The right end of the front of the guide box 200 is provided with a pipette tip guiding comb tooth 204 in a curved shape, the surfaces of the front side wall and the rear side wall of the pipette tip guiding comb tooth 204 are smooth curved surfaces for combing the pipette tips 300, the head end of the right side wall of the pipette tip guiding comb tooth 204, namely the guide part 230, is in a flying wing shape or a 7 shape, and the height of the guide part 230 is greater than the length of the pipette tips 300 installed in the discharge box 100; the arrangement pitch of the head ends of the pipette tip guiding and combing teeth 204 (namely the right ends of the pipette tip guiding and combing teeth) is different corresponding to the diameters of the large heads of the pipette tips with different specifications in a natural state. The distance between the tail ends of the pipette head guiding and combing teeth 204 (namely the left ends of the pipette head guiding and combing teeth) is the matched distance between the pipette gun holes, and the distance between the two ends is in curved surface transition, so that the distance arrangement of the pipette heads 300 is realized. A baffle 206 is arranged at one side of the tail end of the pipette tip guiding and carding tooth 204, and the baffle 207 is provided with a transverse positioning groove 207 for providing a guiding function in the transverse blanking operation process of the striker plate 100 above the guiding box 200.

The pipette tip boxing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of positioning grooves which are parallel to each other are formed in the front surface of the guide box, a plurality of through holes are formed in each positioning groove, a positioning clamping groove is formed in the reverse surface of the bottom of the guide box, each through hole is communicated with the positioning clamping groove, and the guide box is matched and positioned with the pipette tip box through the positioning clamping grooves.

The pipette tip boxing method according to claim 5, wherein the right end of the front surface of the guide box is provided with a plurality of pipette tip guide and alignment teeth, two adjacent pipette tip guide and alignment teeth form a pipette tip channel, and the pipette tip channel is communicated with the positioning groove.

The pipette tip boxing method according to claim 5, wherein a first support plate and a second support plate are provided on the front surface of the guide box on the side of the pipette tip guide comb teeth, the first support plate is located on the front side of the pipette tip guide comb teeth, and the second support plate is located on the rear side of the pipette tip guide comb teeth;
the plane of the upper end face of the first supporting plate, the plane of the upper end face of the second supporting plate and the plane of the lower side wall of the guide groove are the same plane.
