Abstract
The invention relates to a serial number wireless uploading platform and a method based on position detection, wherein the platform comprises: the embedded camera is positioned on a front panel of the currency detecting terminal and is used for carrying out camera shooting operation on the current paper money so as to obtain a corresponding current recorded image; the paper currency segmentation equipment is positioned in the currency examination terminal and used for segmenting an image only comprising a paper currency target from the current recorded image based on the outline shape of the paper currency so as to output the image as a paper currency imaging pattern; and the serial number recognition equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for recognizing the serial number in the paper currency imaging pattern based on an OCR recognition mode so as to obtain the paper currency serial number. The serial number wireless uploading platform and method based on position detection are convenient, practical and stable in operation. When the color-changing ink of the current paper currency is not in the position where the color-changing ink is supposed to be, the serial number of the current paper currency is uploaded wirelessly for further verification, so that the reliability of paper currency verification is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of color-changing ink application, in particular to a serial number wireless uploading platform and method based on position detection.
Background
The color-changing ink can change along with temperature change when meeting temperature, and the color-changing ink prepared from the novel material components and wrapped by the novel material technology of the microcapsule has wide application, such as color-changing cups, color-changing towels, color-changing clothes, color-changing shoes and the like.
The color-changing ink has the following characteristics:
1. the temperature-variable (thermosensitive color-variable) water-based flexographic printing ink and the water-based gravure printing ink thermosensitive water-based flexographic printing ink are suitable for enterprises of mass packaging production, and can be prepared into corresponding inks for various types of flexographic printing machines. The printing ink is mainly applied to large-batch package printing of famous brand products such as cigarettes, foods, beverages, pesticides, medicines and the like. The thermosensitive color-changing water-based anti-counterfeiting ink meets the environmental protection requirement on tobacco packaging. The cigarette package printing machine accords with the national relevant policy guidance, is popular with a plurality of cigarette factories due to attractive appearance and convenient detection, and lays a good foundation for occupying the market of cigarette package printing enterprises.
2. The solvent-based thermosensitive color-changing gravure ink is suitable for enterprises producing large-scale packages, and has the advantages of good printing effect, rapid color change and full color. It can meet the requirement of plastic product and tobacco packing printing enterprise.
3. Thermochromic offset ink the thermally sensitive material can be made into an offset ink, but the printing color is generally lighter than that of a conventional offset ink, which is mainly associated with the color changing material. The offset printing ink developed by the people is even and smooth in printing, can be compounded with a fluorescence technology, and can be used for anti-counterfeiting printing of bills, packages, books and the like, thereby having multiple anti-counterfeiting functions.

Currently, some countries and regions use color-changing ink in banknote printing, because the resource shortage of the color-changing ink for banknote printing makes it difficult to counterfeit the color-changing ink, however, there is no technical solution for performing targeted detection on the color-changing ink in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the related field, the invention provides a serial number wireless uploading platform based on position detection, which can detect the authenticity of the current paper money according to whether the relative position of the current paper money in the area where color changing ink is located in the current paper money is out of position or not, and wirelessly upload the serial number of the current paper money to a remote server for further verification when the current paper money is doubted.
Therefore, the invention needs to have the following three key points:
(1) analyzing and comparing the relative position of the region where the color changing ink in the current paper money is located in the current paper money in real time, and uploading the serial number of the current paper money to a remote server at the position dislocation time for further verification;
(2) calculating the central position of the imaging pattern of the paper currency and the central position of an image area where the color-changing ink is located, and acquiring the number of pixel points which are separated from each other between the two central positions to serve as reference number;

the serial number recognition equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for recognizing the serial number in the paper currency imaging pattern based on an OCR recognition mode to obtain the paper currency serial number;
the signal enhancement equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for executing image enhancement processing on the received paper currency imaging patterns to obtain corresponding signal enhancement images;
the color analysis device is positioned in the currency detecting terminal and used for receiving the signal enhanced image and identifying an image area where the color-changing ink is positioned from the signal enhanced image based on the color imaging characteristics of the color-changing ink;
the data extraction equipment is respectively connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and the color analysis equipment and is used for calculating the central position of the paper currency imaging pattern in the current recorded image, calculating the central position of an image area where the color-changing ink is located in the current recorded image and acquiring the number of pixel points at a distance between the two central positions as a reference number;
the distance detection equipment is respectively connected with the data extraction equipment and the embedded camera and is used for calculating the actual distance from the center of the variable color ink area in the current paper currency to the center of the current paper currency based on the reference quantity, the depth of field of the variable color ink in the signal enhanced image and the shooting focal length of the embedded camera;
and the content uploading device is respectively connected with the serial number identification device and the distance detection device and is used for wirelessly sending the serial number of the paper currency as the serial number to be verified to a server of a remote paper currency management center when the absolute value of the difference value between the received actual distance and the preset distance exceeds the limit.
According to another aspect of the invention, a position detection-based serial number wireless uploading method is further provided, and the method comprises the step of using the position detection-based serial number wireless uploading platform to wirelessly upload the serial number of the current banknote when the color-changing ink of the current banknote is out of position relative to the distribution position of the banknote.
The serial number wireless uploading platform and method based on position detection are convenient, practical and stable in operation. When the color-changing ink of the current paper currency is not in the position where the color-changing ink is supposed to be, the serial number of the current paper currency is uploaded wirelessly for further verification, so that the reliability of paper currency verification is improved.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the location detection-based serial number wireless upload platform and method of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the prior art, the money detecting terminal which can be flexibly carried and used by people is only limited to devices with simple principles such as a money detecting pen and the like and insufficient reliability of money detection, and an intelligent terminal which can directly inform the result of the money detection of people is lacked, so that the high-precision money detecting mechanism in the prior art needs a more complex money detecting structure to realize the purpose of root return, and the money detecting structure cannot be miniaturized.
In order to overcome the defects, the invention builds the serial number wireless uploading platform and the method based on the position detection, and can effectively solve the corresponding technical problems.

the serial number recognition equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for recognizing the serial number in the paper currency imaging pattern based on an OCR recognition mode to obtain the paper currency serial number;
the signal enhancement equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for executing image enhancement processing on the received paper currency imaging patterns to obtain corresponding signal enhancement images;
the color analysis device is positioned in the currency detecting terminal and used for receiving the signal enhanced image and identifying an image area where the color-changing ink is positioned from the signal enhanced image based on the color imaging characteristics of the color-changing ink;
the data extraction equipment is respectively connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and the color analysis equipment and is used for calculating the central position of the paper currency imaging pattern in the current recorded image, calculating the central position of an image area where the color-changing ink is located in the current recorded image and acquiring the number of pixel points at a distance between the two central positions as a reference number;
the distance detection equipment is respectively connected with the data extraction equipment and the embedded camera and is used for calculating the actual distance from the center of the variable color ink area in the current paper currency to the center of the current paper currency based on the reference quantity, the depth of field of the variable color ink in the signal enhanced image and the shooting focal length of the embedded camera;

Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a location detection-based serial number wireless upload platform according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where the platform includes:
the field storage device is respectively connected with the color analysis device and the data extraction device and is used for storing various parameters for setting the color analysis device or the data extraction device;
the wired communication interface is connected with the color analysis equipment and is used for sending the output data of the color analysis equipment out through a wired communication link;
an embedded camera, as shown in fig. 1, located on a front panel of the banknote verification terminal, and configured to perform a camera operation on a current banknote to obtain a corresponding current recorded image;
the paper currency segmentation equipment is positioned in the currency detection terminal, is connected with the embedded camera and is used for segmenting an image only comprising a paper currency target from the current recorded image based on the outline shape of the paper currency so as to output the image as a paper currency imaging pattern;
the serial number recognition equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for recognizing the serial number in the paper currency imaging pattern based on an OCR recognition mode to obtain the paper currency serial number;
the signal enhancement equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for executing image enhancement processing on the received paper currency imaging patterns to obtain corresponding signal enhancement images;
the color analysis device is positioned in the currency detecting terminal and used for receiving the signal enhanced image and identifying an image area where the color-changing ink is positioned from the signal enhanced image based on the color imaging characteristics of the color-changing ink;
the data extraction equipment is respectively connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and the color analysis equipment and is used for calculating the central position of the paper currency imaging pattern in the current recorded image, calculating the central position of an image area where the color-changing ink is located in the current recorded image and acquiring the number of pixel points at a distance between the two central positions as a reference number;

wherein the on-site storage device, the color analysis device, and the data extraction device are powered by the same power supply mechanism at different powers.

the serial number recognition equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for recognizing the serial number in the paper currency imaging pattern based on an OCR recognition mode to obtain the paper currency serial number;
the signal enhancement equipment is connected with the paper currency segmentation equipment and is used for executing image enhancement processing on the received paper currency imaging patterns to obtain corresponding signal enhancement images;
the color analysis device is positioned in the currency detecting terminal and used for receiving the signal enhanced image and identifying an image area where the color-changing ink is positioned from the signal enhanced image based on the color imaging characteristics of the color-changing ink;
