wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to:
receiving a first message broadcasted by a terminal node in the blockchain network through the communication interface, wherein the first message comprises terminal equipment access information recorded by a micro base station connected with the terminal node;
calculating a hash value of terminal equipment access information recorded by the micro base station;
comparing the hash value of the terminal equipment access information recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the terminal equipment access information recorded by the macro base station;
if the hash value of the terminal equipment access information recorded by the micro base station is consistent with the hash value of the terminal equipment access information recorded by the macro base station, generating reward information for the micro base station;
recording the reward information of the micro base station and the reward information of the accounting node into a block;
the blocks are broadcast into a block chain network.
7. An accounting node according to claim 6, wherein the first message comprises identification information of a macro base station to which the terminal node corresponds;
when the processor compares the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the macro base station, the processor is specifically configured to:
and comparing the hash value of the terminal equipment access information recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the terminal equipment access information recorded by the macro base station corresponding to the terminal node.

An accounting node as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein the processor is further configured to, before comparing the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the micro base station with the hash value of the terminal device access information recorded by the macro base station:
and receiving the hash value of each piece of terminal equipment access information recorded by the macro base station, which is sent by the macro base station in the block chain network, through a communication interface.
9. An accounting node according to claim 8, wherein the terminal node is configured to obtain terminal device access information recorded by the micro base station from the micro base station at preset intervals.
10. An accounting node according to claim 9, wherein the end node and the micro base station establish a binding relationship via bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or NFC.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-5.
