Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based fire extinguishing agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of water-soluble sodium salt, 10-20% of antifreeze agent, 0.3-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.5-1% of foaming agent and the balance of water. The fire extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention is added with water-soluble sodium salt, generates an esterification reaction with edible oil in a kitchen under a high-temperature condition, is added with a foaming agent, can cover the surface of a burning object to play a role in isolating air and inhibiting the re-burning of the burning object, is composed of the components of the fire extinguishing agent, a thickening agent, an anti-freezing agent and other components in a formula, effectively combines three fire extinguishing methods of physical heat absorption cooling, oxygen inhibition and chemical permeation flame retardance, and has the characteristics of high cooling speed, high flame retardance efficiency, high re-burning resistance and the like.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, with the development of economic society, fire accidents frequently occur. The existing water-based extinguishing agent has the following disadvantages:
1. a large amount of fluorine surfactant is used, and the fire-extinguishing agent is not easy to degrade after extinguishment and is toxic to the environment.
2. A large amount of flame retardant is added in the formula, so that the dissolution is time-consuming, the production efficiency is low, and the flame retardant has certain toxicity.
3. It cannot be used to extinguish fire in the kitchen due to its non-toxic nature.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-based fire extinguishing agent which has high fire extinguishing efficiency, is environment-friendly, is suitable for F-class fire, is not easy to reburn after fire extinguishing, has high production efficiency and has stable performance when used under the environment condition of-10 ℃ to 600 ℃.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a water-based fire extinguishing agent which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of water-soluble sodium salt, 10-20% of antifreeze agent, 0.3-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.5-1% of foaming agent and the balance of water;

Further, the antifreeze is one or two of ethylene glycol and glycerol.
Further, the thickening agent is one or more of methyl cellulose, sodium alginate, agar, polyacrylate, vegetable gum and gelatinized starch.
Further, the foaming agent is one or more of betaine, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium dodecyl sulfate.

The fire extinguishing agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the water-soluble sodium salt is added, the esterification reaction is carried out on the fire extinguishing agent and edible oil in a kitchen under the high-temperature condition, the foaming agent is added to cover the surface of a combustion object to play a role in isolating air and inhibiting the re-combustion of the combustion object, the fire extinguishing agent is formed by matching the components of the fire extinguishing agent with other components such as the thickening agent, the anti-freezing agent and the like in the formula, three fire extinguishing methods of physical heat absorption cooling, oxygen inhibition and chemical permeation fire retardation are effectively combined together, the fire extinguishing agent has the characteristics of high cooling speed, high fire retarding efficiency, high re-combustion resisting rate and the like, the pH value of the prepared fire extinguishing agent is close to neutral, the environment after fire extinguishing is extinguished, the fire extinguishing agent is easy to clean and has no stimulation to human skin.
Detailed Description
The invention discloses a water-based fire extinguishing agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of water-soluble sodium salt, 3-15% of flame retardant, 10-20% of antifreeze agent, 0.3-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.5-1% of foaming agent and the balance of water; wherein: the water-soluble sodium salt in the invention is one or more of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium ammonium sulfate.
The thickening agent in the invention is one or more of methylcellulose, sodium alginate, agar, polyacrylate, vegetable gum and gelatinized starch.
The foaming agent in the invention is any one or more of betaine, sodium dodecyl sulfate and sodium dodecyl sulfate;
the antifreeze agent in the invention is one or two of glycol and glycerol.
The water-based fire extinguishing agent, water-soluble sodium salt and edible oil in a kitchen generate esterification reaction under a high-temperature condition, play a role in physically isolating and extinguishing fire, and can absorb oxygen and a large amount of heat, so that the fire is quickly weakened and extinguished, the addition of the foaming agent can form foam on the surface of the combustible, the foam covers the surface of the combustible, the contact between the combustible and the oxygen can be effectively blocked, and the burning resistance of the fire extinguishing agent is improved.
The addition of the thickening agent improves the viscosity of the fire extinguishing agent, so that the storage time of the fire extinguishing agent is prolonged, meanwhile, the fire extinguishing agent still has good viscosity at the temperature of a fire scene, the addition amount of the antifreeze agent is selected according to the requirement, the fire extinguishing agent with the freezing point of-15 ℃ is obtained after 10% of the antifreeze agent is added, and the fire extinguishing agent with the freezing point of-29 ℃ is obtained after 20% of the antifreeze agent is added.
The preparation method of the water-based fire extinguishing agent comprises the following steps: mixing water-soluble sodium salt, an antifreeze agent, a surfactant and 1/2-2/3 parts by weight of water, and stirring for 3 hours at a stirring speed of 1000-2000 r/min to obtain a mixed solution; and adding the thickening agent and the foaming agent into the rest part of water by weight, and stirring for 2 hours at the stirring speed of 1000-1500 r/min to obtain the water-based fire extinguishing agent.

Example 1
The fire extinguishing agent of the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4.5% of sodium carbonate, 4.5% of sodium bicarbonate, 0.4% of gelatinized starch, 0.8% of betaine, 15% of glycerol and 74.8% of water;
respectively weighing 4.5kg of sodium carbonate, 4.5kg of sodium bicarbonate, 15kg of glycerol and 24kg of water, and stirring for 3 hours at a stirring speed of 1000-2000 r/min to obtain a mixed solution; 0.4kg of gelatinized starch and 0.8kg of betaine, and the components are added into 50.8kg of purified water and stirred for 2 hours under the condition of stirring speed of 1000-1500 r/min to obtain the water-based fire extinguishing agent.

Claims (8)
1. A water-based fire extinguishing agent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of water-soluble sodium salt, 3-15% of flame retardant, 10-20% of antifreeze agent, 0.3-0.5% of thickening agent, 0.5-1% of foaming agent and the balance of water.
2. The water-based fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble sodium salt is one or more of sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium ammonium sulfate.
3. The water-based fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the antifreeze agent is one or both of ethylene glycol and glycerin.
4. The water-based fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is one or more of methylcellulose, sodium alginate, agar, polyacrylate, vegetable gum, and gelatinized starch.
5. The water-based fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the foaming agent is one or more of betaine, sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium lauryl sulfate.
6. The water-based fire extinguishing agent according to claim 1, further comprising: 0.5-1% of a surfactant.
7. The water-based fire extinguishing agent according to claim 6, wherein the surfactant is one or more of lecithin, stearic acid, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester.

A method for producing the water-based fire extinguishing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising the steps of: mixing water-soluble sodium salt, an antifreeze agent, a surfactant and 1/2-2/3 parts by weight of water, and stirring for 3 hours at a stirring speed of 1000-2000 r/min to obtain a mixed solution; and adding the thickening agent and the foaming agent into the rest part of water by weight, and stirring for 2 hours at the stirring speed of 1000-1500 r/min to obtain the water-based fire extinguishing agent.
