Claims (10)
1. The liquid chlorine packaging integrated device is characterized by comprising a base platform (1) arranged on the ground, wherein a space for placing a liquid chlorine bottle (100) is reserved in the middle of the base platform (1), sliding tables are arranged on two sides of the base platform (1), a clamping mechanism (2) is arranged on each sliding table on each side, each clamping mechanism (2) comprises a clamping electromagnet (201) in sliding connection with the corresponding sliding table, the magnetic ends of the two clamping electromagnets (201) are oppositely arranged, a main push rod (202) is arranged at one end, facing the outer side of the base platform (1), of each clamping electromagnet (201), and the movable end of each main push rod (202) is fixedly connected with a shell of the corresponding clamping electromagnet (201);
the magnetic end of the electromagnet (201) is provided with a rotating assembly used for rotating the liquid chlorine bottle (100);
a track (3) is fixedly arranged above the bottom table (1), and a cleaning mechanism (4) is arranged on the track (3) in a sliding manner; the cleaning mechanism (4) comprises an injection part (41) in the middle and cleaning parts (42) positioned at two sides of the injection part (41);
the injection part (41) comprises a three-way valve (411) positioned on the upper part, the lower end of the three-way valve (411) is communicated with the injection shell (412), and the other two ends of the three-way valve (411) are respectively a cleaning liquid injection end and a magnetic powder liquid injection end.

The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a sleeve (203) sleeved with the magnetic end of the clamping electromagnet (201), a partition plate is arranged in the middle of the sleeve (203), one side of the partition plate of the sleeve (203) is sleeved with the magnetic end of the clamping electromagnet (201) and is rotatably connected with the magnetic end of the clamping electromagnet, and the other end of the partition plate corresponds to the axial end of the liquid chlorine bottle (100);
the fixed ring gear that is provided with in outside of sleeve (203), fixed sleeve motor (204) that sets up in casing one side of centre gripping electro-magnet (201), the motor shaft and the linkage of sleeve drive gear (205) of sleeve motor (204), sleeve drive gear (205) with the ring gear meshing in the sleeve (203) outside.

The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device according to claim 2, wherein an injection channel is arranged in the middle of the clamping electromagnet (201) on one side of the gas filling port of the liquid chlorine bottle (100), the injection channel extends towards the liquid chlorine bottle (100) and is provided with a chlorine filling nozzle, and the filling port of the liquid chlorine bottle (100) is coaxial with the bottle body of the liquid chlorine bottle (100);
a through hole is formed in the partition plate of the sleeve (203) and corresponds to the chlorination nozzle;
one side of the clamping electromagnet (201) far away from the liquid chlorine bottle (100) is provided with a liquid chlorine pipeline (5), and the liquid chlorine pipeline (5) is communicated with the injection channel.

The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the injection shell (412) is an arc-shaped shell corresponding to the liquid chlorine bottle (100), and a liquid inlet pipe is arranged at the upper end of the injection shell (412) and is communicated with the three-way valve (411) through the liquid inlet pipe;
liquid outlet holes are respectively formed in the two sides and the lower side of the arc-shaped axial direction of the injection shell (412), and liquid inlet holes are formed in the cleaning part (42) corresponding to the liquid outlet holes.

The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning part (42) comprises a cover body (421) corresponding to the liquid chlorine bottle (100), a plurality of cleaning blocks are placed inside the cover body (421), the cleaning blocks are hollow spheres and made of a metal material capable of being magnetically adsorbed;
the lower end of the cover body (421) is provided with an arc-shaped opening corresponding to the liquid chlorine bottle (100), and the upper end is provided with a cleaning part electromagnet (422);
two water filtering plates are arranged at the bottom of the cover body (421).

The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device as claimed in claim 5, wherein an open channel is arranged in the middle of the base (1), a lifting plate (11) is arranged below the channel, a lifting rod (12) is fixedly connected to the lower side of the lifting plate (11), a support frame for supporting the liquid chlorine bottle (100) is arranged on the upper side of the lifting plate (11), a roller is rotatably connected to the support frame, and when the liquid chlorine bottle (100) is placed on the support frame, the roller is attached to the bottle body of the liquid chlorine bottle (100).

The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device according to claim 6, wherein the injection casing (412) is symmetrically and fixedly provided with connecting rods (413) at two ends of the outer side wall of the arc-shaped surface, the connecting rods (413) vertically extend upwards to be connected with the sliding blocks (414), and the sliding blocks (414) are slidably connected with the track (3);
the sliding block (414) is provided with a moving motor (415) used for driving the sliding block (414) to move along the track (3), a motor shaft of the moving motor (415) is linked with a track wheel (416), and the track wheel (416) moves along the track (3).
8. The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connecting rod (413) is a screw rod, the sliding block (414) is provided with a threaded hole, and the sliding block (414) is in threaded connection with the connecting rod (413);
two connecting rod (413) upper end all fixed sets up a sprocket (417), connects through the chain between two sprockets (417), one of them set up lead screw motor (418) on slider (414), lead screw motor (418) through reduction gear set (419) with connecting rod (413) linkage.
9. The integrated liquid chlorine packaging device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the width of the channel in the middle of the base platform (1) is greater than the width of the lifting plate (11);
the two ends of the lower side of the channel of the base platform (1) are respectively provided with a bearing box (13), the lower part of the box body of the bearing box (13) is provided with two liquid discharge pipes, and the liquid discharge pipes extend to the inside of the base platform (1) and are respectively communicated with a sewage box and a magnetic powder liquid recovery box inside the base platform (1).
10. Integrated liquid chlorine packaging installation according to claim 9, characterized in that water baffles (14) are arranged vertically upwards on both sides of the passage of the base platform (1).
