8. The system of claim 7, wherein the gateway module is further configured to detect whether the digital trunking number in the real-time data packet is recognizable by the public network trunking module;
if the digital cluster single number can be identified by the public network cluster module, the real-time data packet is sent to the public network cluster module;
and if the digital cluster single number cannot be identified by the public network cluster module, adding an identity into the digital cluster single number, and sending the real-time data packet to the public network cluster module.
9. The system of claim 7, wherein the public network cluster module comprises a plurality of public network cluster terminals; and the public network cluster terminal is used for analyzing the real-time data packet and displaying the content in the real-time data packet.
