Abstract
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container. According to an aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a cosmetic container including: a body having an inner wall and an outer wall, and including a first accommodating space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and a second accommodating space storing a cosmetic material, the first accommodating space being capable of accommodating a movable glitter; and a makeup tool including an applicator capable of entering the second accommodation space and taking out the cosmetic material, wherein one of the glitter and the applicator includes a magnet and the other includes a magnetic body, and the glitter moves in the first accommodation space as the applicator moves in the second accommodation space.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container.
Background
In general, cosmetic containers may have various shapes and functions according to the types of cosmetic materials stored, for example, cosmetic containers have a container for storing liquid cosmetics such as toner or lotion, a container for storing solid cosmetic materials such as powder, lipstick, and the like. In designing such cosmetic containers, aesthetics is an important consideration in addition to the function of the container, considering that a cosmetic container may become a tool to meet personal aesthetic requirements.
In particular, cosmetics such as lipstick, lip gloss, and mascara, which are generally used in places other than the user's home, are different from basic cosmetics. Therefore, users often carry these cosmetics in a cosmetic bag or the like, and thus design of appearance becomes an important factor in selecting cosmetics.
However, the existing cosmetic containers have limitations in providing a container capable of performing a function of storing cosmetic materials while giving a user an aesthetic feeling.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided, the glitter comprising a magnetic body, and the applicator comprising a magnet.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a cosmetic container including: a body in which a cosmetic material is stored; a makeup implement comprising an applicator capable of entering into and removing the makeup material and at least a portion of which contains a magnet; a coil disposed in the body and generating an induced current by a magnetic field formed by movement of the applicator within the body; and an LED module provided in the body and lighted by receiving current from the induced current or a battery storing the induced current.
In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided, the body having an inner wall and an outer wall, and including a first receiving space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and a second receiving space storing a cosmetic material, wherein a flash including a magnetic body is provided in the first receiving space.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a cosmetic container according to a preferred embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the same reference numerals are used for the same components, and when it is considered that the repeated description and the detailed description of the known functions and structures may obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a sectional view of the cosmetic container shown in fig. 1. And, fig. 3 is a sectional view of a cosmetic container according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the cosmetic container 100 as one embodiment of the present invention exemplifies a lip cosmetic container, but the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto and may be applied to various cosmetic containers such as mascara, concealer, makeup remover, and the like.
Meanwhile, the "magnet" described below may be understood as a substance having a magnetic force, and the "magnetic substance" may be understood as a substance magnetized by the magnetic force, such as iron, nickel, cobalt, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cosmetic container may include a container 100, a body 110, and a cosmetic applicator 120.
The body 110 is for storing the cosmetic material 10, has an inner wall 111 and an outer wall 112, and may include a first receiving space S1 formed between the inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112 and a second receiving space S2 for storing the cosmetic material 10, the first receiving space S1 being capable of receiving a movable glitter (G). Among them, the glitter G is a substance provided for the purpose of making the cosmetic container 100 look beautiful, and may be a substance that moves in the first accommodation space S1 under the influence of the movement of the applicator 121. In addition, the range in which the flash G can move may be the entire range of the first accommodation space S1, and the movement of the flash G may include rotation (rotational movement) of the flash G and movement (translational movement) of the flash.

In the present embodiment, glitter G in the form of particles is dispersed in a fluid L having a predetermined viscosity. The specific shape and raw material of such glitter G will be described later.
In the present embodiment, the flashing material G is provided by the magnetic material F, and the brush bar 21 is provided by the magnet M. The idea of the present invention is not limited to this, and the flashing material G may be provided by the magnet M and the brush bar 21 may be provided by the magnetic material F.
The body 110 may be integrally formed. For example, the body 110 may be formed as one molded article having both the inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112 through an injection molding process. However, the structure or manufacturing method of the body 110 is not limited thereto. For example, the inner wall and the outer wall may be separately manufactured and then coupled to each other, thereby forming the body 110. In addition, the body 110 may include all shapes as long as the body has a structure in which the first receiving space S1 is formed between the inner wall 111 and the outer wall 112. In addition, the inner side of the inner wall 111 may be formed with a second receiving space S2 storing the cosmetic material 10.
That is, the body 110 may be understood as a dual container structure having the first containing space S1 storing the glitter G and the second containing space S2 storing the cosmetic materials.
In the present embodiment, the first accommodation space S1 in which the glitter G is stored is described as an example of one space. However, the present embodiment is not limited thereto, and the first receiving space S1 may be formed as a plurality of separate and separated spaces by providing a plurality of partition walls (not shown in the drawing) between the first receiving spaces S1. The applicator 121 may include a brush bar 21 entering the second receiving space S2 and a tip 22 disposed at an end of the brush bar 21.
The brush bar 21 may have a bar shape extended long from one side of the opening and closing member 122, and the tip 22 may be disposed at an end of the brush bar 21.
Also, at least one of the brush bar 21 and the tip 22 may include a magnet M. For example, the brush bar 21 and the end 22 may both include the magnet M, or the brush bar 21 or the end 22 may include the magnet M.
Since the tip 22 is configured to directly take out the cosmetic material 10 and contact the skin of the user, it can be formed as a soft material. If the head 22 includes the magnet M, the head 22 made of a soft material may be provided with the magnet M.
The idea of the present invention is not limited to this, and the tip 22 itself may be provided as the magnet M.
In the present embodiment, either one of the glitter G and the applicator 121 may include a magnet, and the other may include a magnetic body F. That is, when the glitter G includes the magnet M, the applicator 121 may include the magnetic body F, and when the glitter G includes the magnetic body F, the applicator 121 may include the magnet M.
For example, when the applicator 121 includes the magnet M and the glitter G includes the magnetic body F, as shown in fig. 2, the entire applicator 121 may be formed of the magnet M.
As shown in fig. 3, a magnet M may be disposed inside the cover (cover)21 a. The magnet M disposed inside the cover 21a may extend from the opening/closing member 122 to the tip 22. In addition, as shown in fig. 2, all of the glitters G are formed of the magnetic body F, or, as shown in fig. 3, may be formed by coating a coating substance C that glitters or displays a specific color on particles formed of the magnetic body F. In this case, the glitter G is formed into a predetermined shape such as a star, a moon, or a flower, thereby improving the aesthetic feeling.
On the other hand, when the applicator 121 includes a magnetic material and the glitter G includes a magnet, the entire applicator 121 may be formed of a magnetic material, or a magnetic material may be disposed inside a soft cover. Also, all the glitters G are formed of a magnet, or may be formed by coating a coating substance that glitters or shows a specific color on particles formed of a magnet.
In the present embodiment, the glitter G is exemplified to include the magnetic body F and the applicator 121 includes the magnet M.
As described above, when the applicator 121 moves in the second accommodation space S2, the glitter G moves in the first accommodation space S1 by the magnetic force between the applicator 121 and the glitter G, one of the glitter G and the applicator 121 including the magnet M and the other including the magnetic body F. The movement of glitter G is presented to the user through outer wall 112, so that the user can feel a different aesthetic sense from that of the existing product through cosmetic container 100, which can improve the satisfaction of the product.
In particular, the fluid L is provided in the first accommodation space together with the glitter G, so that the glitter G can be dispersed and float in the fluid L. This fluid L may be a solution having a viscosity greater than water. For example, when the fluid L includes a glycerin or polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution, due to the high viscosity of the fluid L, when the applicator 121 moves within the second receiving space S2, the glitter G is slowly dispersed in the fluid L as the applicator 121 moves, so that the cosmetic container 100 may be more aesthetically pleasing.
Fig. 4 is a partial perspective view showing a modified example of the applicator for a cosmetic container according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4, the magnet M may be formed only at a portion of the brush bar 21. For example, the magnet M is formed long in the entering direction of the applicator 121, and may be formed only in a part of the circumference of the brush bar 21. Specifically, the magnet M extends from the opening and closing part 122 to the tip 22, and the cross section of the magnet M may be in a fan shape. Here, the entering direction may be understood as a direction in which the brush bar 21 extends (up and down direction with reference to fig. 3), and the cross section may be understood as a plane perpendicular to the entering direction.
In addition, when the brush bar 21 is formed in a cylindrical shape, the magnet M may be formed to be exposed to only a portion of the circumferential surface of the brush bar 21. In this case, the magnet M disposed on the brush bar 21 may have a fan-shaped cross section. For example, the magnet M disposed on the brush bar 21 may have a fan shape with an angle of 45 to 180 degrees in cross section. Preferably, the magnet M disposed at the brush bar 21 may have a fan shape with an angle of 75 to 135 degrees in cross section. More preferably, the cross-section of the magnet M disposed at the brush bar 21 may have an angle of 90 degrees.
With the above-described structure, after the cosmetics are used or used up, the cosmetic tool 120 is rotated to be separated from or coupled to the body 110, a visual effect that the glitter G provided in the second receiving space S2 is rotated in the fluid L can be exhibited, so that the sense of beauty of the user can be further improved.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view of a cosmetic container 200 according to still another embodiment of the present invention. The differences from the above-described embodiments are emphasized in the present embodiment, and the description of the above-described embodiments and reference numerals will be referred to for the same parts.
Referring to fig. 5, the body 110 of the cosmetic container 200 may further include a coil 130 and an LED module 140.
The coil 130 may generate an induction current by a magnetic field formed with the movement of the applicator 121. That is, the magnetic field changes with the movement of the applicator 121 including the magnet M, and an induced current is generated in the coil 130.
At this time, the coil 130 may be wound around the entrance of the body 110 where the applicator 121 enters. Since the applicator 121 can enter the second containing space S2 where the cosmetic material is supplied only through the inlet, the moment when the induced current is generated in the coil 130 when the cosmetic is applied can be at least twice (when the applicator 121 is drawn out, introduced).
Also, the coil 130 may be formed to be introduced into the inside of the inner wall 111 so that the coil 130 is not exposed to the outside. The arrangement of the coil 130 is not limited to the example, and may be arranged at various positions where an induced current can be generated by the movement of the applicator 121. For example, the coil 130 may be disposed on the circumference of the inner wall 111.
The LED module 140 may be lighted by induced current generated in the coil 130. At this time, the LED module 140 may be disposed on the inner wall 111 or the outer wall 112 of the body 110 and connected with the coil 130 through a wire, so that the LED module 140 can be lit. In the present example, the LED module 140 is exemplarily shown to be arranged on the inner wall 111, and the LED module 140 is provided together with the glitter G.
On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the description is given taking an example in which the induced current generated in the coil 130 is directly transmitted to the LED module 140, but the idea of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the cosmetic container 200 further includes a battery (not shown) capable of storing the induced current generated in the coil 130 and a circuit for charging, and the LED module 140 may also operate by receiving power from the battery (not shown). At this time, the time when the LED module 140 is lit can be set in various methods.
According to the cosmetic container 200 of the further embodiment of the present invention as described above, the visual effect of emitting light of the LED module 140 can be presented by the movement of the applicator 121, and thus the effect of improving the sense of beauty of the user can be obtained.
Fig. 6 is a sectional view of a cosmetic container 300 according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, the LED module 140 disposed in the body 110 of the cosmetic container 300 may be disposed at an entrance portion of the body 110 into which the applicator 121 enters. For example, the LED module 140 may be arranged along an upper end circumference of the inlet of the body 110. More specifically, the LED module 140 may be configured to be exposed to an opening surface forming an entrance of the body 110. Thereby, whenever the applicator 121 is separated from the body 110 or the applicator 121 is inserted into the body 110, the LED module 140 is lighted and illuminates around the entrance of the body 110, so that the applicator 121 can be easily inserted into the second accommodation space S2 even in a dark place.
Fig. 7 is a sectional view of a cosmetic container 400 according to still another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7, the cosmetic container 400 may include a body 110, a cosmetic applicator 120, a coil 130, an LED module 140, a battery 150, and induction current generating units 160 and 170. The difference from the above-described embodiment is emphasized in this embodiment.
The LED module 140 is disposed in the body 110, and may be lit by an induced current generated by a magnetic field. Specifically, the LED module 140 may be disposed in the first accommodation space S1 in a state in which the magnetic substance F is disposed on one surface, and the LED module may be disposed in the first accommodation space S1 alone or in the first accommodation space S1 together with the fluid L. If the LED module is disposed together with the fluid L, a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) disposed on the LED module 140 is subjected to a waterproof process, so that the driving of the LED module 140 can be smoothly realized.
As described above, since the LED module 140 is configured with the magnetic body F, when the applicator 121 including the magnet M moves in the second accommodation space S2, a magnetic force is generated between the applicator 121 and the LED module 140, and the LED module 140 can move along with the applicator 121 in the first accommodation space S1 by the magnetic force. In this case, the LED module 140 may be manufactured in a small chip form so as to be movable only by a small magnetic force.
The battery 150 may be charged by the induced current generated in the coil 130. The battery 150 may use a flexible battery, for example, which may be formed to surround the inner or outer surface of the inner wall 111.
A circuit (not shown) configured in the FPCB or the like may be provided in the body 110 to charge the battery 150. For example, the loop may be provided on the circumference of the inner wall 111 or the outer wall 112, or may be provided on the bottom surface of the body 110.
The LED module 140 may be connected to the coil 130 or the battery 150 through a wire and receive current, thereby being lighted.
On the other hand, the LED module 140 may be driven by receiving power wirelessly. For example, more than one induction current generating unit 160, 170 generating induction current may be provided in the body 110, and a wireless antenna (not shown) may be provided in the LED module 140.
The induced current generating units 160 and 170 and the wireless antenna of the LED module 140 can operate in an operation manner similar to a short-range communication terminal and a short-range communication chip such as Near Field Communication (NFC). That is, when the induced current generating units 160, 170 receive power from the coil 130 or the battery 150 to generate a magnetic field, a current is induced through the wireless antenna of the LED module 140, and the induced current can be transmitted to the LED element to emit light.
In this case, an effect that the LED module 140 floats and emits light can be exhibited, and thus different aesthetic sense can be provided.
Examples of the present invention are listed below.
Item 1 provides a cosmetic container comprising: a body having an inner wall and an outer wall, and including a first accommodating space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and a second accommodating space storing a cosmetic material, the first accommodating space being capable of accommodating a movable glitter; and a makeup tool including an applicator capable of entering the second accommodation space and taking out the makeup material, wherein either one of the flash and the applicator includes a magnet, and the other one includes a magnetic body, and the flash moves in the first accommodation space as the applicator moves in the second accommodation space.
Item 3 provides the cosmetic container according to items 1 to 2, wherein the glitter is a magnetic powder or particles, and is dispersed in the fluid in the first containing space.
Item 4 provides the cosmetic container of items 1 to 3, wherein the applicator includes a brush bar entering the second accommodation space and a tip disposed at a distal end of the brush bar, and one or more of the brush bar and the tip contain a magnet.
Item 5 provides the cosmetic container of items 1 to 4, wherein only a portion of the brush bar contains the magnet, and the magnet M has a sector shape in cross section.
Item 6 provides the cosmetic container of items 1 to 5, wherein the magnet is formed to be exposed to only a portion of a circumference of the brush bar.
Item 7 provides the cosmetic container of items 1 to 6, wherein the outer wall is formed transparently so as to enable confirmation of the glitter from the outside.
Item 8 provides the cosmetic container of items 1 to 7, wherein the body comprises: a coil generating an induced current by a magnetic field formed with the movement of the applicator; and an LED module lighted by the induced current.
Item 9 provides the cosmetic container of items 1 to 8, wherein the LED module is disposed at an inlet upper end of the body into which the applicator enters.
Item 11 provides a cosmetic container comprising: a body in which a cosmetic material is stored; a makeup implement comprising an applicator capable of entering into the body and of extracting the makeup material and at least one part containing a magnet; a coil disposed in the body and generating an induced current by a magnetic field formed by moving the applicator within the body; and an LED module provided in the body and lighted by receiving current from the induced current or the battery storing the induced current.
Item 12 provides the cosmetic container of item 11, the body having an inner wall and an outer wall, and including a first containing space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and a second containing space storing a cosmetic material, wherein a glitter containing a magnetic body is provided in the first containing space.
Item 13 provides the cosmetic container of items 11 to 12, wherein the LED module is disposed in the first accommodation space.
Item 14 provides the cosmetic container according to items 11 to 13, wherein the LED module is provided with a wireless antenna, and the body is provided with an induction current generating unit that forms a magnetic field to enable an induction current to flow through the wireless antenna, and the induction current generating unit is operated by the induction current generated in the coil or a battery.
The present invention has been described with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings, which are intended to be exemplary only, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the true scope of the present invention, which is defined only by the claims appended hereto.
Claims (14)
1. A cosmetic container comprising:
a body having an inner wall and an outer wall, and including a first accommodating space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and a second accommodating space storing a cosmetic material, the first accommodating space being capable of accommodating a movable glitter; and
a cosmetic applicator including an applicator capable of accessing the second receiving space and withdrawing the cosmetic material,
either one of the glitter and the applicator includes a magnet, and the other includes a magnetic body,
The flash moves within the first receiving space as the applicator moves within the second receiving space.
2. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the glitter comprises a magnetic body and the applicator comprises a magnet.
3. The cosmetic container according to claim 2, wherein the glitter is a magnetic powder or particles, and is dispersed in the fluid in the first containing space.
4. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the applicator includes a brush bar entering the second accommodating space and a tip disposed at a distal end of the brush bar, one or more of the brush bar and the tip containing a magnet.
5. The cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein only a portion of the brush bar includes a magnet having a sector shape in cross section.
6. The cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein the magnet is formed to be exposed to only a portion of the circumference of the brush bar.
7. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall is formed transparently to enable the glitter to be confirmed from the outside.
8. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the body comprises:
A coil generating an induced current by a magnetic field formed with the movement of the applicator; and
and an LED module which is lighted by the induced current.
9. The cosmetic container of claim 8, wherein the LED module is disposed at an inlet upper end of the body into which the applicator enters.
10. The cosmetic container according to claim 8, further comprising a battery that stores the current induced in the coil,
the LED module is illuminated by receiving power from the battery.
11. Provided is a cosmetic container including:
a body in which a cosmetic material is stored;
a makeup implement comprising an applicator capable of entering into and removing the makeup material and at least a portion of which contains a magnet;
a coil disposed in the body and generating an induced current by a magnetic field formed by movement of the applicator within the body; and
an LED module provided in the body and lighted by receiving current from the induced current or a battery storing the induced current.
12. The cosmetic container according to claim 11, wherein the body has an inner wall and an outer wall, and includes a first accommodating space formed between the inner wall and the outer wall and a second accommodating space storing a cosmetic material,
A flash containing a magnetic body is provided in the first accommodation space.
13. The cosmetic container according to claim 12, wherein the LED module is disposed in the first receiving space.
14. The cosmetic container according to claim 13, wherein the LED module is provided with a wireless antenna,
the body is provided with an induction current generating unit which forms a magnetic field to enable induction current to flow through the wireless antenna,
the induced current generating unit operates by the induced current generated in the coil or the battery.
