The invention provides a metal workpiece processing method with a ridge effect, which comprises the following steps: (1) casting a metal workpiece in a mold; (2) painting paint on the surface of the metal workpiece; (3) adopting a liquid soil supplement agent to supplement soil for the metal workpiece encapsulation area, and grinding; (4) painting in coating; (5) and (4) coating finish paint. The metal workpiece processing method with the edge line effect and the product thereof can ensure that the metal workpiece still keeps the sharpness of the edge line after being painted, the edge line effect is clear and obvious, and the requirements of customers are met.

Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of a product. The product 10 is required to be provided with the ridge 11 effect on the surface. When a metal male part with the effect of the ridge line 11 is manufactured in the prior art, the manufacturing method is generally completed through the following steps: (1) casting a metal workpiece in a mold, wherein the mold is polished after discharging by using a graphite electrode; (2) attaching the powdery coating to the surface of a metal workpiece in a gas or liquid mode, and heating to form a primer film; (3) applying a primer surfacer (i.e., a midcoat) over the primer film; (4) grinding to make the surface of the metal workpiece smooth and uniform; (5) painting in coating; (6) and coating finish paint on the surface of the metal workpiece. However, the thickness of the painted film of the metal workpiece manufactured through the steps reaches 0.7-1.0mm, so that the edge line 11 is blurred after painting, and the effect of clear edge line 11 required by customers cannot be achieved.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a method for processing a metal workpiece with a ridge effect and a product thereof to solve the above problems.

Therefore, the invention aims to provide a metal workpiece processing method with a ridge effect and a product thereof, and solve the problem that the effect of making ridges on the surface of a metal workpiece is not clear.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for processing a metal workpiece having a ridge effect, comprising the steps of:
(1) casting a metal workpiece in a mold in which the ridges are individually discharged using electrodes;
(2) painting paint on the surface of the metal workpiece;
(3) adopting a liquid soil supplement agent to supplement soil for the metal workpiece encapsulation area, and grinding;
(4) painting in coating;
(5) and (4) coating finish paint.
Optionally, the metal workpiece is a magnesium alloy workpiece or an aluminum alloy workpiece.
Optionally, the electrode is a copper electrode.
Optionally, the number of the electrodes is at least two, and when the residual discharge margin of one electrode is 2% -4%, the electrode is replaced with a completely new electrode to continue discharging.
Optionally, in the step (5), two middle coat paint layers are continuously coated.
Optionally, the steps (2) to (5) each include a baking step.

Compared with the prior art, the metal workpiece processing method with the ridge effect and the product thereof have the advantages that the processing mode of the die is changed, the ridge in the die is subjected to independent discharge processing by using the electrode, the step of coating the powder-shaped coating in the prior art is omitted, and the step of adding the liquid-state soil supplement agent for soil supplement after painting in the coating process is added, so that the sharpness of the ridge is still maintained after the metal workpiece is painted, the ridge effect is clear and obvious, and the requirements of customers are met.

In the following examples, the intermediate coating, the liquid soil-filling agent and the top coating are all common commercial products.
For example, the liquid earth supplement may be an epoxy earth supplement for pacific chemical: the baking temperature of the agent A and the agent B is 150 ℃, and the baking time is 20 minutes; the primer surfacer is prepared by low-temperature primer surfacer of Hansheng paint and low-temperature solvent according to the weight part ratio, the baking temperature is 60 ℃, and the baking time is 30 minutes; the finish paint is prepared from a low-temperature finish paint of Korean paint, a low-temperature curing agent and a low-temperature solvent according to the weight part ratio, and the baking temperature is 60 ℃ and is baked for 30 minutes.

step 200: painting the surface of the metal workpiece, namely, eliminating the step of powder coating in the prior art, and directly painting the primer on the metal workpiece, so that the appearance effect that the edge line is covered by the thicker film thickness ratio after the powder coating is avoided;
step 300: adopting a liquid soil-supplementing agent to supplement soil for the metal workpiece encapsulation area so as to cover the welding mark of the metal workpiece surface encapsulation area, and grinding to obtain a metal workpiece with a smooth and uniform surface;
Step 400: after soil is supplemented, painting is carried out on the surface of the metal workpiece in a secondary coating process, so that the smoothness of the surface of the metal workpiece is further improved;
step 500: the surface of the metal workpiece is coated with finish paint, so that the metal workpiece has decoration and protection effects.
Wherein the metal workpiece is a magnesium alloy workpiece or an aluminum alloy workpiece.
The electrode is a copper electrode, the discharge effect of the copper electrode is better, and the copper electrode is manufactured according to the structure of a metal workpiece.
When the residual discharge allowance of one electrode is 2% -4%, the electrode can be replaced by a new electrode to continue discharging when the residual discharge allowance is 3%, so that the problem that the discharging effect cannot be guaranteed due to abrasion in the discharging process of the electrode is solved, and the edge line effect in the die is obvious.
In the step 500, two layers of middle painting can be continuously coated according to the condition of the metal workpiece to eliminate the defects of holes, lines and the like on the surface of the metal workpiece and obtain the metal workpiece with a smooth surface.
Wherein, the steps 200 to 500 all include a baking step, and the baking temperature and the baking time are adjusted according to actual conditions.
In addition, the invention also provides a product 10, which is the product 10 obtained after the metal workpiece with the ridge line effect is processed by the processing method. Referring to fig. 3, which is a diagram illustrating the effect of the product obtained by the treatment method of the present invention, it can be seen that the product 10 has a clear and obvious ridge 11 effect after the treatment method of the present invention.

Compared with the prior art, the metal workpiece processing method with the ridge effect and the product 10 thereof have the advantages that the processing mode of the die is changed, the ridge in the die is subjected to independent discharge processing by using the electrode, the step of coating the powder-shaped coating in the prior art is eliminated, and the step of adding the liquid-state soil supplement agent for soil supplement after painting in the coating process is added, so that the sharpness of the ridge 11 is still maintained after the metal workpiece is painted, the ridge effect is clear and obvious, and the requirements of customers are met.
Claims (8)
1. A method for processing a metal workpiece with a ridge effect is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) casting a metal workpiece in a mold in which the ridges are individually discharged using electrodes;
(2) painting paint on the surface of the metal workpiece;
(3) adopting a liquid soil supplement agent to supplement soil for the metal workpiece encapsulation area, and grinding;
(4) painting in coating;
(5) and (4) coating finish paint.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the metal workpiece is a magnesium alloy workpiece or an aluminum alloy workpiece.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the electrode is a copper electrode.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the number of the electrodes is at least two, and when the remaining discharge margin of one electrode is 2% -4%, the electrode is replaced with a new one to continue the discharge.
5. The method for processing a metal workpiece with a ridge line effect as recited in claim 1, wherein in the step (5), two middle coat paint layers are successively applied.

8. The product of claim 7, wherein the product is a laptop case.
