s4, increasing a judgment condition of the locked rotor of the compressor when the current is larger than the set current threshold, comparing two values of U, V, W three currents with a preset current threshold, wherein the comparison process is carried out in a data processing unit, and when the two values are both larger than the preset high current threshold and the duration is 0.8S, judging that the locked rotor of the compressor occurs;
s5, further judging locked rotor, when the current of the compressor is increased, according to the ohm theorem P ═ UI, the loop voltage should be decreased, a low voltage threshold value is preset, and when the phase voltage corresponding to the increase of the two-phase current value is decreased, the locked rotor of the compressor is judged, the locked rotor of the compressor can be judged by the data processing unit only by meeting one condition;

s7, timing by the timing unit after the protector is tripped, wherein the recovery time is T1 during design, the preset recovery time threshold is T2, the T1 and the T2 are compared in the data processing unit, when the T1 is less than T2, the protector can recover automatically under the condition of no artificial interference, the locked rotor test can recover successfully, and the test is continued; when T1> T2, the protector can not recover by itself, the locked rotor test fails to recover, the test is terminated, and the compressor test needs to be manually recovered by manual recheck, so that the control and monitoring can be completed.
