Abstract

The invention discloses a method for drying a zipper cloth belt, which comprises the steps of firstly, enabling the cloth belt to be dried to pass through a blowing device or/and a suction device, enabling the blowing device to be aligned with the cloth belt to blow air to dewater the cloth belt, enabling the suction device to be aligned with the cloth belt to suck to dewater the cloth belt, and then enabling the cloth belt to be connected into a dryer to be dried. Before the cloth belt is connected into the drying machine for drying, the cloth belt is blown to dehydrate the cloth belt or/and is sucked to dehydrate the cloth belt, so that the water content of the cloth belt entering the drying machine is greatly reduced, the drying effect of the cloth belt is enhanced, and the energy consumption is reduced. Meanwhile, the invention only adds a simple blowing device and a simple suction device, and does not increase the equipment cost obviously.

Description

Method for drying zipper cloth belt
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of zipper production, and particularly relates to a zipper cloth belt drying method.
Background
As a common living article, the zipper is visible everywhere and has wide application, so that the life of people is more convenient. The zipper mainly comprises zipper teeth, a zipper head, a cloth belt, an upper stop, a lower stop and the like. In the manufacturing process of the zipper, dyeing, drying and the like are required to be carried out on a cloth belt, generally, the dyeing is carried out firstly, and then the drying is carried out, and the specific operation method is as shown in figure 1: winding a cloth belt on a yarn drum, placing the yarn drum in a dyeing vat, injecting dye liquor into the dyeing vat and circulating to color the cloth belt; after dyeing is finished, the yarn bobbin is taken out of the dyeing cylinder, the cloth belt 6 is taken out from the yarn bobbin 1, is connected into the dryer 2 and is wound on the drying roller 3 of the dryer 2 for drying, and the drawing is shown in figure 2.
However, the yarn cylinder taken out of the dyeing vat is fully wound with the cloth belt, the cloth belt is soaked with the dyeing solution, the cloth belt is directly put into the dryer for drying, energy consumption is high, and the drying effect is not ideal. One of the existing solutions is to increase the surface area of the drying drum, but increases the equipment cost and cannot reduce the energy consumption. The second existing solution is to increase the drying temperature of the drying roller, but the cloth belt is easily deformed or damaged, and the energy consumption is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a method for drying a fastener tape, which can enhance the drying effect of the tape and reduce energy consumption without significantly increasing the equipment cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a method for drying zipper cloth belt comprises passing the cloth belt to be dried through air blowing device or/and suction device, air blowing device aligning with the cloth belt to dewater the cloth belt, suction device aligning with the cloth belt to dewater the cloth belt, and then connecting the cloth belt into a dryer for drying.
The preferable technical scheme is that after the cloth belt is wound on a yarn drum for dyeing, the cloth belt is unwound from the yarn drum and then is pulled in a strip shape to pass through an air blowing device or/and a suction device, the air blowing device is aligned with the cloth belt to blow air to dewater the cloth belt, the suction device is aligned with the cloth belt to suck to dewater the cloth belt, and then the cloth belt is connected into a drying machine to be dried.
As the preferred technical scheme, after the cloth tape is connected into the dryer, the cloth tape is wound on a drying roller of the dryer for drying.
According to the preferable technical scheme, the air blowing device comprises an air blowing assembly and a water draining assembly, a tape threading groove for a cloth tape to penetrate through is formed between the air blowing assembly and the water draining assembly, an air blowing hole is formed in the air blowing assembly and is opposite to the tape threading groove, the air blowing hole is communicated with an air pipe, a water draining hole is formed in the water draining assembly and is opposite to the tape threading groove, and the water draining hole is communicated with a water draining pipe.
As the preferred technical scheme, the suction device is provided with a belt penetrating groove for the cloth belt to penetrate through, the suction device is provided with a water pumping hole opposite to the belt penetrating groove, and the water pumping hole is communicated with the vacuum pump.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
before the cloth belt is connected into the drying machine for drying, the cloth belt is blown to dehydrate the cloth belt or/and is sucked to dehydrate the cloth belt, so that the water content of the cloth belt entering the drying machine is greatly reduced, the drying effect of the cloth belt is enhanced, and the energy consumption is reduced. Meanwhile, the invention only adds a simple blowing device and a simple suction device, and does not increase the equipment cost obviously.
