The step-by-step lid opener 60 includes a pusher unit B, and a step-by-step conveyor 65, which is provided with a plurality of vertically arranged barrel-placing positions, and on each barrel-placing position, a material-containing barrel 35 is horizontally laid. Referring to fig. 16, the pusher device B includes two lead screws 37, i.e., a forward stroke lever 66 and a backward stroke lever 67, a forward stroke nut block 63 (serving as a reciprocating member in this embodiment) on the forward stroke lever 66, and a second motor 68, wherein the forward stroke lever 66 and the backward stroke lever 67 are respectively located below a forward stroke station 73 and a backward stroke station 72. The process nut block 63 extends upwards to form a process clamping block 630, the stepping conveyor belt 65 drives the process barrel 350 to move in a stepping mode, the process clamping groove 351 formed in the lower portion of the process barrel 350 is clamped into the process clamping block 630, and therefore the process nut block 63 can push and/or pull the material containing barrel 35. The stepping conveyor belt 65 sequentially and longitudinally steps the material containing barrels 35 to the position where the front ends of the barrels are aligned with the material receiving inlets 420 and stops (namely, a process station 73), then the pushing barrel device B transversely pushes the horizontally-arranged material containing barrels 35, the front ends of which are aligned with the material receiving inlets 420, into the batching device 7 through the material receiving inlets 420, the batching device 7 supplies materials to the material containing barrels 35, and then the pushing barrel device B transversely pulls out the material containing barrels 35 until the material containing barrels are transversely reset.
The process of the back-off is as follows. The back stroke rod 67 is provided with a back stroke nut block 62, the back stroke nut block 62 extends upwards to form a back stroke clamping block 620, the stepping conveyor belt 65 drives the back stroke cylinder 360 to move in a stepping mode, and a back stroke clamping groove 361 formed below the back stroke cylinder 360 is clamped into the back stroke clamping block 620; the stepping conveyor belt 65 longitudinally steps to drive the transversely reset material containing barrel 35 to the backward stroke station 72, the forward stroke barrel 350 becomes a new backward stroke barrel 360, the rear end of the material containing barrel 35 is aligned to the barrel outlet 5 of the shell of the burdening and refrigerating all-in-one machine 1 in the state, and the barrel pushing device B pulls the material containing barrel 35 out until the rear end of the material containing barrel 35 is exposed out of the barrel outlet 5 so as to be taken away by an operator.

Claims (10)

1. Cold-stored all-in-one of batching, including refrigerating plant and walk-in, refrigerating plant supplies cold to the walk-in, its characterized in that: the feeding device is provided with a material receiving area and a feeding device provided with a bin, and the feeding device supplies foodstuff in the bin to a foodstuff container positioned in the material receiving area; the refrigerating device is used for cooling the feeding bin.
2. The ingredient cold storage all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein: the refrigerator comprises a box body, wherein a storage bin, a feeding device and a material receiving area are arranged in the box body, and a refrigerating device supplies cold to the box body.
3. The ingredient cold storage all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein: the box body is a batching drawer.
4. The ingredient cold storage all-in-one machine of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the refrigerating device supplies cold to the material receiving area and the material supplying device.
5. The ingredient cold storage all-in-one machine of claim 1, wherein: the machine body shell is provided with a barrel outlet, and the end part of a foodstuff container which is positioned in the material receiving area and receives materials is exposed from the barrel outlet.

The ingredient cold storage all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein a pressure sensing base for receiving a foodstuff container is arranged in the cold storage chamber, the pressure sensing base comprises a base body and a pressure sensor, a buffer pad is arranged on the pressure sensing base, the buffer pad is axially aligned with the pressure sensor, and an insert block extends out of the buffer pad towards the foodstuff container, so that: when the foodstuff container is put in, the groove at the bottom of the foodstuff container is aligned with the insert block, and after the foodstuff container is put in, the insert block is positioned in the groove and laterally blocks the groove wall of the groove.

The ingredient cold storage all-in-one machine of claim 6, wherein: the recess cross section of foodstuff container bottom is the rectangle, the inserted block has two side by side, and two inserted blocks are located the recess after the foodstuff container is put into, and the cell wall that blocks two mutual orientations of recess respectively the side direction is in order to prevent that the foodstuff container from rotating.
