The application provides a data submission method and system of a land information management system, which comprises the steps of obtaining flow customization data submitted by a user; analyzing whether the flow customization data is complete and legal; if the flow customization data is complete and legal, analyzing whether the service information and the flow type corresponding to the flow customization data are correct or not; if the business information and the process type are both correct, the process customization data is stored as it is, and whether the same type of configuration exists in the land information management system is analyzed according to the process type; and if the same type of configuration does not exist in the land information management system, customizing the data configuration flow according to the flow and storing flow configuration information.
