Background
Moxibustion instruments are modern moxibustion instruments prepared according to the traditional moxibustion principle. Different from the traditional moxibustion in which a moxa column or a moxa stick is ignited to smoke, iron or warm the acupuncture points on the body surface, the moxibustion instrument is used for preparing a special moxa cake or moxa column from moxa wool, the special moxa cake or the special moxa column is arranged in an air duct with a heating element, and the generated moxa heat is transmitted to an air hole along with the air duct and is discharged. Detailed Description
As known from the background art, the structure of the existing moxibustion instrument still needs to be improved.
Present moxibustion instrument generally is foot moxibustion instrument or moxa-moxibustion seat utensil, and foot moxibustion instrument and moxa-moxibustion seat utensil all supply the human body to use under the state of sitting down, and user's comfort level is relatively poor.
In the technical scheme of the moxibustion mattress provided by the invention, the moxibustion mattress can be used for moxibustion of a human body in a lying state so as to improve the comfort level.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a moxibustion mattress 100 includes: a box body 200 and a peripheral layer 400. The peripheral layer 400 has a cavity extending through the thickness of the peripheral layer 400 in which the cartridge body 200 is located. The box body 200 is provided with an air hole 300.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the box body 200 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The length extension direction of the box body 200 is a first direction x (refer to fig. 1), and the width extension direction of the box body 200 is a second direction y.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the box body 200 includes a top cover 201 and a base 202, and the top cover 201 and the base 202 enclose an inner cavity of the box body 200. In this embodiment, the top cover 201 is detachably connected to the base 202.
The box body 200 is made of a metal material. In this embodiment, the box 200 is made of aluminum.
The air holes 300 penetrate through the thickness of the top cover 201. When a user lies down on the moxibustion mattress 100, the moxa heat emitted from the air holes 300 can stimulate the acupuncture points of the human body. The user can lie on his/her back on the moxibustion mattress 100 or lie on his/her stomach on the moxibustion mattress 100 to stimulate the acupuncture points of the human body.
As shown in fig. 3, the number of the wind holes 300 is plural.
The case 200 has a moxibustion area 310, and the air hole 300 is located in the moxibustion area 310. In this embodiment, the air holes 300 are uniformly distributed in the moxibustion area 310.
The moxibustion area 310 has opposite ends, and the moxibustion area 310 extends from one end toward the other end in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction of the case 200, i.e., parallel to the first direction x. In this embodiment, both ends of the moxibustion area 310 are close to the side wall of the case 200 (refer to fig. 2).
In this embodiment, the moxibustion area 310 is adjacent to one side of the case 200 parallel to the first direction x. The moxibustion area 310 is located in the middle area of the moxibustion mattress 100. When a human body lies on the moxibustion mattress 100, the moxibustion area 310 is aligned with the spine and the area near the spine of the human body. The moxibustion area 310 extends in parallel with the first direction x, and thus can be aligned with the entire spine of the human body. The heat of the moxa emitted from the air holes 300 in the moxibustion area 310 can stimulate the conception and governor vessels of the human body, so as to promote blood circulation and metabolism and be beneficial to human health.
In other embodiments, the moxibustion area 310 may also pass through a central axis of the case 200 parallel to the first direction x.
In this embodiment, the moxibustion area 310 is in the shape of a racetrack. Specifically, the moxibustion area 310 is surrounded by a circular arc section and a straight line section, the straight line section comprises two parallel straight lines, and the circular arc section is located at two ends of the straight line section. The extension direction of the straight line segment is parallel to the first direction x.
The moxibustion area 310 is in a racetrack shape, and on one hand, the width of the moxibustion area 310 is the same between the two ends of the moxibustion area 310, which is beneficial to ensuring the consistency of the moxa heat intensity of each area of the moxibustion area 310. On the other hand, the circular arc section is smoothly connected with the straight section, so that a corner is avoided, impurities are prevented from being left at the corner, and the moxibustion area 310 is convenient to clean.
In other embodiments, the moxibustion area 310 can also be rectangular or elliptical in shape.
In this embodiment, the moxibustion area 310 is recessed toward the base 202 with respect to the surface of the top cover 201, such that the moxibustion area 310 is formed in a groove shape, and the air holes 300 are formed at the bottom of the groove.

The cartridge 200 is provided with an opening 210. In this embodiment, the opening 210 penetrates through the thickness of the top cover 201.
In this embodiment, the opening 210 is circular.
When the number of the openings 210 is plural, the plural openings 210 are arranged at intervals along the first direction x (refer to fig. 1).
In this embodiment, the number of the openings 210 is two, and the two openings 210 are located on the same side of the moxibustion area 310.
The opening 210 is provided with a moxa cake component 600, the moxa cake component 920 is arranged on the heater 630, and the moxa cake component 600 can close the opening 210. In addition, the moxa cake assembly 600 may be removed from the opening 210.
Referring to fig. 4, the moxa cake assembly 600 includes a moxa cake pick-and-place device 601 and a moxa cake (not shown), wherein the moxa cake is disposed below the moxa cake pick-and-place device 601.
The moxa cake taking and placing device 601 is used for taking and placing moxa cakes, safety is improved, and a user is prevented from being scalded in the process of taking and placing the moxa cakes.
Referring to fig. 5, the moxa cake taking and placing device 601 includes: the hand piece 610, the connecting column 620 and the fixing piece 630, wherein the hand piece 610 is arranged at one end of the connecting column 620, and the fixing piece 630 is arranged at the other end of the connecting column 620.
The bottom of the fixing member 630 is provided with a contact 631, and the moxa cake is provided with a taking hole matched with the contact 631.
The contact 631 is inserted into the access hole, and a user can move the moxa cake by using the moxa cake access device 601.
As shown in fig. 1, the material of the peripheral layer 400 is an elastic material. In this embodiment, the material of the peripheral layer 400 is sponge.
The shape of the cavity matches the shape of the cartridge 200 to accommodate the cartridge 200.
When a user lies on the moxibustion mattress 100, the area 310 of the body to be moxibustion is located on the case 200, and the rest of the body is located on the outer peripheral layer 400. The material of the peripheral layer 400 is soft and elastic compared to the case 200. In one aspect, peripheral layer 400 helps to improve user comfort. As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the outer sidewall of the box body 200 has an air inlet 220. The side wall of the peripheral layer 400 has an air inlet passage (not shown) corresponding to the air inlet 220.
When the number of the air inlets 220 is plural, the plural air inlets 220 are arranged at intervals along the first direction x (refer to fig. 1).
In this embodiment, the number of the air inlets 220 is two.
Referring to fig. 6, the moxibustion mattress 100 further includes: an operating device 500, wherein the operating device 500 is disposed in the box 200 (refer to fig. 2).
In this embodiment, the operating device 500 is fixed on the base 202 (refer to fig. 2).
In this embodiment, the operation device 500 includes: fan 510, air duct 530, and heater 520. The fan 510 is disposed at one end of the air duct 530, the other end of the air duct 530 is close to the air hole 300 (refer to fig. 2), and the air duct 530 is communicated with the air hole 300. The heater 520 is disposed in the air duct 530 and adjacent to the fan 510.
In this embodiment, one end of the air duct 530 provided with the fan 510 is disposed at the edge of the top cover 201 (refer to fig. 2), that is, on the sidewall of the box 200 perpendicular to the second direction y (refer to fig. 1).
The fan 510 is adapted to generate wind power. The moxa cake is arranged on the heater 520, and the heater 520 heats the moxa cake, and the formed heat flow is the moxa heat. The air duct 530 is in communication with the air holes 300. The heat of the moxa is transmitted along the air duct 530 in the cavity and is discharged through the air holes 300.
The number of the operation devices 500 is one or more.
When the number of the operating devices 500 is plural, the operating devices 500 are arranged in parallel along the first direction x (refer to fig. 1).
Since the moxibustion area 310 is extended in a long length, a plurality of the actuators 500 are provided such that the air duct 530 of a single actuator 500 is communicated with different areas of the moxibustion area 310, which helps to reduce the intensity and temperature difference of the heat of the moxa emitted from the air holes 300 in the different areas and to reduce the heat loss of the moxa during the transmission of the heat along the moxibustion area 310.
In this embodiment, the number of the operation devices 500 is two.
In this embodiment, the opening 210 (see fig. 2) exposes the heater 520. The number of the openings 210 corresponds to the number of the heaters 520.
In this embodiment, the air inlet 220 (refer to fig. 3) is aligned with the fan 510 to ensure that air in the external environment can continuously enter the cavity and generate heat to be dissipated from the air hole 300. The number of the air inlets 220 corresponds to the number of the fans 510.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the wind tunnel 530 includes a wind shielding side panel 531 and a wind shielding bottom panel 532, the surface of the wind shielding side panel 531 is perpendicular to the surface of the top cover 201 (refer to fig. 2), and the wind shielding side panel 531 encloses a ring structure. The wind shielding bottom plate 532 is fixedly connected with the wind shielding side plate 531. The wind shielding side sheets 531, the wind shielding bottom sheet 532 and the top cover 201 form a cavity for transmitting the moxa heat.
In this embodiment, the air duct 530 of a single operating device 500 is T-shaped. At the position corresponding to the moxibustion area 310, the side wall of the air duct 530 of the operating device 500 is protruded to form a protrusion 533, and the air duct 530 of the rest of the operating device 500 is used as a branch part 534. The branch portion 534 extends in parallel to the second direction y (refer to fig. 1). In other embodiments, the air duct 530 may also be L-shaped.
In this embodiment, the width of the protruding portion 533 is greater than the width of the supporting portion 534 along the direction parallel to the first direction x. On one hand, the width of the branch parts 534 is narrower, so that the caliber for transmitting the moxa heat is narrower, and the wind power of the moxa heat in the transmission process is increased. On the other hand, the width of the protrusion 533 is wider to ensure that the protrusion 533 covers the moxibustion area 310, thereby ensuring that all the air holes 300 in the moxibustion area 310 can dissipate the heat of the moxa to sufficiently stimulate the acupuncture points of the human body.

the box body is provided with air holes on the top surface; the number of the air holes is multiple; the box body is provided with a moxibustion area, and the air hole is positioned in the moxibustion area; the moxibustion area extends from one end to the other end, and the extending direction is parallel to the length direction of the box body;
the peripheral layer is provided with a cavity penetrating through the thickness of the peripheral layer, and the box body is positioned in the cavity; and
the operating device is arranged in the box body;

the moxibustion area is close to one side of the box body parallel to the first direction, and the opening is positioned on the other side of the box body parallel to the first direction; the moxibustion area is positioned in the middle area of the moxibustion mattress; when a human body lies on the moxibustion mattress, the moxibustion area is aligned with the spine of the human body and the area near the spine; the moxibustion area extends in parallel with the first direction, thereby being aligned with the entire spine of the human body.
2. The moxibustion mattress of claim 1, wherein the moxibustion area is rectangular, oval or racetrack shaped.

The moxibustion mattress of claim 2, wherein when the moxibustion area is racetrack shaped, the moxibustion area is defined by a circular arc section and a straight section, the straight section comprises two parallel straight lines, and the circular arc section is located at two ends of the straight section.
