s3, transposition and full-receiving: collecting the asphalt concrete which is sieved and falls off in the S2 through a transfer mechanism (1);
s4, transferring and conveying: the collected full-load asphalt concrete is transported to a subsequent link for processing by manually pushing the emptying unit (13);
the asphalt concrete crushing and recycling treatment in the steps of the asphalt concrete preparation and processing technology S1-S4 needs to be completed by the cooperation of the transfer mechanism (1), the crushing mechanism (2) and the screening and leaking mechanism (3), wherein:
the screening and leaking mechanism (3) is installed on the transferring mechanism (1), the screening and leaking mechanism (3) is located right above the transferring mechanism (1), the crushing mechanism (2) is installed on the screening and leaking mechanism (3), and the crushing mechanism (2) is located right above the screening and leaking mechanism (3);
the transfer mechanism (1) comprises a bottom plate support (10), a rotary sliding seat (11), a transposition support (12), a discharging unit (13), a pulling connecting rod (14), a ratchet gear (15), a ratchet claw (16), a pushing cylinder (17) and a bolt cylinder (18); the bottom plate support (10) is provided with a rotary sliding seat (11), the rotary sliding seat (11) is provided with a transposition support (12) through a bearing seat, the transposition support (12) is uniformly provided with material placing units (13), a pulling connecting rod (14) is arranged at the bottom shaft end of the transposition support (12) in a movable connection mode, a ratchet gear (15) is arranged right above the pulling connecting rod (14), the ratchet gear (15) is arranged on the transposition support (12), a ratchet claw (16) is arranged on the pulling connecting rod (14) in a hinged mode, the ratchet claw (16) and the ratchet gear (15) are mutually meshed and rotatably clamped, a pushing cylinder (17) is arranged on the bottom plate support (10) through a cylinder seat, and the output shaft of the pushing cylinder (17) is mutually connected with the pulling connecting rod (14) through a floating joint, the bolt cylinder (18) is arranged on the rotary sliding seat (11) through a cylinder seat, and the bolt cylinder (18) is connected with the ratchet gear (15) in a bolt way;
