Background
Due to the full-sealing characteristic advantage of the shielding motor, the shielding motor is widely applied to pump valve machines in nuclear power plants at present, and has wide market prospect. In order to prevent harmful gas from entering the outlet box and the winding cavity of the motor and causing the insulation motor of the motor to be lowered, the motor cannot safely run, the outlet wire of the motor winding on the shell and the outlet box of the motor must be well sealed, so that the harmful gas is isolated outside the motor.
The traditional shielded motor outlet box generally adopts a welding method of the outlet box and the shell to achieve a sealing effect, the wiring terminal of the motor is not sealed with the inner cavity of the motor, and the motor is easy to fail due to the fact that the outlet box is only sealed with the primary welding of the machine base; in order to increase sealing reliability, the inner end structure of a part of motor outlet box is solidified by injection molding, the connecting part is completely fixed or is welded with the machine base, but the space required by welding is larger, the volume and the weight of the box body are increased, and once winding leads or terminals are damaged, the motor is difficult to repair, the production progress is influenced, and the cost of a customer is increased.
The small-sized shielding motor has compact installation space, the shell of the small-sized shielding motor is used as a pressure boundary, and needs to bear larger pressure in a system fault state, so that the defects of cracks, incomplete welding, slag inclusion, air holes and the like are easily generated when the small-sized shielding motor is welded with a machine base, stress concentration is generated, the bearing capacity and fatigue strength of the pressure boundary are reduced, and even cracks and weldments are caused to break, so that serious safety accidents are caused. In addition, the outer diameter of the motor is small, and the volume of the outlet box is strictly limited, so that the outlet box with the structure can be used in a small-sized shielding motor under the working condition.

As shown in fig. 2, the boss 23 on the terminal post 16 is placed in the groove 19 of the lead plate 8, and the second seal ring 15 is mounted between the boss surface of the terminal post 16 and the lead plate 8.
The wire outlet box body is welded with a wire inlet flange, a cable sealing piece is arranged on the wire inlet flange, an external cable penetrates through the wire inlet flange, one end of the external cable is locked and sealed, and the other end of the external cable is connected with a binding post. The upper end face and the lower end face of the box body are respectively provided with a sealing groove, 2O-shaped sealing rings with proper materials and specifications are placed in the grooves, the sealing grooves are arranged between the upper cover and the box body and between the box body and the shell, and the sealing grooves and the cable sealing pieces jointly realize primary sealing on the motor lead, so that moisture and harmful gas outside the box are effectively prevented from entering the inner cavity of the outlet box. The lead plate is made of a material with high temperature resistance, irradiation resistance, corrosion resistance, good insulating property and high mechanical property, the shape of the lead plate corresponds to that of the junction box, the lead plate is circular and is divided into an upper part, a middle part and a lower part, and the outer diameter of the second cylindrical surface is 2-5 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the box body; the diameter of the first cylindrical surface is smaller than that of the second cylindrical surface, the creepage distance is selected according to the voltage of the corresponding grade by the sum of the diameter difference and the height difference, and the circumferential direction of the first cylindrical surface is provided with an annular groove, so that the creepage distance is increased, and the electrical safety is improved; the second cylindrical surface is provided with a through hole for fixing. The lower end surface of the second cylindrical surface is provided with an annular groove, and a proper O-shaped sealing ring is installed; the third cylindrical surface part is a spigot and is installed and positioned with the support.
