Abstract
The invention provides an internal and external machine integrated air conditioner, which comprises an evaporation cavity arranged at the upper side, an internal fan arranged in the middle of the evaporation cavity, an air inlet arranged in the middle above the evaporation cavity, and a pair of air outlets arranged at two sides of the internal fan in the evaporation cavity; the heat dissipation structure of the air-conditioning electric appliance box comprises an evaporator, an inner fan and an electric appliance box, and the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box is sunk into the air return side of an evaporation cavity of the evaporator; the heat dissipation structure of the electrical box is a fin arranged at the bottom of the electrical box; the arrangement direction of the fins of the electric appliance box is consistent with the blowing direction of the inner fan; the four electrical boxes are arranged between the air outlets on two sides of the inner fan on the upper part of the evaporation cavity and the inner fan. According to the invention, the heat dissipation structure of the electrical box is sunk into the air return side of the air conditioner evaporation cavity, and the indoor cold return air sucked by the inner fan is used for dissipating heat, so that the effect can be still ensured at high temperature, and the energy consumption of the whole machine is low; meanwhile, the radiating fins of the electric appliance box are positioned on one side of the return air, so that the refrigerating effect of the air conditioner is not influenced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heat dissipation of air conditioner electrical boxes, in particular to an air conditioner integrating an internal machine and an external machine.
Background
The internal and external machine integrated air conditioner (hereinafter referred to as integrated air conditioner) has the advantages that the electric components of the air conditioner generate heat during operation, so that the internal temperature of the air conditioner is increased, and the proper temperature environment is preserved, so that the service life and the service reliability of the electric components are important. Therefore, in general, the integrated air conditioner is designed with a special radiating fin aiming at an air conditioner PCB, and the radiating fin is an aluminum radiating fin, so that the heat generated by an electrical component can be transferred to the outside of an electrical box by utilizing the heat conducting property of the aluminum radiating fin, and the purpose of radiating the electrical box is achieved; some electrical boxes are also provided with independent heat dissipation fans.
However, the existing integrated air conditioner only depends on the radiating fin structure on the electrical box or the independent radiating fan thereof, and can meet the requirement of controlling the temperature rise of the electrical box under the conventional working condition. However, when the temperature is high outdoors, it is difficult to ensure that the temperature of the electrical box is reduced to a proper temperature.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an internal and external unit integrated air conditioner which is good in heat dissipation effect in a high-temperature environment and low in energy consumption of the whole machine, and aims to solve the technical problem that an electric box of the existing integrated air conditioner is poor in heat dissipation effect in the high-temperature environment.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the air conditioner comprises an evaporation cavity arranged at the upper side, an inner fan arranged in the middle of the evaporation cavity, an air inlet arranged in the middle above the evaporation cavity, and a pair of air outlets arranged at two sides of the inner fan in the evaporation cavity;
the heat dissipation structure of the air-conditioning electric appliance box comprises an evaporator, an inner fan and an electric appliance box, and the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box is sunk into the air return side of an evaporation cavity of the evaporator;
the heat dissipation structure of the electrical box is a fin arranged at the bottom of the electrical box;
the arrangement direction of the fins of the electric appliance box is consistent with the blowing direction of the inner fan;
the four electrical boxes are arranged between the air outlets on two sides of the inner fan on the upper part of the evaporation cavity and the inner fan.
Preferably, the heat dissipation structure of the electrical box is a fin arranged at the bottom of the electrical box.
Preferably, the arrangement direction of the fins of the electrical box is consistent with the blowing direction of the inner fan.
Preferably, the electrical apparatus box is made for cast aluminium material, adopts the rubber strip sealed between electrical apparatus box lid and the electrical apparatus box main part.
Preferably, the patch cord terminals around the electrical box use waterproof terminals.
Preferably, the appliance box as a whole complies with the IPX5 to IP67 protection rating requirements.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the air conditioner with the integrated internal and external units, the electric appliance box adopts a sinking type electric appliance box heat dissipation structure, the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box is sunk into the air return side of the air conditioner evaporation cavity, indoor cold air (return air) sucked by a fan inside the air conditioner is used for dissipating heat of the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box, the heat dissipation effect can be still ensured in a high-temperature environment, and the energy consumption of the whole air conditioner is low; meanwhile, the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box is positioned on one side of the return air, so that the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner is not influenced.
2. The axial direction of the radiating fins of the electric appliance box is consistent with the blowing direction of the inner fan, so that the radiating effect of the radiating fins is improved, and the temperature rise of a controller of the electric appliance box can be controlled within an effective range; the integrated air conditioner can directly radiate heat by the inner fan of the air conditioner, and can achieve the same effect with the temperature rise problem of an electric box of other products on the market by connecting the electric box with an independent small radiating fan, thereby simplifying the structure, complexity and manufacturing cost of the whole air conditioner. Meanwhile, the electrical box of the integrated air conditioner provided by the invention cancels the self-contained independent heat dissipation fan, so that the power input of the whole air conditioner is reduced, and the energy efficiency is obviously improved.
3. The box cover and the main body of the electric appliance box are sealed by rubber strips, and the peripheral patch cord terminals of the electric appliance box are waterproof terminals, so that the integral sealing performance of the electric appliance box meets the protection level requirements of IPX 5-IP 67. The dustproof and waterproof device is high in dustproof and waterproof grade, is in an independent closed environment, and does not need to worry about the problems of condensation and water inflow caused by cold and hot air blow-by in an electric box, so that the operation stability of an internal controller is ensured.

The invention provides a heat radiation structure of an immersed air conditioner electrical appliance box, which comprises an evaporator 8 arranged at the upper side of an air conditioner and an inner fan 4 arranged at the middle part of an evaporation cavity 1 of the evaporator 8. When the air conditioner works, air is sucked from an air inlet (air return inlet) in the middle of the inner fan, then is discharged from air outlets on two sides of the inner fan 4, and exchanges heat with the evaporators 8 on two sides. In this embodiment, the inner fan 4 is a high static pressure inner fan. When the air conditioner works, the inner fan 4 extracts cold air from the outside to suck into the inner fan 4 from an air inlet (return air) port above the evaporation cavity 1, and blows out from an air outlet of the inner fan 4 positioned in the evaporation cavity 1 to the direction of the evaporators 8 at two sides, and because the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box 3 sinks into the return air side of the evaporation cavity 1, namely between the evaporators and the air outlet, the indoor cold air (return air) sucked by the inner fan 4 of the air conditioner can be directly utilized to dissipate the heat dissipation structure of the electric appliance box 3, so that the heat dissipation effect can be still ensured in a high-temperature environment; according to the heat dissipation structure of the electrical box of the submerged air conditioner, the electrical box can be directly used for heat dissipation by virtue of the inner fan 4 of the air conditioner, and the temperature rise problem of the electrical box of other products in the market can achieve the same effect only by virtue of the mode that the electrical box is connected with an independent small heat dissipation fan, so that the structure, the complexity and the manufacturing cost of the whole machine are simplified; meanwhile, the heat dissipation structure of the immersed air conditioner electric appliance box provided by the invention cancels an independent heat dissipation fan carried by the electric appliance box, so that the power input and the energy consumption of the whole machine are reduced, and the energy efficiency is obviously improved; in addition, because electrical apparatus box heat radiation structure is located return air one side, can not cause the influence to the refrigeration effect of air conditioner.

the arrangement direction of the fins of the electric appliance box is consistent with the blowing direction of the inner fan;
the four electrical boxes are arranged between the air outlets on two sides of the inner fan on the upper part of the evaporation cavity and the inner fan.
2. The air conditioner of claim 1, wherein the electrical box is made of cast aluminum, and a rubber strip is disposed between the electrical box cover and the electrical box body.
