The super capacitor module 6, the lithium battery module 4 and the storage battery electric quantity management and comprehensive control module 9 are modular and independent in design, and a power supply interface and a signal communication transmission interface which are specially identified and butted are arranged on each module shell.
The charging port 15 special for repairing and charging the storage battery can repair and charge the storage battery when the storage battery is in a static state for a long time, is fed or is not seriously damaged.
