The workpiece fixing jig as claimed in claim 2, wherein a bearing seat (20) is fixed on the upper end face of the base (1), a first flange (12) is arranged above the bearing seat (20), the lower end of the first flange (12) is fixedly connected with the base (1), and the inner wall of the first flange (12) is hermetically and rotatably connected with the shaft sleeve (2).
