Description

Service processing method and device of broadband cluster terminal and broadband cluster terminal
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a service processing method and device of a broadband trunking terminal and the broadband trunking terminal.
Background
With the rapid development of broadband trunking technology, broadband trunking terminals have also been rapidly developed. In order to meet the diversified requirements of users, the broadband trunking terminal can simultaneously support public network services and private network services at present. That is, the broadband trunking terminal may use both the service provided by the mobile network of the operator and the service provided by the broadband trunking network.
The broadband cluster terminal supporting the public network service and the private network service simultaneously has a scene of concurrence of the public network service and the private network service. For example, when using private network services, a voice call is received over the public network. Due to the technical specifications and technical constraints of the mobile terminal of the operator, the terminal supporting both the public network service and the private network service usually has the highest priority of voice telephony. Namely, the terminal can monitor the telephone state of the public network, and when the public network has services, the private network service resources are released, and the public network services are preferentially ensured.
In summary, when the public network service and the private network service are concurrent, the conventional broadband trunking terminal supporting both the public network service and the private network service cannot select the public network service or the private network service according to the user requirement, and the user experience is poor.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a service processing method of a broadband trunking terminal provided in the present invention. The method can be applied to the broadband cluster terminal which simultaneously supports public network service and private network service. As shown in fig. 1, the method provided by this embodiment may include:
s101, receiving an incoming call ringing token application sent by a first service.
In this embodiment, when an incoming call of the first service is received, the first service may send an incoming call ringing token application to a service processing module in the broadband trunking terminal, and the service processing module issues a token according to a resource usage of the terminal, and only a service applying the token may execute the token.
And S102, if the second service is in conversation at the moment, sending a first indication to the first service, wherein the first indication is used for indicating the first service to carry out degradation ringing processing.
In this embodiment, after the service processing module receives the incoming call ringing token application of the first service, if the service processing module determines that the second service is currently in a call and occupies a call resource, for example, an audio resource, a first indication is sent to the first service, so as to indicate that the first service performs degradation ringing processing, for example, performs only short alert tone ringing. The first indication may also carry a state indication that the second service is in a call.
And S103, receiving an operation instruction input by a user.
In the incoming call ringing page of the first service, an interface for inputting an operation instruction needs to be provided for a user, and the interface is used for receiving the operation instruction input by the user. The operation instruction that can be input by the user in this embodiment may include, for example, answering a call, rejecting the call, reminding later, rejecting a short message, and the like.
And S104, performing corresponding processing according to the operation instruction.
In this embodiment, after receiving an operation instruction input by a user, corresponding processing is performed according to the operation instruction.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, if the first service is a public network service, the second service is a private network service; and if the first service is a private network service, the second service is a public network service.
In the service processing method of the broadband trunking terminal provided in this embodiment, by receiving an incoming call ring token application sent by a first service, if a second service is in a call at this time, a first instruction is sent to the first service, where the first instruction is used to instruct the first service to perform degradation ring processing, receive an operation instruction input by a user, and perform corresponding processing according to the operation instruction. If the first service is a public network service, the second service is a private network service; or, if the first service is a private network service, the second service is a public network service. The service processing module issues tokens according to the resource use condition of the terminal, so that the mutual exclusion access of the audio resources is realized; when the first service and the second service are concurrent, corresponding operation is executed according to an operation instruction input by a user, so that the user requirement is met, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, according to the operation instruction, one implementation manner of performing corresponding processing may be: if the operation instruction is to answer the incoming call, receiving a call token application sent by the first service; sending a second instruction to the first service, wherein the second instruction is used for indicating the first service to wait; informing the second service of terminating the call through callback; and after the second service terminates the call, releases the audio resource and releases the token, the first service is granted a call token. The audio resources may include, among other things, a microphone and a speaker of the terminal.
In this embodiment, after the user inputs an operation instruction for answering an incoming call, the first service sends a call token application to the service processing module, and after the service processing module receives the call token application of the first service and determines that the second service is in a call, the service processing module sends a second indication to the first service, and the user indicates the first service to wait. And simultaneously, the second service is informed to terminate the call through callback, and occupied call resources are released. And after the second service terminates the call, releases the call resource and releases the call token, the service processing module determines that the call resource is not occupied and grants the first service call token through callback. And the first service performs the call service after obtaining the call token.
In some embodiments, according to the operation instruction, one implementation manner of performing corresponding processing may be: and if the operation instruction is to reject the incoming call, terminating the incoming call prompt of the first service.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the method provided by this embodiment may further include: when receiving an incoming call ringing token application sent by a first service, if no other service occupies a call resource, the first service is granted with the incoming call ringing token, so that the first service rings after obtaining the incoming call ringing token.

after receiving an operation instruction of answering an incoming call input by a user, stopping ringing the first service;
receiving a call token application sent by a first service;
and determining to grant the first service call token according to the call token application so as to enable the first service to carry out call processing.
Optionally, when receiving an incoming call ringing token application sent by the first service, if the second service is in an incoming call or outgoing call state and the first service is a non-emergency service, the incoming call ringing token application of the first service is rejected.
It should be noted that neither the first service nor the second service allows new non-emergency services to be applied during incoming or outgoing calls. In the process of calling in or calling out, if an incoming call ringing token application of a non-emergency service is received, directly rejecting the incoming call ringing token application; traffic in incoming or outgoing transients may be interrupted for emergency type traffic. The emergency services include both public network emergency services and private network emergency services, and may include emergency call services such as 119, 120, 110, etc., for example.
