5. An adjustable angle FC connector assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the protective sleeve (9) and the polarization maintaining optical fiber (8) are fixed through glue under the illumination condition.
6. A method of assembling an angularly adjustable FC connector assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
step 1, sleeving a protective sleeve (9) on the surface of a polarization maintaining optical fiber (8);
step 2: one end of the protective sleeve (8) sequentially penetrates through the tail sleeve (7), the rear sleeve (6), the spring (5), the inner clamping sleeve (4) and the screw cap (3) and then is connected with one end of the ferrule (2);
and step 3: one end, close to each other, of the inner cutting sleeve (4) and the rear sleeve (6) is in threaded connection, so that the spring (5) is located in the rear sleeve (6), and one end, close to the inner cutting sleeve (4), of the spring (5) is abutted to the inner cutting sleeve (4);
and 4, step 4: sleeving the outer cutting ferrule (1) at the other end of the ferrule (2), and rotating the outer cutting ferrule (1) under a microscope to enable an angle between a positioning key (11) on the outer cutting ferrule (1) and a panda eye of the polarization maintaining optical fiber (8) to be a preset target angle;
and 5: the outer clamping sleeve (4) is kept not to rotate, the outer clamping sleeve (1) is clamped with the inner clamping sleeve (4), two ends of the ferrule (2) are respectively located in the inner clamping sleeve (4) and the outer clamping sleeve (1), and the screw cap (3) is located at the clamping position of the inner clamping sleeve (4) and the outer clamping sleeve (1).
7. The method of assembling an angularly adjustable FC connector assembly of claim 6, wherein step 1 further comprises the steps of:
and dripping glue into the protective sleeve (9), and illuminating to solidify the protective sleeve (9) and the polarization maintaining optical fiber (8).
