Background
Sludge is a product after sewage treatment, and is an extremely complex heterogeneous body consisting of organic debris, bacterial cells, inorganic particles, colloids and the like. The main characteristics of the sludge are high water content (up to more than 99 percent), high organic matter content, easy decomposition and stink generation, fine particles, small specific gravity and colloidal liquid state. Sludge is a thick matter between liquid and solid and can be transported by a pump, but is difficult to separate solid from liquid by sedimentation.
The purpose and principle of sludge treatment can be summarized as the following points: firstly, the stabilization treatment not only ensures the treatment effect but also prevents the generation of additional breeding organisms; secondly, harmlessness, namely treatment of harmful substances contained in the waste water; thirdly, the quantity is reduced, and the purpose is to facilitate transportation; and fourthly, making the best use of the resources and reusing the resource content of the materials as much as possible. Incineration treatment is the most thorough treatment method of sludge, and the greatest advantages of incineration treatment are that the sludge can be reduced in volume rapidly and to a greater extent, and no storage equipment is needed under severe weather conditions.
The incineration treatment of the sludge mainly comprises the steps of enabling dewatered sludge to enter a waste incineration power plant, and uniformly scattering the dewatered sludge into a waste incinerator for incineration. At present, a garbage incinerator and sludge incineration system which is low in operation cost, high in combustion efficiency and simple and convenient to control is an urgent key technology needed by a garbage incineration power plant.

Referring to fig. 3, when two main pipes 101 are symmetrically disposed, first branch pipes 102 therebelow are also symmetrically disposed. That is, the first bent portion of the first branch duct 102 below the main duct 101 on the left side is inclined to the lower right, and the first bent portion of the first branch duct 102 below the main duct 101 on the right side is inclined to the lower left, so that a blank region where cloth cannot be distributed is prevented from being formed at an intermediate position of the two main ducts 101.
The first branch pipe 102 is provided with a control valve 103, and the control valve 103 may be disposed at a first bent portion of the first branch pipe 102. Preferably, each first branch pipe 102 is provided with a control valve 103, and whether material distribution is performed through the first branch pipe 102 is determined by opening and closing the control valve 103 provided on each first branch pipe 102. The control valve 103 may be an electric ball valve, and may control the opening and closing of each electric ball valve through a pulse control structure. The control valves 103 may be opened sequentially or simultaneously; only one control valve 103 may be opened at a time, or a plurality of control valves may be opened simultaneously. When trunk line 101 includes two trunk lines 101 that the symmetry set up, the control flap of both sides can the symmetric control open, also can control respectively to open, specifically can adjust in real time according to the burning operating mode of reality.
The bottom of the first branch pipe 102 is communicated with a plurality of second branch pipes 104. Preferably, the bottom of each first branch pipe 102 is communicated with four second branch pipes 104, and the four second branch pipes 104 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the axis of the main pipe 101, and two second main pipes 104 are respectively distributed on two sides of the axis, see fig. 4 specifically. Through setting up second lateral conduit 104, increased the quantity of discharge gate, make it can be evenly with the scattering in the incinerator of mud "less and thin", make mud need not to carry out mummification in advance and handle, can be in the quick mummification of waste incinerator and burn, guarantee to the utmost that it does not influence the combustion situation in waste incinerator.
In one embodiment, the second branch pipe 104 is further provided with a sludge outlet 105, and the opening direction of the sludge outlet 105 is opposite to the opening direction of the sludge outlet at the bottom of the second branch pipe 104. That is to say, when the opening direction of mud discharge gate is downward, the opening direction of logical mud mouth 105 is upwards to, the opening direction of logical mud mouth 105 and the opening direction of mud discharge gate can set up on same straight line, thereby can lead to mud to second small transfer line 104, avoid the mud siltation.
Further, referring to fig. 2, the second branch pipe 104 includes an elbow part connecting the first branch pipe 102 and a straight pipe part connecting the elbow part, and the mud port 105 may be provided on the elbow part.
