Abstract
The invention provides a joint matched with a stop valve and an air conditioner testing system, relates to the technical field of air conditioners and aims to solve the technical problem that a sealing ring of the joint for connecting the stop valve is damaged relatively quickly in the air conditioner testing in the prior art. Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention provides a joint matched with a stop valve, which comprises a sealing ring 1, wherein a matching hole 11 is formed in the sealing ring 1, the stop valve can be inserted into the matching hole 11, and the stop valve presses the inner side wall of the matching hole 11 along the radial direction of the sealing ring 1 to realize the sealing matching of the stop valve and the sealing ring. Referring to the attached drawing, fig. 1 shows the structure of the existing joint, and fig. 2 shows the structural schematic diagram of the existing joint matching with the stop valve pipe body, and it can be seen from the diagram that the sealing ring is in sealing fit with the chamfer structure (conical surface) of the stop valve, when the stop valve is screwed in to a relatively deep depth, the condition exceeding the compression ratio allowable value of the sealing ring exists when the stop valve compresses the sealing ring, so that the sealing ring is damaged quickly; the joint matched with the stop valve provided by the invention can be seen from fig. 3-5, when the stop valve is inserted into the matching hole 11, the stop valve presses the inner side wall of the matching hole 11 along the radial direction of the sealing ring 1, that is, when the diameter of the matching hole 11 is reasonably set, the compression ratio of the stop valve pipe body 6 to the sealing ring 1 can be limited within a reasonable range, and even when the depth of screwing the stop valve is relatively deep, the condition that the compression ratio of the stop valve compresses the sealing ring does not exceed the allowable compression ratio of the sealing ring.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, it can be seen that the fitting hole 11 is a cylindrical hole, the right section of the end face chamfer structure of the stop valve pipe body 6 is fitted with the fitting hole 11, and the position of the stop valve pipe body 6 in sealing fit with the sealing ring is changed and the sealing mode is changed by adjusting the structure of the joint; and because the matching hole 11 is a cylindrical hole, the compression ratio of the sealing ring can not be influenced by changing the depth of screwing the valve into the sealing ring 1. So as to ensure the best performance of the sealing ring and prolong the service life of the sealing ring.
As an alternative embodiment, the joint further comprises a valve rod head 2, the sealing ring 1 is arranged on the valve rod head 2, and one end of the stop valve extending into the matching hole 11 can abut on the valve rod head 2. Since the valve tip 2 is a rigid member, the shut-off valve body 6 cannot be screwed in any further when the shut-off valve body 6 comes into contact with the valve tip 2. The specific structure may be as follows: an assembly groove is formed in the end face of the valve rod head 2, the sealing ring 1 is located in the assembly groove, and one end, extending into the matching hole 11, of the stop valve can abut against the bottom face of the assembly groove; the valve rod head 2 is provided with an internal passage 21 communicated with the assembly groove, and the diameter of one end of the internal passage 21 close to the assembly groove is smaller than that of the matching hole 11. Referring to fig. 3, it is shown that the diameter of the end of the internal passage 21 near the fitting groove is smaller than the diameter of the fitting hole 11, and referring to fig. 4, the shut-off valve body 6 is shown abutting on the valve tip 2.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3-5, a positioning protrusion 12 is provided on a circumferential outer side surface of the seal ring 1 on a side close to a bottom surface of the assembly groove, an annular limiting groove 22 is provided on a circumferential groove wall of the assembly groove, and the positioning protrusion 12 is located in the annular limiting groove 22. When the sealing ring 1 is arranged in an assembly groove on the valve rod head 1, the positioning lug boss 12 on the sealing ring 1 is positioned in the annular limiting groove 22 on the assembly groove, the annular limiting groove 22 is used for avoiding the positioning lug boss 12 on the sealing ring 1, and the sealing ring 1 is contacted with the bottom surface of the assembly groove, so that the positioning assembly of the sealing ring 1 is realized.
As an alternative embodiment, the inner ring of the sealing ring 1 is provided with a chamfer structure on one side close to the end part of the valve rod head 2; when the stop valve is inserted into one end of the sealing ring 1 and abuts against the valve rod head 2, the chamfer structure on the sealing ring 1 is not contacted with the chamfer structure on the stop valve. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, there is a chamfer structure on the right side of the section of the stop valve pipe body 6 in sealing fit with the seal ring 1, and when the stop valve pipe body 6 extends into contact with the valve rod head 2, at this moment, the corresponding chamfer structure on the stop valve pipe body 6 does not contact with the chamfer structure on the seal ring 1, namely, there is a space between the two chamfer structures.
Alternatively, when the shut-off valve is inserted into the seal ring 1 and the shut-off valve pipe body 6 is in contact with the valve rod head 2, the chamfer structure on the shut-off valve may be in contact with the chamfer structure on the seal ring 1, thereby further achieving sealing.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3-4, the joint further comprises a valve rod head 2 and a nut 3, the sealing ring 1 is arranged on the valve rod head 2, the nut 3 is sleeved outside the valve rod head 2, the nut 3 is fixedly connected with the valve rod head 2, and the stop valve can be screwed into the nut 3 and inserted into the sealing ring 1. The specific fixing manner of the valve rod head 2 and the nut 3 can be as follows: one end of the valve rod head 2 is pressed against the inner end face of the nut 3, the check ring 4 is installed on the inner side face of the nut 3, and the fixing block 5 between the nut 3 and the valve rod head 2 is limited between the check ring 4 and the end face of the stepped part of the valve rod head 2, so that the valve rod head 2 is tightly clamped inside the nut 3. In addition, the left side of the valve rod head 2 is provided with threads, so that the valve rod head can be conveniently butted with other joints or an air conditioner outdoor unit.
