Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular to a eustachian tube balloon catheter.
Background
The eustachian tube is the only pathway for the middle ear to communicate with the outside world, and a blockage or blockage of the eustachian tube can lead to various pathologies of the middle ear system and ultimately to hearing impairment and noise in the head, and if the blockage is too long, a condition known as secretory otitis media can develop. Eustachian tube dysfunction is mainly caused by factors such as mechanical stenosis caused by swelling of eustachian tube mucous membranes, lack of surfactant in the eustachian tube, and eustachian tube mucous membrane inflammation or allergic edema. Although the auditory sense level can be improved by reconstructing the tympanic cavity and connecting the auditory ossicle chain structure through increasingly perfect middle ear operation modes and advanced operation skills, the eustachian tube dysfunction is not effectively improved at present, so that the long-term effect after the middle ear operation cannot be ensured. At present, the eustachian tube and tympanogram lesions are treated by balloon catheter dilation, but the existing eustachian tube balloon catheter does not have any drug coating added on the surface of the balloon, has certain influence on the stability of the drug, and causes new trauma to patients due to the fact that the inner tube is easy to bend and the balloon is damaged in the operation process because of improper arrangement of the material and the structure of the inner tube.
