The invention discloses an intelligent holographic image operating device, which comprises a holographic projection module, an infrared camera system, a processing chip and a communication module, wherein the holographic projection module is arranged in a shell and projects images in the processing chip into the air to form an imaging area; the communication module comprises a communication module with a built-in SIM card, and the processing chip carries out signal transmission through the communication module and the intelligent terminal. The invention does not need a medium as a screen, and can project an application interface in a mobile phone or a computer to the air and operate by utilizing a mobile communication network, thereby realizing the non-screen three-dimensional control.
