Aiming at the technical defects, the invention provides a device for disassembling and cleaning a filter screen of a wall-mounted air conditioner, which can overcome the defects.
The invention discloses a device for disassembling and cleaning a filter screen of a wall-mounted air conditioner, which comprises a box body, wherein a disassembling cavity with a right opening and a front-back through right side part is arranged in the box body, a lifting cavity with a right opening is arranged in the left end wall of the disassembling cavity, a disassembling device is arranged in the lifting cavity, a collecting cavity with an upward opening is arranged in the lower end wall of the disassembling cavity, a driving cavity with a forward opening is arranged at the rear side of the collecting cavity, a collecting device is arranged in the driving cavity, an air suction cavity with an upward opening is arranged at the left side of the lower end wall of the collecting cavity, a power cavity is arranged at the lower side of the lifting cavity, a main motor is fixedly arranged at the left side of the lower end wall of the power cavity, the main motor is internally and rotatably connected with a motor shaft which is arranged in the upper end wall of the power cavity, a belt cavity is arranged at the lower side of the rotary drum cavity and is positioned below the power cavity and the air suction cavity, cleaning cavities which are partially communicated with the disassembly cavity and are positioned above the power cavity are symmetrically arranged in the front end wall and the rear end wall of the disassembly cavity, a cleaning device is arranged in the cleaning cavity and comprises a supporting block which is arranged on the right end wall of the cleaning cavity in a sliding way, the upper side of the supporting block is provided with a cleaning block which can slide up and down along with the supporting block and can slide into the disassembly cavity, a cleaning sliding rod is fixed on the lower side of the supporting block, a cleaning guide rod is fixed on the lower side of the cleaning sliding rod, the top in clean chamber is provided with the intermediate chamber, the intermediate chamber is close to one side in dismantlement chamber is provided with and is located dismantle in the chamber upper end wall and the opening vibrations chamber down, be provided with vibrator in the vibrations intracavity.
