Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of OAM configuration, in particular to a method and a system for managing an optical communication service and an OAM dependency relationship.
Background
Under the 5G background, an enhanced OTN (Optical Transport Network) device having a packet function (or a routing function) has a wide use scenario, and can cover various application scenarios from access, convergence, and to a core. The OTN technology with rich OAM (Operation Administration and Maintenance and management) functions can bring great convenience to service management, but the service and OAM have a strict dependency relationship no matter from the principle of the service itself or from the support degree of the mainstream chip. Because OAM overhead depends on the configuration of traffic, OAM configuration and management can only be done after traffic configuration.
However, the current configuration OAM has low reliability and efficiency because:
(1) after a user inputs OAM configuration on a sending end, the sending end packs the service configuration and the OAM configuration together and sends the service configuration and the OAM configuration to a receiving end. However, the sending end may not always effectively ensure the order of sending the service and the OAM, and due to network delay and other reasons (especially when the whole machine is restarted due to power failure), the order of the service configuration and the OAM configuration may be disordered when reaching the receiving end, and further, the OAM configuration may fail due to the disordered configuration order.
(2) When a service configuration chip of a receiving end has a certain configuration delay requirement after service configuration, the receiving end cannot process the OAM configuration received in the configuration delay process, so the OMA configuration is lost, and further the OAM configuration fails.
Based on the above analysis, an effective dependency relationship management method is lacking at present, and especially for a multi-level mapping service (that is, 1 service actually includes multiple sub-services), a scenario is more complex, and configuration reliability is lower, because OAM configuration information of the multi-level mapping service actually includes sub-OAM configuration information corresponding to multiple sub-services, and overall configuration of the multi-level mapping service and OAM inevitably fails to ensure that each sub-OAM accurately corresponds to a specific sub-service.
Further, the low configuration reliability of OAM results in:
if the OAM configuration input by the user at the sending end fails, the user needs to reconfigure, so that the user experience is reduced; whether OAM configuration is successful or not needs to be monitored in a polling mode (namely, whether OAM configuration is successful or not is monitored in turn according to the sequence of OAM issued by a user); when OAM configuration fails for many times, the monitoring OAM in a polling mode inevitably reduces the working efficiency and also increases the system load.

fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing an optical communication service and an OAM dependency relationship in an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The management method for the optical communication service and OAM dependency relationship in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
configuration information issuing process: the sending end establishes the service configuration information of the optical communication service and the OAM configuration information depended on the service configuration information according to the dependency relationship between the optical communication service and the OAM; sequentially sending service configuration information of the optical communication service and the OAM configuration information depended on the service configuration information to a receiving end;
configuration flow of services and OAM: the receiving end carries out business configuration after receiving the business configuration information; and after the successful configuration of the service is confirmed, performing OAM configuration according to the OAM configuration information corresponding to the service.
Therefore, the logic of the sending end for sending the configuration information is set as follows: and issuing the service configuration information and the OAM configuration information depended on the service configuration information according to the dependency relationship between the optical communication service and the OAM, thereby ensuring the issuing sequence of the service configuration information and the OAM configuration information at a sending end. On the basis, the invention sets the logic of receiving end configuration service and OAM in a targeted way, so that the receiving end can carry out OAM configuration according to the OAM configuration information corresponding to the service after the service configuration is successful.
In view of this, the present invention ensures that the receiving end configures the corresponding OAM after the service configuration is successful by matching the issue logic of the sending end with the configuration logic of the receiving end, so that OAM configuration failure caused by a disordered configuration sequence or a lost OAM configuration in the prior art does not occur, thereby significantly improving the configuration reliability and efficiency of OAM.
The method for managing the dependency relationship between the service and the OAM, provided by the invention, has the advantages of reliability, universality, compatibility and convenience, can solve the problem of the OAM management function of the OTN service, and has a great significance for providing equipment reliability.
Meanwhile, the invention can be applied to all kinds of new and old OTN/POTN equipment with pure O function or P + O function, and can expand the order-preserving function of other service planes subsequently, especially the equipment of the external controller after 5G.
Preferably, when the service to be configured is a multi-level mapping service, the dependency relationship between the optical communication service and the OAM includes:
1. each sub-service in the multi-level mapping service is an optical communication service, and a sending order exists between each optical communication service;
2. each OAM uniquely corresponds to (i.e., depends on) one optical communication service.
On this basis, the flow of sequentially issuing the service configuration information of the optical communication service and the OAM configuration information relied on by the service configuration information includes: sequentially issuing optical communication service configuration information according to the issuing sequence of all optical communication services; OAM configuration information corresponding to the optical communication service configuration information is sent after the optical communication service configuration information is issued; for the same object, firstly, service configuration needs to be issued, and then OAM configuration needs to be issued; but the issuing order of the service is mainly the service itself and is not affected by OAM configuration.
Therefore, no matter the method is used for dealing with common services without mapping or multi-level mapping services, the method can refine the issuing order of the sub-services and the dependence of the sub-services and the corresponding OAM, and further improve the configuration reliability and efficiency of the OAM.
Preferably, the service configuration information and the OAM configuration information that is relied on by the service configuration information both include: the same service interface index (which can be associated with the corresponding service interface), and the same and unique object index (which can associate the service with the OAM configuration information through the object index); when the service to be configured is a multi-level mapping service, each piece of service configuration information further includes a distribution order.
On this basis, the process of performing OAM configuration by the receiving end according to the OAM configuration information corresponding to the service includes: and after OAM configuration information which is the same as the object index of the service configuration information is acquired, OAM configuration is carried out according to the OAM configuration information.
Preferably, after the receiving end confirms that the service configuration is successful, the process of performing OAM configuration according to the OAM configuration information corresponding to the service includes:
when the service to be configured is a multi-level mapping service and the receiving end (service configuration chip) supports the segment service configuration function, the transmitting end will issue multiple pieces of service configuration information corresponding to different sub-services, and at this time, after the receiving end receives one piece of service configuration information and successfully configures the service according to the service configuration information, OAM configuration is performed according to the OAM configuration information corresponding to the service.
When the service to be configured is a multi-level mapping service and the receiving end (service configuration chip) does not support the segmented service configuration function, the sending end still issues a plurality of pieces of service configuration information corresponding to different sub-services, and at this time, the receiving end performs service configuration according to the service configuration information after receiving one piece of service configuration information, but performs OAM configuration according to OAM configuration information corresponding to each piece of service configuration information only after all pieces of service configuration information of the multi-level mapping service are successfully configured.
Preferably, the method further comprises the steps of:
service deletion information issuing process: the sending end firstly sends OAM deleting information to the receiving end, and then sends the OAM dependent service deleting information to the receiving end;
service deletion process:
when the service to be configured is a multi-level mapping service and the receiving end supports the segmented service configuration function, the receiving end deletes the corresponding OAM after receiving the OAM deleting information, and deletes the corresponding service after receiving the service deleting information;
when the service to be configured is a multi-level mapping service and the receiving end does not support the segmented service configuration function, the receiving end deletes all OAM and then deletes the whole multi-level mapping service after receiving all services and OAM deletion information corresponding to the multi-level mapping service.
Therefore, the invention can use the corresponding OAM configuration and deletion logic according to whether the receiving end supports the segmented service configuration function, thereby reasonably adapting to different receiving ends.
