As shown in fig. 3, the first specific embodiment of the tooling for assembling and disassembling the moving arc contact of the circuit breaker of the present invention includes an operation panel 5, the operation panel 5 is a columnar turntable with a fixed rotation axis, a sliding slot 51 is formed on the upper surface of the operation panel 5, a strip-shaped hole extending along the width direction of the sliding slot 51 is formed at the bottom of the sliding slot 51, and the two side slot edges of the upper part of the sliding slot 51 are lower than the upper surface of the operation panel 5, so that the cross section of the sliding slot 51 is in an "i" shape. The length direction of the sliding grooves 51 extends along the radial direction of the operating panel 5, the number of the sliding grooves 51 is six corresponding to the number of the clamping grooves on the moving arc contact, and the six sliding grooves 51 are uniformly distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the operating panel 5. Of course, in other embodiments, the number of chutes may be three, four, five, etc. The sliding block is arranged in each sliding groove in an I-shaped mode in a guiding mode, the upper side face of each sliding block is fixedly connected with clamping columns extending upwards, and the fixed positions of the six clamping columns on the sliding blocks meet the requirement that the six clamping columns are distributed on a circle with the rotating axis of the operating panel as the center line.
As shown in fig. 5, one side of the clamping column 6 departing from the rotation axis of the operating panel 5 is provided with a clamping plate 7, the distance between two adjacent clamping plates 7 is equal to the distance between the clamping grooves of two adjacent moving arc contacts, and each clamping plate 7 can be correspondingly clamped into the clamping groove of the moving arc contact. The snap-in plate 7 is a snap-in structure. In other embodiments, when the number of the sliding grooves is three, four, five, etc., it is required to ensure that the sliding grooves arranged on the sliding block can also be clamped into the clamping grooves of the moving arc contact. In order to enhance the fixing strength of the clamping plate 7 on the clamping column 6, a clamping groove is formed in the clamping column 6, and the clamping plate 7 is assembled in the clamping groove in an interference fit mode. In other embodiments, the clamping plate can be fixed on the clamping column in other modes such as welding, bonding and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, the operation panel 5 has a cavity therein, and a synchronous driving mechanism for driving each of the clamping columns 6 to move in a direction away from the center of the operation panel 5 is disposed in the cavity. As shown in fig. 4, the synchronous drive mechanism includes an input gear 11 disposed in the accommodating chamber, the input gear 11 has a cylindrical structure, the input gear 11 has a second planar thread 111 on an upper surface thereof, and has a tapered tooth on a lower surface thereof. The peripheral surface of the operation panel 5 is provided with six operation ports 52 communicated with the accommodating cavity, the operation ports 52 correspond to the clamping columns 6 one by one, bevel gears 10 are arranged in the operation ports 52, the bevel gears 10 are positioned on the lower side of the input gear 11, the bevel gears 10 are meshed with the bevel teeth of the input gear 11, and the input gear 11 can be driven to rotate when the bevel gears 10 rotate.
The lower part of each sliding block 8 is provided with a first plane thread 81 matched with a second plane thread 111 of the input gear 11, and the sliding blocks 8 and the input gear 11 perform sliding screw transmission through the corresponding plane threads. When the bevel gear 10 is rotated forward and backward, the bevel gear 10 can drive the input gear 11 to rotate, and the input gear 11 drives each of the clamping columns 6 to slide back and forth along the sliding groove 51, so as to realize the unfolding and folding of each of the clamping columns 6.
Referring to fig. 3, a wrenching head 9 for engaging with a wrenching tool is provided on the lower side of the operating panel 5, and the center line of the wrenching head 9 coincides with the rotation axis of the operating panel 5. In this embodiment, the wrench head 9 is a hexagonal column structure, and can be matched with a hexagonal wrench to drive the operation panel 5 to rotate. In other embodiments, the wrenching head may also be a hexagonal hole provided in the underside of the operating panel.
When the assembling and disassembling tool for the moving arc contact of the circuit breaker is used, the moving arc contact is placed on the operating disc 5 in each clamping column 6, the bevel gear 10 is rotated through a tool to drive the input gear 11 to rotate, the input gear 11 drives the sliding block 8 to slide towards the direction close to the center of the operating disc 5 until the clamping plates 7 on each clamping column 6 are clamped into the clamping grooves of the moving arc contact, and the bevel gear 10 stops rotating; then, the operation panel 5 is rotated by using a wrenching tool adapted to the wrenching head 9, thereby completing the disassembly and assembly of the moving arc contact. When the model of the next movable arc contact to be disassembled is different from the model of the previous movable arc contact, the position of the clamping column 6 on the operating panel 5 can be adjusted, so that the movable arc contact assembling and disassembling tool of the circuit breaker is suitable for the movable arc contact of the model.
The second specific embodiment of the tooling for assembling and disassembling the moving arcing contact of the circuit breaker of the invention is different from the first specific embodiment of the tooling for assembling and disassembling the moving arcing contact of the circuit breaker in that the operating panel in the embodiment is a rectangular panel with a determined rotation axis, and in other embodiments, the operating panel can also be an operating panel with other shapes such as a triangular panel. Compared with the first embodiment, the rectangular operating panel in the first embodiment is convenient to process, but has the problem of raw material waste.
The third specific embodiment of the moving arc contact assembling and disassembling tool for the circuit breaker is different from the first specific embodiment of the moving arc contact assembling and disassembling tool for the circuit breaker in that the synchronous driving mechanism in the implementation comprises a push shaft with a conical head, the push shaft is in threaded connection with an operating disk, when the push shaft rotates, the conical head pushes a sliding block to enable the sliding block to move in the direction away from the center of the operating disk, and at the moment, a return spring fixedly connected with the sliding block is fixedly connected to the operating disk, so that when the position of a clamping column needs to be adjusted inwards, the return spring pulls the sliding block to slide towards the center of the operating disk.
The fourth specific embodiment of the tooling for assembling and disassembling the moving arc contact of the circuit breaker is different from the first specific embodiment of the tooling for assembling and disassembling the moving arc contact of the circuit breaker in that a handle replacing a wrenching head is arranged on the lower side of the operating panel of the embodiment, and the handle is rotated to drive the operating panel to rotate. In other embodiments, the operation panel may also be circumferentially provided with a force applying rod mounting hole, and the force applying rod is rotated to drive the operation panel to rotate.
The fifth specific embodiment of the tool for assembling and disassembling the moving arc contact of the circuit breaker is different from the first specific embodiment of the tool for assembling and disassembling the moving arc contact of the circuit breaker in that a clamping block is fixedly installed on a clamping column in the fifth specific embodiment, and the clamping block is pressed against a contact finger of the moving arc contact through the clamping block.

the operation panel is provided with a synchronous driving mechanism for driving each clamping column to move towards the direction far away from the circle center of the circle;
the synchronous driving mechanism comprises a bevel gear and an input gear, the bevel gear is coaxially installed in the operating panel, the input gear is meshed with the bevel gear, planar threads are arranged on the end face of the input gear, slider threads matched with the planar threads on the input gear are arranged on the sliders, the sliders are driven to be scattered or gathered by rotating the bevel gear in different directions, and operating ports corresponding to the bevel gear are arranged on the peripheral face of the operating panel.
