Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for monitoring the liquid level of a stirring tank for detergent production, wherein the device comprises a liquid level sensor (21), a micro-processing controller (25) and a pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit (30); the liquid level sensor (21) and the pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit (30) are both in circuit connection with the microprocessor controller (25). The method and the device for monitoring the liquid level of the stirring tank for detergent production can realize automatic monitoring of the liquid level in the stirring tank, and automatically stop injecting the raw material liquid into the stirring tank when the liquid level reaches the set liquid level threshold; and when the liquid level does not reach the set liquid level threshold value, controlling to continuously inject the raw material liquid into the stirring tank.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of production and manufacture of daily chemical products and detergents, in particular to a method and a device for monitoring the liquid level of a stirring tank for detergent production.
Background
In the production process of daily chemical products and detergents, various raw material liquids need to be injected into a stirring tank for fully stirring and mixing. In the existing production technology, in the injection process of raw materials, manual monitoring is needed, the situation that too much raw material liquid is injected and overflows the highest liquid level of a stirring tank capable of working normally is avoided, so that the waste of the raw material liquid is caused, the normal production is influenced, and the production efficiency is reduced.

The liquid level monitoring device for the stirring tank for detergent production further comprises a second cable (26), wherein one end of the second cable (26) is in circuit connection with the output end of the microprocessing controller (25), and the other end of the second cable is connected with the pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit (30). As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the second cable (26) is used to transmit either a high level signal or a low level signal to the air operated diaphragm pump control circuit (30). The microprocessor controller (25) is a programmable logic controller.
The method and the device for monitoring the liquid level of the stirring tank for detergent production can realize automatic monitoring of the liquid level in the stirring tank, and automatically stop injecting the raw material liquid into the stirring tank when the liquid level reaches the set liquid level threshold; and when the liquid level does not reach the set liquid level threshold value, controlling to continuously inject the raw material liquid into the stirring tank.

The embodiment provides a method for monitoring the liquid level of a stirring tank for detergent production, which comprises the following steps:
s1 is used for detecting the liquid level height information in the stirring tank;
s2 is used for comparing the detected liquid level height information with a preset liquid level height threshold value, and controlling the liquid level sensor to send a high level signal when the liquid level height information is greater than or equal to the liquid level height threshold value; when the liquid level height information is smaller than the liquid level height threshold value, controlling the liquid level sensor to send out a low level signal;
s3 is used for generating a first control signal for controlling the pneumatic diaphragm pump to work when receiving a high level signal and generating a second control signal for controlling the pneumatic diaphragm pump to stop working when receiving a low level signal;
s4 the pneumatic diaphragm pump judges whether the received control signal is a first control signal or a second control signal, and when the received control signal is the first control signal, the pneumatic diaphragm pump controls the pump to be in a working state, so that the raw material liquid is continuously injected into the stirring tank; when the second control signal is received, the pneumatic diaphragm pump controls the stop working state, so that the raw material liquid is stopped from being injected into the stirring tank. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, by the method for monitoring the liquid level of the stirring tank for detergent production provided by the embodiment, the automatic monitoring of the liquid level in the stirring tank can be realized, and when the liquid level reaches a set liquid level threshold, the raw material liquid injection into the stirring tank is automatically stopped; and when the liquid level does not reach the set liquid level threshold value, controlling to continuously inject the raw material liquid into the stirring tank.
The voltage value of the high-level signal is 24V or 5V.
The voltage value of the low level signal is 0V.
The step for detecting liquid level information in the agitator tank comprises:
s11, arranging the liquid level sensor in the position with a set height away from the bottom of the stirring tank in the inner cavity of the stirring tank;
s12 is used for injecting raw material liquid into the inner cavity of the stirring tank;

The embodiment provides a stirring tank liquid level monitoring device for detergent production, which comprises a liquid level sensor 21, a microprocessor controller 25 and a pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit 30; the liquid level sensor 21 and the pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit 30 are both in circuit connection with the microprocessor controller 25. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the level sensor 21 is used to detect the current level of the feedstock liquid in the agitator tank, and thereby obtain level information. The micro-processing controller 25 is used for comparing the detected liquid level height information with a preset liquid level height threshold value, and controlling the liquid level sensor 21 to send a high level signal when the liquid level height information is greater than or equal to the liquid level height threshold value; when the liquid level height information is less than the liquid level height threshold value, controlling the liquid level sensor 21 to send out a low level signal; the pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit 30 is configured to generate a first control signal for controlling the pneumatic diaphragm pump to work when receiving a high level signal, and generate a second control signal for controlling the pneumatic diaphragm pump to stop working when receiving a low level signal, so as to automatically control the pneumatic diaphragm pump to continue working or stop working according to the current liquid level.
The stirring tank liquid level monitoring device for detergent production provided by the embodiment further comprises a connecting part 23, wherein the connecting part 23 comprises a first connecting pipe, a second connecting pipe and a connecting clamping block; the connecting clamping block is of a cylindrical structure with a cylindrical through hole in the middle; the first connecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the connecting clamping block and communicated with the cylindrical through hole; the second connecting pipe is arranged at the top of the connecting clamping block and communicated with the cylindrical through hole.
The stirring tank liquid level monitoring device for detergent production provided by the embodiment further comprises a first sealing hose 22 and a second sealing hose 24; the first sealing hose 22 is sleeved on the first connecting pipe in a sealing manner and is communicated with the first connecting pipe; the second sealing hose 24 is sleeved on the second connecting pipe in a sealing manner and is communicated with the second connecting pipe.
The stirring tank liquid level monitoring device for detergent production provided by this embodiment further includes a first cable, the first cable is disposed in a sealed passage formed by the first sealing hose 22, the connecting component 23 and the second sealing hose 24, one end of the first cable is in circuit connection with the output end of the liquid level sensor 21, and the other end of the first cable is in circuit connection with the input end of the microprocessor controller 25. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the first cable is used to communicate level information to the microprocessor controller 25.
The stirring tank liquid level monitoring device for detergent production provided by the embodiment further comprises a second cable 26, wherein one end of the second cable 26 is in circuit connection with the output end of the microprocessor controller 25, and the other end of the second cable is connected with the pneumatic diaphragm pump control circuit 30. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the second cable 26 is used to transmit either a high level signal or a low level signal to the air operated diaphragm pump control circuit 30. As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the top cover of the stirring tank is provided with an assembly hole, and in the use process, the liquid level sensor 21 is firstly arranged at a set position, the connecting part 23 is arranged on the top cover of the stirring tank, the first connecting pipe is inserted into the bottom of the top cover from the assembly hole, and then the first sealing hose 22 is sleeved on the first connecting pipe; the connecting clamping block is clamped at the top end of the assembling hole, and a person skilled in the art can understand that the position of the liquid level sensor 21 in the stirring tank can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the first sealing hose 22.
The microprocessor controller 25 is a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

s2 is used for comparing the detected liquid level height information with a preset liquid level height threshold value, and controlling the liquid level sensor to send a high level signal when the liquid level height information is greater than or equal to the liquid level height threshold value; when the liquid level height information is smaller than the liquid level height threshold value, controlling the liquid level sensor to send out a low level signal;
s3 is used for generating a first control signal for controlling the pneumatic diaphragm pump to work when receiving a high level signal and generating a second control signal for controlling the pneumatic diaphragm pump to stop working when receiving a low level signal;
s4 the pneumatic diaphragm pump judges whether the received control signal is a first control signal or a second control signal, and when the received control signal is the first control signal, the pneumatic diaphragm pump controls the pump to be in a working state, so that the raw material liquid is continuously injected into the stirring tank; when the second control signal is received, the pneumatic diaphragm pump controls the stop working state, so that the raw material liquid is stopped from being injected into the stirring tank.

s13, generating a pressure analog electric signal according to the pressure of the liquid in the stirring tank on the liquid level sensor;

The agitator tank level monitoring device for detergent production according to claim 7, further comprising a first cable disposed in a sealed path formed by the first sealing hose (22), the connecting member (23) and the second sealing hose (24), the first cable having one end electrically connected to an output terminal of the level sensor (21) and the other end electrically connected to an input terminal of the microprocessor controller (25).

The agitator tank level monitoring device for detergent production of claim 8, further comprising a second cable (26), wherein one end of the second cable (26) is electrically connected to the output of the microprocessor controller (25) and the other end is connected to the air operated diaphragm pump control circuit (30).
10. The agitator tank level monitoring device for detergent production of claim 9, wherein the microprocessor controller (25) is a programmable logic controller.
