The MOPP film punch of claim 1, wherein: the punching mechanism (6) comprises a pressing rod (61), the pressing rod (61) penetrates through and is connected to the inside of the mounting hole (5) in a sliding mode, a first magnet disc (62) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the pressing rod (61), a cutting ring (67) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the pressing rod (61), the cutting ring (67) is identical to the diameter of the pressing rod (61) and is matched with a corresponding punched hole (11), a first fixing ring (63) and a second fixing ring (64) are fixedly connected to the pressing rod (61) on the circumferential outer wall below the mounting ring (4) in a sleeved mode, the first fixing ring (63) is located above the second fixing ring (64) on the same side, the first fixing ring (63) is detachably connected to the mounting ring (4) through a mounting bolt (65), and a first compression spring (66) is sleeved on the pressing rod (61) between the first fixing ring (63) and the second fixing ring (64) on the same side, the upper end of the first compression spring (66) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the first fixing ring (63) on the same side, and the lower end of the first compression spring (66) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the second fixing ring (64) on the same side.
