Optionally, the data authentication module performs data authentication on the audio recording device, so that the error insertion of other devices can be prevented, and the data stored in the device is prevented from being damaged and lost due to the error insertion.
The following explains a specific process of the method for verifying the legal identity of the user in the present application by using a specific embodiment.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating a method for verifying a legal identity of a user according to an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 8, where the apparatus further includes: the function expansion interface is connected with the control panel; and the function expansion interface is used for connecting the identity recognition module. The above S610: according to the pre-configuration program, before acquiring the data transmitted by the recording device through the first interface and transmitting the electric energy to the recording device, the method further comprises the following steps:
s810: and acquiring the user identity information through the function expansion interface.
S820: and verifying whether the user identity information is legal or not.
It should be noted that, the processes of the methods executed in S810 and S820 are explained in detail in the foregoing explanation of the identity module, and are not repeated herein.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the pre-configuration program sent by the server is received through the communication unit. Wherein the pre-configured program indicates the instructions and order of execution.

Optionally, after writing the data to the storage medium, the method further includes: and sending a deleting instruction to the sound recording equipment. Wherein, the deleting instruction is used for indicating to delete the data.
Alternatively, a deletion instruction may be sent to the recording apparatus after the data is written to the storage medium according to the instruction of the above-mentioned preconfigured program. It should be noted that the control board may send a deletion instruction to the sound recording apparatus through the first interface, so that the sound recording apparatus deletes the data file stored in the data disc thereof.
Due to the limitation of the size, shape and other factors of the recording equipment, the data files stored in the data disc are usually few, and the data files in the recording equipment are deleted after being copied and written, so that the storage space of the recording equipment can be increased, and the use endurance of the recording equipment is provided.

Fig. 9 is an interaction diagram of writing data into a storage medium and sending a delete instruction according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 9, after a data disc of a recording device is connected to a portable data processing device, the portable data processing device may perform the following steps:
s910: data files in a data disc of a sound recording apparatus are scanned.
It should be noted that the steps and S920 may be executed by a data copy module disposed in the control board 140, each data file enumerated by the sound recording device is acquired in a scanning manner, and after the scanning is finished, S920 is executed.
S920: the data files in the data disc of the sound recording device are copied.
It should be noted that, each data file in the data disc of the audio recording apparatus can be copied and written to the storage medium by the data copy module in the control panel. The recording device may be provided with a warning indicator light or other type of warning indicator device, and in the process of data copying, the warning indicator light or other type of warning indicator device sends out an optical signal or other type of signal to indicate that the user is copying data, so that the connecting line between the recording device and the portable data processing device cannot be pulled out.
Optionally, in the copying process, if the same portable data processing device is connected with multiple recording devices, the recording devices may be queued according to a certain sequence (for example, an insertion sequence), and only one recording device is set for copying data each time, so as to prevent a data error from occurring when multiple devices copy data at the same time.
Optionally, while copying the data files, an identity information identifier may be added to each data file to distinguish the data files from different sources. After the copying is finished, S930 is executed.
S930: and sending a deleting instruction to the sound recording equipment.
It should be noted that, after the data copy is completed, the control board may send a deletion instruction to the recording device.
After the recording device receives the deleting instruction, the following steps can be executed:
s940: and deleting the data files in the data disk according to the deleting instruction.
The above-mentioned deleting process has already been explained in the foregoing explanation of the deleting instruction, and is not described herein again.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises: the second interface is connected with the control panel; the second interface is used for connecting external power supply equipment; the storage battery is respectively connected with the second interface and the first interface; the method further comprises the following steps: and receiving the electric energy transmitted by the external power supply and storing the electric energy into the storage battery.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
