The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
An air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 9. The air conditioner 100 may be a cabinet air conditioner (as shown in fig. 1). In the following description of the present application, the air conditioner 100 is taken as a cabinet air conditioner as an example. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the air conditioner 100 may also be an air conditioner hook (not shown) or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an air conditioner 100, such as a cabinet air conditioner, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1, a duct assembly (not shown), a heat exchanger (not shown), a panel 2, an electric control board 3, and a panel actuating member 4.
An air inlet and an air outlet are formed on the shell 1. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the casing 1 may be formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and accordingly, the outlet port is formed in an arc shape, in which case the panel 2 is preferably an arc-shaped panel 2 to ensure the uniformity of the overall appearance of the air conditioner 100. Of course, it is understood that the housing 1 may be formed in an elliptic cylindrical shape, a prismatic shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, or the like, the intake vent may be formed at the rear or top of the housing 1, and the outlet vent is formed at the front side of the housing 1. Here, it should be noted that the direction "front" is understood as the side of the air conditioner 100 facing the user when in use, and the opposite direction is defined as "rear", i.e., the side facing away from the user. The air duct assembly is arranged in the shell 1. Optionally, the air duct assembly is a volute assembly.
The heat exchanger is arranged in the shell 1, the heat exchanger is arranged between the air inlet and the air duct assembly, the heat exchanger is located at the upstream of the air duct assembly at the moment, and air entering from the air inlet is conveyed to the air outlet through the air duct assembly after exchanging heat with the heat exchanger. The air conditioner 100 may have only a cooling function, and of course, the air conditioner 100 may also have both cooling and heating functions.
The panels 2 are movably provided at the outlet to open and close the outlet, as shown in fig. 1, the panels 2 are two, the two panels 2 are arranged in two halves, when the outlet needs to be opened, the two panels 2 move respectively in a direction away from each other, and when the outlet needs to be closed, the two panels 2 approach each other to close the outlet. At this time, one or more air outlets may be provided.
When the air conditioner 100 is in operation, the controller (not shown) in the air conditioner 100 can control the panel 2 to open the air outlet to blow out cold air or warm air, and when the air conditioner 100 is not in operation, the controller can control the panel 2 to close the air outlet to prevent dust and the like from entering the inside of the casing 1, thereby ensuring cleanness in the air conditioner 100. Wherein, the panel 2 can move against the outer surface of the housing 1 to open and close the air outlet, and thus, the occupied space of the panel 2 can be saved. It will of course be appreciated that the panel 2 may also open and close the outlet in other ways, for example pivotally. The panel 2 is formed with an opening 21 therethrough.
Wherein the panel 2 is a shielding material. Specifically, for example, the panel 2 may be a metal member, such as a sheet metal member, an aluminum alloy member, or the like, so that the entire panel 2 has a metal texture, and the entire housing 1 may be made of the same material as the panel 2, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance and the ornamental value of the entire appearance of the air conditioner 100.
The electric control board 3 is arranged on the inner side of the panel 2, therefore, the electric control board 3 is hidden in the air conditioner 100, the electric control board 3 cannot be seen from the outside of the air conditioner 100, and the aesthetic property of the air conditioner 100 is further improved. Here, it should be noted that the direction "inner" is understood as a side adjacent to the center of the housing 1, and the opposite direction is defined as "outer", i.e., a side away from the center of the housing 1. The electric control board 3 is provided with a sensing device which is suitable for being connected with a controller.
Panel starting member 4 is established in opening 21 department, and induction system and panel starting member 4 contact, and induction system senses touch panel starting member 4 and back panel 2 opens or closes the air outlet. For example, when the air conditioner 100, such as a cabinet air conditioner, needs to be started, a user may touch the panel starting member 4 with a hand, and after the sensing device senses that the panel starting member 4 is touched, the controller controls the panel 2 to move so as to open the air outlet; when it is necessary to turn off the air conditioner 100, for example, a cabinet air conditioner, the user may touch the panel actuator 4 again, and similarly, after the sensing device senses that the panel actuator 4 is touched, the controller controls the panel 2 to move to turn off the air outlet. In addition, for example, when the user needs to clean the air outlet, the air outlet can be opened by the control panel 2 in the manner of the touch panel starting piece 4, so that the user can clean the air outlet, and at this time, the air conditioner 100 is not started and the air outlet does not output air. It will be appreciated that the specific location of panel actuator 4 on panel 2 may be specifically configured to facilitate user touch based on the actual height of air conditioner 100.
Panel activation member 4 is an insulator, for example, panel activation member 4 can be a plastic piece, which is low cost and easy to machine, but not limited thereto. Therefore, since the panel starting member 4 is made of an insulating material, the safety of the user's operation can be effectively ensured when the user touches the panel starting member 4. Further, the panel actuating member 4 may be processed into a member having a metal texture to further enhance the aesthetic appearance of the overall appearance of the air conditioner 100.
According to the air conditioner 100, such as a cabinet air conditioner, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the panel starting piece 4 is arranged on the panel 2, so that a user can open and close the air outlet by touching the panel starting piece 4, and the operation of the user is greatly facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-6, the sensing device includes a sensing circuit and a resilient conductive member 31 electrically connected to the sensing circuit, and a free end of the resilient conductive member 31 abuts against the panel actuating member 4. Thus, the capacitance value between the elastic conductive member 31 and the atmosphere to between the elastic conductive member 31 and the hand of the user touching the panel actuator 4 changes, and when the sensing circuit senses the change, the controller controls the panel 2 to move to open or close the outlet. Moreover, since the elastic conductive member 31 has elasticity, the elastic conductive member 31 is always in contact with the panel starting member 4, so that the accuracy of the operation of the whole sensing device can be ensured. In addition, the safety of user operation is ensured because the insulating panel starting piece 4 is arranged between the human hand and the elastic conductive piece 31.
Alternatively, the elastic conductive member 31 is a conductive type compression sponge or a conductive type compression spring, but is not limited thereto.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, the sensing means comprises pressure sensing means (not shown) for opening or closing the outlet opening of the panel 2 when the pressure sensing means senses a pressure applied to the panel actuator 4. In particular, the pressure sensing device may be a pressure sensor, which is connected to the controller. Thus, when a user applies a certain pressing force to the panel actuator 4, the pressure sensor detects the pressing force and transmits a pressure signal to the controller, and the controller controls the panel 2 to move to open or close the outlet.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the remote control receiver 32 is disposed on the electronic control board 3, the panel activating member 4 has a touch area 41 and a remote control receiving area 42, and the panel 2 opens or closes the air outlet after the touch area 41 or the remote control receiver 32 receives a remote control signal transmitted through the remote control receiving area 42. That is, opening or closing the outlet may include the following two ways: first, touch area 41; secondly, by means of remote control, that is, the remote control receiver 32 receives a remote control signal transmitted through the remote control receiving area 42. The first mode is described in detail in the above description of the present application, and is not described herein again. As a second way, the air conditioner 100 may include a remote controller having a remote controller transmitter adapted to communicate with the remote controller receiver 32, the remote controller transmitter transmitting a remote control signal directed to the remote controller receiving area 42 (since the panel 2 is made of a shielding material, the remote control signal cannot pass through the panel 2 but only the panel activation member 4), and the controller controlling the panel 2 to move to open or close the outlet vent after the remote control signal is received by the remote controller receiver 32 through the remote controller receiving area 42.
The remote control signal may be a wireless signal, such as an infrared signal, a WiFi signal, a radio frequency signal, or the like.
The touch area 41 and the remote control receiving area 42 may be respectively formed in shapes convenient for a user to recognize, as shown in fig. 2, the touch area 41 is substantially circular, the remote control receiving area 42 is substantially hand-shaped, and a finger is pointed at the touch area 41.
Alternatively, the remote control reception area 42 is a translucent area or a transparent area, for example, the remote control reception area 42 may be made of a plastic or glass material. Among them, the remote control receiving area 42 is preferably a translucent area to further ensure the aesthetic appearance of the air conditioner 100 as a whole. Of course, it will be understood that the remote control receiving area 42 may also be a transparent member and a translucent film provided on an outer surface of the transparent member. The remainder of the panel actuator 4, except for the remote control receiving area 42, is non-transparent.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, panel activation 4 may be removably attached at opening 21. Thus, the mounting and dismounting of the panel activating member 4 is facilitated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6-9, a clamping structure is provided between panel actuator 4 and panel 2 to connect panel actuator 4 to panel 2, wherein the clamping structure includes an extension 43, at least one clamping rib 432, and at least one clamping latch 6, and extension 43 extends rearward from a rear surface of panel actuator 4. The extension 43 has at least one through hole 431 formed therethrough. For example, as shown in fig. 7, extension 43 is formed as an annular rib extending along the circumferential direction of panel activating member 4, and the shape of extension 43 is substantially the same as the outer contour shape of panel activating member 4, and likewise, the shape of opening 21 is adapted to the shape of extension 43 so that extension 43 can pass through opening 21. Of course, it is understood that extension 43 may be formed as a plurality of sub-extensions (not shown) spaced along the circumference of panel actuator 4, and the plurality of sub-extensions may be respectively provided with snap ribs 432 and through holes 431.
A first end of the snap fit latch 6 extends through the through hole 431 to beyond the side wall of the opening 21, the snap fit latch 6 being located at the rear side of the panel 2. Thus, by providing snap latch 6, panel actuator 4 is not easily removed from opening 21. Alternatively, the first end of the snap pin 6 is configured to be inserted through the through hole 431 and not easily withdrawn from the through hole 431 after being inserted through the through hole 431. Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 7, the first end of the snap-fit latch 6 has two elastic portions 61 which are opposite to each other in the radial direction and extend outward, the distance between the free ends of the two elastic portions 61 is greater than the length of the through hole 431, the two elastic portions 61 can move toward the center of the snap-fit latch 6 by being pressed by the side walls of the through hole 431 during the process that the first end of the snap-fit latch 6 passes through the through hole 431, and after the two elastic portions 61 pass through the through hole 431, the two elastic portions 61 can move away from the center of the snap-fit latch 6 under the action of their own elastic force, so that the first end of the snap-fit latch 6 cannot be released from the through hole. The second end of the click pin 6 has a stopper 62, and the stopper 62 is larger than the through hole 431 so that the second end of the click pin 6 cannot pass through the through hole 431, so that the click pin 6 can be firmly coupled to the panel actuator 4. Further, the outer circumference of the through-hole 431 is provided with a reinforcing rib 433 to improve structural strength at the through-hole 431.
Snap ribs 432 extend outwardly from the peripheral wall of extension 43 to beyond the side walls of opening 21, snap ribs 432 being located on the rear side of panel 2. Therefore, in the process that panel starting part 4 is pushed into opening 21 backwards, clamping rib 432 is pushed into the rear of opening 21 under the action of the side wall of opening 21, after clamping rib 432 crosses opening 21, clamping rib 432 is restored to the initial state and is right opposite to the rear surface of panel 2 adjacent to opening 21, and thus panel starting part 4 can be conveniently and firmly connected to panel 2 under the stopping action of clamping rib 432. Further, a side surface of click rib 432 adjacent to the rear surface of panel 2 is formed as a slope extending obliquely rearward from inside to outside so as to facilitate removal of panel actuator 4 from panel 2 without damaging panel actuator 4.
Therefore, the panel starting part 4 can be conveniently and firmly connected to the panel 2 by arranging the clamping rib 432 and the clamping bolt 6, and the structure is simple and the cost is low.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the air conditioner 100 further includes: automatically controlled board lid 5, automatically controlled board lid 5 covers and establishes on automatically controlled board 3, and automatically controlled board 3 is located between automatically controlled board lid 5 and panel 2 this moment, and automatically controlled board lid 5 is connected in the inboard of panel 2. Therefore, the electric control board cover 5 can play a good protection role for the electric control board 3.
Wherein, automatically controlled board lid 5 can be connected to the rear surface of panel 2 through the mode of buckle and screw thread combination, has both guaranteed the firm nature of assembly, has improved assembly efficiency again. Specifically, for example, one end of the electric control board cover 5 may be clamped to the panel 2 by at least one clamp, where the clamp simultaneously performs a positioning function on the electric control board cover 5, and the other end of the electric control board cover 5 may be connected to the panel 2 by a screw, so that the electric control board cover 5 is firmly connected.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, a panel bracket 23 is disposed at the rear side of the panel 2, a wire is disposed between the panel 2 and the panel bracket 23, the wire is connected to the electronic control board 3, and the wire is preferably disposed between the panel 2 and the panel bracket 23, and at this time, the wire is hidden between the panel 2 and the panel bracket 23, thereby further improving the aesthetic property of the air conditioner 100. Furthermore, the panel bracket 23 is provided with a detachable wire casing cover 24, and after the wires are installed in place, the wire casing cover 24 is fastened to the panel bracket 23.
According to the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the integral appearance aesthetic property of the air conditioner 100 is improved, and meanwhile, the operation of a user is facilitated, so that the use comfort level and the satisfaction degree of the user are improved.
Other configurations and operations of the air conditioner 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
