is connected and fixed to a device such as an inverter (see fig. 2, 4, and the like).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 9, and 10, the holding portion 22 includes: the base portion 22a, the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c, the fitting hole portion 22d, the 1 st locking notch portion 22e, the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f, and the introducing opening portion 22g are integrally formed.
The base portion 22a is a plate-like portion extending in a direction intersecting the 1 st direction X. When a portion in which a fitting hole 22d described later is formed is also included, the base portion 22a is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape extending in the 2 nd direction Y and the 3 rd direction Z as a whole.
The pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c protrude from the base portion 22a in the 1 st direction X and are provided to face each other in the 2 nd direction Y (see also fig. 11 and 13). The pair of side walls 22b and 22c are formed to protrude from the respective end portions of the base portion 22a in the 2 nd direction Y toward the same side along the 1 st direction X. Here, the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c extend from the base portion 22a in the 1 st direction X. When a portion in which a fitting hole 22d described later is formed is also included, the side wall portion 22b is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape extending in the 1 st direction X and the 3 rd direction Z as a whole. When the fitting hole 22d described later is not formed, the side wall portion 22c is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape extending in the 1 st direction X and the 3 rd direction Z as a whole. The pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c are portions that sandwich a part of the component 10 to be mounted, here, the 2 nd portions PR1B and PR2B of the protector PR, along the 2 nd direction Y (see fig. 13).
The base portion 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c are formed in a substantially "コ" shape in which one side in the 1 st direction X and both sides in the 3 rd direction Z are open as a whole (see also fig. 11 and 13). The base portion 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c are reinforced by the pair of reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i in a state of being formed in a substantially "コ" shape. The pair of reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i are formed in a substantially コ shape along the respective ends of the base portion 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c in the 3 rd direction Z. The reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i extend to the end surface of the plate-shaped portion 23 of the locking portion 21, and are finally continuous so as to surround the end surface of the plate-shaped portion 23. Accordingly, the reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i connect the base portion 22a and the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c to the plate-shaped portion 23. The base portion 22a and the plate-like portion 23 are connected in a positional relationship in which the plate-like portion 23 is located on the opposite side of the base portion 22a from the side wall portions 22b and 22c with respect to the 1 st direction X, and the plate-like portion 23 is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the 1 st direction X and the 2 nd direction Y.
The fitting hole 22d is a through hole provided in one of the pair of side walls 22b and 22c, and in this case, extends over the side wall 22b and the base 22 a. The fitting hole 22d extends in the 1 st direction X and the 2 nd direction Y and is formed in a shape in which the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR can be fitted. The portion of the fitting hole 22d formed in the base portion 22a constitutes a 1 st portion 22da, and the portion formed in the side wall portion 22b constitutes a 2 nd portion 22 db. The fitting hole 22d penetrates the base portion 22a in the 1 st position 22da in the 1 st direction X and extends in the 2 nd direction Y. The fitting hole 22d penetrates the side wall 22b at the 2 nd portion 22db in the 2 nd direction Y and extends in the 1 st direction X. The fitting hole 22d is a portion that restricts relative movement of the fitting rib 13 in the 3 rd direction Z in a state where the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR is fitted (see also fig. 6).
The 1 st locking notch 22e is provided in the base portion 22a, and is a portion to which the 1 st clamp portion 11 of the protector PR is locked. The 1 st locking notch 22e is formed in edge ribs 22j and 22k provided upright along the edge of the fitting hole 22 d. Here, the edge ribs 22j and 22k are formed to extend along the edge of the fitting hole 22d on the side wall portion 22b and the base portion 22 a. The edge rib 22j is formed along the edge of the fitting hole 22d on one side (the reinforcing rib 22h side) in the 3 rd direction Z. The edge rib 22k is formed along the edge of the other side (the reinforcing rib 22i side) of the fitting hole 22d in the 3 rd direction Z. The 1 st locking notch 22e is formed as a concave notch in a portion of the edge ribs 22j and 22k located at the base portion 22 a. In other words, the 1 st locking notch 22e is formed in the edge portion of the 1 st portion 22da of the fitting hole 22d in each of the edge portion ribs 22j and 22 k. The pair of 1 st locking notches 22e provided in the edge ribs 22j and 22k are located at positions facing each other in the 3 rd direction Z. The 1 st locking notch 22e locks the locking stepped portion 11c of the 1 st locking claw 11a in the 1 st direction X in a state where the fitting rib 13 of the protector PR is fitted in the fitting hole 22d, and serves as a portion that restricts relative movement of the 1 st chuck part 11 in the 1 st direction X (see also fig. 7).
The 2 nd locking notch portion 22f is provided in one of the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c, here, the side wall portion 22b, and is a portion for locking the 2 nd clip portion 12 of the protector PR. The 2 nd locking notch 22f is formed in edge ribs 22j and 22k provided upright along the edge of the fitting hole 22d, similarly to the 1 st locking notch 22 e. The 2 nd locking notch 22f is formed as a concave notch in the portion of the edge ribs 22j and 22k located on the side wall portion 22 b. In other words, the 2 nd locking notch 22f is formed in the edge portion of the 2 nd portion 22db of the fitting hole 22d in each of the edge portion ribs 22j and 22 k. The pair of 2 nd locking notches 22f provided in the edge ribs 22j and 22k are located at positions facing each other along the 3 rd direction Z. The 2 nd locking notch portion 22f locks the locking stepped portion 12c of the 2 nd locking pawl portion 12a in the 2 nd direction Y in a state where the fitting rib portion 13 of the protector PR is fitted in the fitting hole portion 22d, and becomes a portion that restricts relative movement of the 2 nd clamp portion 12 in the 2 nd direction Y (see also fig. 8).
The introducing opening 22g is a portion provided in one of the pair of side walls 22b and 22c, in this case, the side wall 22b and the fitting hole 22d so as to communicate with each other. The introducing opening 22g is formed in the side wall portion 22b by opening the 2 nd portion 22db of the fitting hole 22d in the 1 st direction X toward the opposite side of the base portion 22a side. Here, the introduction opening 22g is formed as a space surrounded in three directions by the guide wall portions 22l and 22m and the beam portion 22n connected to the reinforcing ribs 22h and 22 i. The guide wall portions 22l, 22m are provided at the end portions of the reinforcing ribs 22h, 22i on one side in the 1 st direction X of the portion of the side wall portion 22 b. The guide wall portions 22l and 22m are both formed in a plate shape and located at positions facing each other along the 3 rd direction Z. The guide wall portion 22l is provided on the reinforcing rib 22h, and the end portion on the base portion 22a side in the 1 st direction X is connected to the end portion of the edge rib 22 j. The guide wall portion 22m is provided on the reinforcing rib 22i, and the edge rib 22k is connected to the end portion on the base portion 22a side in the 1 st direction X. The guide wall portions 22l and 22m are formed obliquely so as to approach each other as they go toward the base portion 22a side in the 1 st direction X and so as to gradually narrow the interval in the 3 rd direction Z. The beam portion 22n is a beam-shaped portion connecting the reinforcing rib 22h and the reinforcing rib 22i at one end portion of the portion located on the side wall portion 22b in the 1 st direction X. The beam portion 22n extends in the 3 rd direction Z, and connects the end of the reinforcing rib 22h and the end of the reinforcing rib 22 i. The introduction opening 22g is formed by these guide wall portions 22l and 22m and the beam portion 22n, and is formed in a shape gradually narrowing toward the 2 nd portion 22db of the fitting hole 22 d. The opening 22g is a portion for drawing the 2 nd clip part 12 toward the 2 nd locking notch 22f in the 1 st direction X when the protector PR, which is the component 10 to be mounted, is assembled to the clip member 20 (see also fig. 12).
The detachable structure 30 includes the above-described first clamp portion 11, second clamp portion 12, fitting rib 13, base portion 22a, a pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c, fitting hole portion 22d, first locking notch portion 22e, second locking notch portion 22f, and introduction opening portion 22 g. The attaching and detaching structure 30 detachably assembles the protector PR, which is the component 10 to be attached, and the holding portion 22, and can restrict relative movement of the protector PR and the holding portion 22 in the 1 st direction X, the 2 nd direction Y, and the 3 rd direction Z in a state where the protector PR and the holding portion 22 are assembled with each other.
As shown in fig. 3, 11, and the like, in the mounting structure 1 configured as described above, typically, first, the clip member 20 is assembled to the mounting surface BR by inserting the clip portion 24 of the clip member 20 into the engagement hole BRa of the mounting surface BR in the insertion direction L1. In this case, the clip member 20 is inserted into the locking hole BRa while bending the pair of locking claw portions 24a of the clip portion 24, and finally the locking stepped portions 24c of the respective locking claw portions 24a are locked to the edge portions of the locking hole BRa, thereby being fixed to the mounting surface BR.
As shown in fig. 4, 11, and the like, the mounting structure 1 is configured to attach the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, to the jig member 20 fixed to the mounting surface BR in the attaching and detaching direction L2. In this case, the protector PR is assembled to the holding portion 22 of the jig member 20 along the attaching/detaching direction L2 along a substantially arc-shaped trajectory around the connector CN of the wire harness WH in a state where the connector CN is connected and fixed to a device such as an inverter. More specifically, the protector PR is assembled to the holding portion 22 in a positional relationship in which the 2 nd portions PR1B, PR2B are positioned between the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c in the 3 rd direction Z and the fitting rib 13 is fitted to the fitting hole portion 22d of the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20.
At this time, as shown in fig. 12 and the like, in the clip member 20, the mounting structure 1 can guide the 2 nd clip portion 12 by guiding the guide wall portions 22l, 22m forming the introducing opening portion 22g to the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f side in the 1 st direction X.
Finally, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 13, and the like, in the mounting structure 1, the fitting rib 13 is fitted into the fitting hole 22d, and the 2 nd parts PR1B, PR2B of the protector PR are held by being sandwiched between the pair of side wall portions 22b, 22c of the holding portion 22. In the mounting structure 1, in a state where the protector PR is held by the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20, the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 is positioned between the auxiliary ribs 14 and 15 with respect to the 3 rd direction Z. The auxiliary ribs 14 and 15 of the protector PR are located adjacent to the outer sides of the reinforcing ribs 22h and 22i of the clamp member 20 in the 3 rd direction Z, respectively.
As shown in fig. 6 and the like, in the mounting structure 1, in a state where the fitting rib 13 is fitted in the fitting hole 22d, the edge portion of the fitting hole 22d and the edge ribs 22j and 22k are brought into contact with the fitting rib 13, thereby restricting the relative movement of the fitting rib 13 in the 3 rd direction Z. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can restrict the relative movement in the 3 rd direction Z of the protector PR held by the holding portion 22 of the jig member 20 and the jig member 20.
As shown in fig. 7 and the like, in the mounting structure 1, in a state where the fitting rib 13 is fitted in the fitting hole 22d, the 1 st locking claw portion 11a of the 1 st clip portion 11 is locked in the 1 st locking notch portion 22e with respect to the 1 st direction X, and relative movement of the 1 st clip portion 11 in the 1 st direction X is regulated. In this state, the base portion 22a of the clamp member 20 is positioned between the tip of the 1 st locking claw portion 11a of the 1 st clamp portion 11 and the outer surface of the pedestal PR1 with respect to the 1 st direction X. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can restrict the relative movement of the protector PR held by the holding portion 22 of the clamp member 20 and the clamp member 20 in the 1 st direction X.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and the like, in the mounting structure 1, in a state where the fitting rib 13 is fitted in the fitting hole 22d, the 2 nd locking claw portion 12a of the 2 nd clip portion 12 is locked in the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f with respect to the 2 nd direction Y, and the relative movement of the 2 nd clip portion 12 in the 2 nd direction Y is regulated. In this state, the side wall portion 22b of the jig member 20 is positioned between the tip of the 2 nd locking claw portion 12a of the 2 nd jig portion 12 and the outer surface of the base PR1 with respect to the 2 nd direction Y. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can restrict the relative movement of the protector PR held by the holding portion 22 of the clamp member 20 and the clamp member 20 in the 2 nd direction Y.
The mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20 described above can insert and lock the engagement portion 21 of the clip member 20 formed separately from the protector PR, which is the mounting target member 10, into the engagement hole BRa formed in the mounting surface BR along the insertion direction L1. In the mounting structure 1, the mounting object member 10 can be attached to the holding portion 22 of the clip member 20 integrally formed with the locking portion 21 along the attaching and detaching direction L2 that intersects the inserting direction L1. Accordingly, the mounting structure 1 can have a relatively high degree of freedom in the mounting trajectory of the component 10 to be mounted with respect to the mounting surface BR. With this structure, the mounting structure 1 can appropriately assemble the mounting target member 10 to the mounting surface BR even when the mounting trajectory of the mounting target member 10 is restricted by, for example, the mounting condition of the wire harness WH and the mounting target member 10 must be assembled from the side of the mounting surface BR. The same applies to a case where a space for handling each component cannot be secured in the vicinity of the mounting surface BR during assembly work. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the holder member 20 can ensure appropriate assemblability with respect to the protector PR which is the mounting target member 10.
In the mounting structure 1, the jig member 20 is formed separately from the mounting target member 10, so that the jig member 20 is simply formed of a highly rigid member, for example, and the jig member 20 supports the mounting target member 10 on the mounting surface BR. Based on this, the mounting structure 1 can achieve suppression of manufacturing cost, for example.
Further, the mounting structure 1 can be used in a manner of use in which the jig member 20 is assembled to the mounting surface BR in a state in which the component to be mounted 10 and the jig member 20 are assembled in advance, for example, according to the state of the mounting surface BR. That is, in the mounting structure 1, the jig member 20 is formed separately from the mounting target member 10, so that the use mode in which the jig member 20 is assembled to the mounting surface BR in advance and the use mode in which the jig member 20 is assembled to the mounting surface BR together with the mounting target member 10 can be appropriately used. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clamp member 20 can have improved versatility.
Further, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the holder member 20 described above can restrict the relative movement of the mounting target member 10 and the holding portion 22 in the 1 st direction X, the 2 nd direction Y, and the 3 rd direction Z by the attaching and detaching structure 30. With this configuration, the mounting structure 1 can reliably fix the mounting object member 10 and the clamp member 20, which are separately formed as described above, to each other while suppressing looseness. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the jig member 20 can reliably assemble the mounting target member 10 to the mounting surface BR via the jig member 20.
More specifically, in the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the clip member 20 described above, the detachable structure 30 is configured by the 1 st clip portion 11, the 2 nd clip portion 12, and the fitting rib 13 provided in the mounting object member 10, and the base portion 22a, the pair of side wall portions 22b and 22c, the fitting hole portion 22d, the 1 st locking notch portion 22e, and the 2 nd locking notch portion 22f provided in the clip member 20. With this configuration, the mounting structure 1 can secure the degree of freedom of the assembling locus of the mounting object member 10 in the detachable structure 30, and can reliably fix the mounting object member 10 and the jig member 20 by restricting the relative movement between the mounting object member 10 and the jig member 20 in the state where the mounting object member 10 and the jig member 20 are assembled. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the holder member 20 can ensure more appropriate assemblability with respect to the protector PR which is the mounting target member 10.
The attachment structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the holder member 20 described above are configured to include the introduction opening 22g, and the detachable structure 30 is provided in the holder member 20 through the introduction opening 22 g. With this configuration, when the protector PR, which is the component 10 to be mounted, is assembled to the jig member 20, the mounting structure 1 can guide the 2 nd jig part 12 to the 2 nd locking notch part 22f side by the insertion opening 22g of the jig member 20. As a result, the mounting structure 1, the wire harness WH, and the holder member 20 can be more appropriately assembled with respect to the protector PR which is the mounting target member 10.
The mounting structure, the wire harness, and the support member according to the embodiments of the present invention described above are not limited to the embodiments described above, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.
In the above description, the case where the jig member 20 has the introduction opening 22g has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and a structure without the introduction opening 22g may be employed.
In the above description, the protector PR is described as being bent in a substantially L-shape as a whole to restrict the wiring path of the wiring material W to a substantially L-shape, but is not limited thereto. The protector PR may be formed linearly or in a curved shape.
In the above description, the case where the attachment target member 10 is the protector PR that is attached to and protects the wiring material W of the wire harness WH is described, but the present invention is not limited to this.
The mounting structure, the wire harness, and the support member according to the present embodiment can be configured by appropriately combining the components of the embodiments and the modifications described above.
