Technical Field

Background
In the assembling process, the connecting piece mounting through holes of two or more layers of parts are connected, so that extra transverse stress brought to the connecting piece due to the reasons of wrong holes and the like is avoided, and the coaxiality between the holes is generally required to meet the requirement of a certain range.
The commonly used method for checking the coaxiality of the holes at present is to insert a pin rod with a specified diameter into the connecting hole, and if the pin rod can pass through the connecting hole, the coaxiality meets the requirement; if not, the coaxiality is not satisfied. However, the prior art has the following disadvantages:
firstly, the use method of the pin rod can be seen that the existing inspection method only can inspect whether the holes meet the requirements or not and cannot give specific deviation values;
secondly, data support of wrong hole amount cannot be provided for subsequent processing, and once the hole coaxiality does not meet the requirement, the subsequent processing is difficult;
and thirdly, the inspection is affected by stress, the degree of tightness of the inserted pin rod is different, the inspection result is different from person to person, and the conclusion is not completely consistent.

The method adopts a standard block and a matched measuring instrument to measure a maximum data value of each layer of connecting holes under the condition of installing the standard block, and calculates the deviation between the connecting holes of each layer according to the difference value of the data values to obtain the final coaxiality condition.
