Background
The production process of the wood board needs multiple working procedures for processing, a plurality of powdered wood chips and dust can be remained after the wood board is ground flat, paint needs to be sprayed during processing of a finished wood board product, and the dust and wood chip particles on the wood board need to be cleaned up before the wood board is sprayed. Dust and saw-dust particulate matter on adopting dust to clear up the plank at present often, place the plank and convey by the conveyer belt on the conveyer belt, install brush roller and dust extraction above the conveyer belt, utilize the brush roller can brush dust and saw-dust particulate matter on the plank, dust extraction can absorb away dust and saw-dust particulate matter. The existing wood board dust removing equipment is provided with the conveying belt, dust needs to be removed from two sides of a wood board, the dust needs to be removed in two batches, the production line of the removing equipment can be increased, and the occupied area is large. In view of the problems, the invention provides the dust remover integrating the two conveyor belts, and the two sides of the wood board can be cleaned by discharging materials from the two ends in sequence.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dust remover for processing wood boards, which is provided with a pair of conveyor belts, a pair of wood boards can be placed at the same time, a dust suction device is arranged between the pair of conveyor belts, and the dust suction device sucks dust on the pair of conveyor belts at the same time, so that the dust removal efficiency of the wood boards can be effectively improved.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: a dust remover for processing wood boards comprises a pair of supporting frames, a pair of conveying devices arranged on the supporting frames, a plurality of cleaning assemblies arranged above the conveying devices, and a plurality of dust suction devices arranged between the pair of supporting frames;
the supporting frames are in a right-angle tripod structure, and a pair of supporting frames are arranged in an M shape; an accommodating groove is formed in the inclined surface of the supporting frame, and the conveying device is installed in the accommodating groove; the inclined surface of the support frame is vertically provided with a baffle plate upwards at two sides of the accommodating groove;
the conveying device comprises a pair of rotating rollers hinged at two ends of the accommodating groove, a conveying belt sleeved on the rotating rollers and a driving motor for driving the rotating rollers to rotate, and the wood board is placed on the conveying belt and conveyed by the conveying belt;
the cleaning assembly comprises an arched cleaning support, a cleaning roller hinged in the cleaning support and a brush sleeve sleeved on the cleaning roller, the bottom surface of the brush sleeve is abutted against a wood board, and two ends of the cleaning support are fixedly connected to the outer side surfaces of a pair of baffles;
the dust suction device comprises a pair of arched dust suction brackets, an air draft cover arranged in the dust suction brackets, an exhaust fan and a dust collection box positioned below the exhaust fan; the two ends of the dust collection support are fixedly connected to the outer side surfaces of the pair of baffles, the air draft cover is positioned above the wood plate, and the length of the air draft cover is not less than the width of the conveyor belt; the pair of dust collection supports are connected through a connecting plate, the exhaust fan is installed on the connecting plate, air inlets are formed in the two sides of the exhaust fan respectively, an air outlet is formed in the downward direction of the exhaust fan, the air inlets are connected with the air suction cover through air guide pipes, and the air outlet extends into the dust collection box.
Further, the conveying belts on the pair of conveying devices are mutually reversely conveyed.
Further, a plurality of cleaning assembly and a plurality of dust extraction position are installed alternately, dust extraction is all installed to the support frame both ends inboard.
Furthermore, the top surface of the conveying belt protrudes out of the inclined surface of the support frame.
Further, the holding tank is articulated with a plurality of backing rolls, the backing roll is contradicted on the conveyer belt inner circle top.
The material guide device is characterized in that material guide frames are arranged at two ends of each of the support frames, the top surfaces of the material guide frames are M-shaped, and limiting plates aligned with the baffle plates are arranged on the top surfaces of the material guide frames.
Further, the dust collection box is arranged between the pair of support frames, and the length of the dust collection box is not less than that of the support frames; the dust collection box is provided with a containing hole along the length direction, and one end of the dust collection box is provided with a discharge hole.
Furthermore, a rotating shaft is hinged in the dust collection box, a helical blade is arranged on the rotating shaft, and one end of the rotating shaft extends out of the dust collection box and is connected with a rotating motor.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention discloses a dust remover for processing wood boards. The plank can be placed on conveyer's conveyer belt and is carried out the conveying by the conveyer belt, and the cover is gone up by brush cover by the cleaning roller of clearance subassembly, and brush cover bottom is contradicted on the plank, and when the plank conveyed on the conveyer belt, dust and saw-dust granule on the plank can be clear up to the brush cover. An exhaust fan of the dust collection device is connected with an exhaust hood through an air guide pipe, the exhaust hood is located above the wood board, and the exhaust fan can exhaust dust and wood dust particles cleaned from the wood board. The pair of conveyor belts can convey the wood boards simultaneously, and the dust cleaning efficiency of the wood boards can be effectively improved.

Specifically, the supporting frames 1 are in a right-angle tripod structure, and a pair of supporting frames 1 are placed in an M shape. Holding tank 2 has been seted up on 1 inclined plane of support frame, and conveyer installs in holding tank 2. The baffle plates 3 are vertically arranged on the two sides of the accommodating groove 2 upwards on the inclined surface of the supporting frame 1;
specifically, the conveying device comprises a pair of rotating rollers 4 hinged to two ends of the accommodating groove 2, a conveying belt 5 sleeved on the rotating rollers 4 and a driving motor 6 driving the rotating rollers 4 to rotate, and the wood board is placed on the conveying belt 5 and conveyed by the conveying belt 5.
The cleaning assembly comprises an arched cleaning support 7, a cleaning roller 8 hinged in the cleaning support 7 and a brush sleeve 9 sleeved on the cleaning roller 8, wherein the bottom surface of the brush sleeve 9 is abutted against a wood board, and two ends of the cleaning support 7 are fixedly connected to the outer side surfaces of a pair of baffles 3;
specifically, the dust suction device comprises a pair of arched dust suction brackets 10, a suction hood 11 arranged in the dust suction brackets 10, a suction fan 12 and a dust collection box 13 positioned below the suction fan 12. Two ends of the dust collection support 10 are fixedly connected to the outer side surfaces of the pair of baffles 3, the air draft cover 11 is positioned above the wood plate, and the length of the air draft cover 11 is not less than the width of the conveyor belt 5. The pair of dust collection supports 10 are connected through a connecting plate 14, an exhaust fan 12 is installed on the connecting plate 14, air inlets 15 are respectively formed in the two sides of the exhaust fan 12, an air outlet 16 is formed in the downward direction of the exhaust fan 12, the air inlets 15 are connected with an exhaust hood 11 through air guide pipes 17, and the air outlet 16 extends into a dust collection box 13.
The conveyer belts 5 on the pair of conveyer devices of this embodiment are the reverse conveying each other, and a pair of conveyer belts 5 can be successively to a plank dust removal, can accomplish the effect of two-sided clearance like this.
The plurality of cleaning assemblies and the plurality of dust collecting devices are arranged at intervals, and the inner sides of two ends of the support frame 1 are provided with the dust collecting devices. The dust and the saw dust of the wood plates cleaned by the cleaning assembly are all in the dust collection range of the dust collection device, so that the dust is thoroughly removed.
The top surface of the conveyor belt 5 of the embodiment protrudes out of the inclined surface of the support frame 1, so that the wood board cannot touch the support frame 1 when being conveyed on the conveyor belt 5, and the wood board is conveyed smoothly.
The receiving tank 2 of this embodiment is also hinged with a plurality of support rollers 18, the support rollers 18 abutting on top of the inner ring of the conveyor belt 5. The support rollers 18 function as a support for the reinforcing conveyor belt 5, since the wood board exerts a downward pressure on the conveyor belt 5, so that the wood board is conveyed on the conveyor belt 5 more smoothly.
In the embodiment, the two ends of the supporting frames 1 are respectively provided with a material guiding frame 19, the top surface of the material guiding frame 19 is M-shaped, and the top surface of the material guiding frame 19 is provided with a limiting plate 20 aligned with the baffle 3. The boards are placed on the material guiding rack 19 and then pushed onto the conveyor belt 5 to remove dust.
The dust box 13 of the present embodiment is installed between a pair of support frames 1, and the length of the dust box 13 is not less than the length of the support frame 1. The dust box 13 has an accommodating hole 21 formed along the longitudinal direction, and one end of the dust box 13 has a discharge port 22. A rotating shaft 23 is hinged in the dust collection box 13, a helical blade 24 is arranged on the rotating shaft 23, and one end of the rotating shaft 23 extends out of the dust collection box 13 and is connected with a rotating motor 25. The rotating motor 25 drives the rotating shaft 23 to rotate, and the spiral blades 24 can discharge the sucked dust and wood chips to the discharge opening 22 and outwards from the discharge opening 22.
The invention discloses a dust remover for processing wood boards, wherein a pair of supporting frames 1 are arranged in an M shape, a conveying device and a plurality of cleaning assemblies are arranged on the supporting frames 1, and a dust suction device is arranged between the supporting frames 1. The plank can be placed on conveyer belt 5 of conveyer and convey by conveyer belt 5, and the cover is by brush cover 9 on the clearance roller 8 of clearance subassembly, and 9 bottom surfaces of brush cover are contradicted on the plank, and when the plank conveyed on conveyer belt 5, dust and saw-dust granule on the plank can be cleared up off to brush cover 9. An exhaust fan 12 of the dust collection device is connected with an exhaust hood 11 through an air guide pipe 17, the exhaust hood 11 is located above the wood board, and the exhaust fan 12 can exhaust dust and wood dust particles cleaned from the wood board. The pair of conveyor belts 5 can convey the wood boards at the same time, and the dust cleaning efficiency of the wood boards can be effectively improved.
