Background
When carrying out operation and maintenance work, the operation and maintenance personnel often need both hands and land to carry out the assembly and disassembly work of bolt and nut. The sliding sleeve assembly 2 comprises a rotating sleeve 201 rotatably connected with the upper end of the stopper 1, a sliding block 202 positioned in the rotating sleeve 201, and a sliding adjusting rod 203 for driving the sliding block 202 to slide up and down; the bottom of the sliding block 202 is provided with a second limit groove 2021 for the head of the bolt to insert; the first and second limiting grooves 1021, 2021 are coaxial. The rotary wrench 3 is connected with the rotating sleeve 201 and used for driving the sliding sleeve assembly 2 to rotate around the axis of the first limiting groove 1021 relative to the limiter 1.
It can be understood that to achieve the assembly and disassembly of the bolt and the nut, the key is to achieve the relative rotation of the bolt and the nut.
The wrench with the limiter provided by the invention can realize the assembly and disassembly of the bolt and the nut by firstly inserting the nut into the first limiting groove 1021, then pushing the sliding adjusting rod 203 downwards to insert the head of the bolt into the second limiting groove 2021, and then rotating the rotary wrench 3. It should be noted that, since the rotary wrench 3 and the sliding sleeve assembly 2 do not rotate relatively, when the rotary wrench 3 is rotated, the sliding sleeve assembly 2 rotates relative to the stopper 1, that is, the second limiting groove 2021 rotates relative to the first limiting groove 1021, so that the nut inserted into the first limiting groove 1021 and the bolt inserted into the second limiting groove 2021 rotate relatively, thereby completing the assembly and disassembly of the bolt and the nut. It can be understood that, because the rotating wrench 3 can be rotated by one hand, the operation and maintenance personnel can assemble and disassemble the bolt and the nut by one hand, and the wrench with the limiter provided by the invention can solve the problem that the existing wrench can not assemble and disassemble the bolt and the nut by one hand.
In this embodiment, the first limiting groove 1021 is a blind groove, and a rod through hole for the bolt to pass through is formed at the bottom of the blind groove.
It can be understood that when the rotary wrench 3 is rotated in the forward direction, the bolt and the nut are close to each other and gradually separate from the corresponding limit grooves, the part of the bolt which exceeds the falling curtain passes through the rod penetrating hole and extends downwards to avoid interference of the limiter 1 on the descending of the bolt, when the bolt and the nut are about to separate from the limit grooves, the sliding adjusting rod 203 slides downwards to enable the two limit grooves to clamp the bolt and the nut again, and the bolt can be screwed into the nut after repeated reciprocating; when the rotating wrench 3 is rotated reversely, the bolt and the nut are far away from each other, and the nut is blocked by the first limiting groove 1021 and cannot move back down, so that the bolt can push the sliding adjusting rod 203 to slide upwards, and the bolt can be separated from the nut by continuously rotating the rotating wrench 3.
In this embodiment, the sliding adjustment rod 203 includes a vertical rod 2031 and a horizontal rod 2032, the vertical rod 2031 is vertically downward connected to the top of the rotating sleeve 201 in a sliding manner and extends to the top of the sliding block 202, and the horizontal rod 2032 is horizontally fixed to the top of the vertical rod 2031.
It can be understood that the cross bar 2032 is used as a force application bar, and applies force to the vertical bar 2031 through the lever principle to drive the vertical bar 2031 to rotate, so as to save labor.

the sliding sleeve assembly comprises a rotating sleeve rotatably connected with the upper end of the stopper, a sliding block positioned in the rotating sleeve and a sliding adjusting rod used for driving the sliding block to slide up and down; the bottom of the sliding block is provided with a second limiting groove for inserting the head of the bolt; the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove are coaxial;
the rotary wrench is connected with the rotating sleeve and used for driving the sliding sleeve assembly to rotate around the axis of the first limiting groove relative to the limiting device.
2. The wrench with the stopper according to claim 1, wherein the first stopper groove is a blind groove, and a through-hole for the bolt to pass through is formed at the bottom of the blind groove.
