Through the structural adjustment of the atomizing nozzle, the coverage area of atomized water mist is large. The maximum atomization diameter of the atomization nozzle can reach 3um-4um, the atomization nozzle can be fully mixed with gas, the gas is favorable for cooling and regulating the quantity, and atomized particles basically keep unchanged in the whole water quantity change range. The energy is obviously saved, and the micro atomization can be realized under the condition of lower water pressure. The sliding block piston and the front end face of the nozzle water channel inner shell form a certain working area, so that the atomized water pressure can effectively overcome the friction resistance and the double resistance formed by the pressure in the shaft furnace, and effectively do work, compress the spring and push the nozzle water channel to move into the furnace. After the pressure of the atomized water is lost, the nozzle water channel can move outside the furnace through the expansion of the spring force. The device has long service life, can adapt to high temperature and alternating working conditions of the furnace top of the shaft furnace, is uniform in atomization, protects furnace top resistant materials, and prevents furnace burden from adhering and cloth bag dust removing equipment from being damaged.
