Background
The stuck drill is an accident frequently occurred in the drilling operation, and the stuck drill mainly comprises falling objects, adhesion, collapse, sand bridge, necking and the like. The conventional stuck drill processing method comprises stuck freeing means such as soaking, explosion and the like. The well tracks of deep wells and ultra-deep wells are irregular, the stratum is complex, and the risk of drill sticking is high during drilling operation. As deep wells and ultra-deep wells have well depth and are complicated underground, the conventional unfreezing means cannot effectively unfreeze the borehole, and the borehole is easily collapsed by soaking unfreezing and explosion unfreezing, so that the borehole is scrapped.

The embodiment of the invention can be unlocked through water power, and the phenomenon that the conventional unlocking means cannot be used for effectively unlocking the well and the collapse of the well hole or the abandonment of the well hole cannot be caused is avoided.
The pin hole 11 is a screw hole, and the drain hole 12 is a smooth hole. One end of the shearing pin 3 is provided with a thread and is in threaded connection with the pin hole 11; one end of the pin is in a cylindrical structure and is in clearance fit with the pin groove 41 on the outer surface of the torque-bearing mandrel 4.
Furthermore, the torque-bearing mandrel 4 is of a cylindrical structure, the outer surface of the torque-bearing mandrel 4 is a stepped shaft joint, one end of the torque-bearing mandrel 4 is a cylinder with a larger outer diameter, and a pin groove 41 is processed on the surface of the torque-bearing mandrel 4; the other end of the torque-bearing mandrel 4 is a small-diameter cylinder, and an outer convex key 42 is processed on the outer surface.
Preferably, the number of the male keys 42 is plural, and the male keys are symmetrically arranged at the other end of the torque receiving mandrel 4, and the number of the upper joint key grooves 13 and the number of the lower joint key grooves 51 correspond to the number of the male keys 42. in the assembling position, the convex key 42 is matched and connected with the upper joint key groove 13 and the lower joint key groove 51, and one end of the torque bearing mandrel 4 can block the liquid discharge hole 12.
In the unlocking position, the male key 42 is engaged with the lower joint key groove 51, and both ends of the liquid discharge hole 12 communicate with the inside and outside of the upper joint 1, respectively.
The embodiment of the invention can be connected to the upper end of a power drill, and when in an assembling position, the torque-bearing mandrel 4 is simultaneously connected with the corresponding upper joint key groove 13 and the lower joint key groove 51 in the upper joint 1 and the lower joint 5 through the outer convex key 42, so that the threads of the left-handed threads at the connecting part in the upper joint 1 and the lower joint 5 are not loosened in the drilling operation process.
When a drill sticking accident occurs, a blocking ball 6 is put into the inner part of the embodiment of the invention, and the blocking ball 6 blocks the central through hole of the torque-bearing mandrel 4 and forms water hole pressure building. When the pressure rises to a certain value, the torque bearing mandrel 4 shears the shear pin 3 and moves downwards, the convex key 42 of the torque bearing mandrel 4 is separated from the upper joint key groove 13, the torque of the upper joint 1 and the lower joint 5 is relieved, the liquid discharge hole 12 is opened, the pressure drops suddenly, and the pump is stopped. And simultaneously, the drill stem is rotated clockwise, and the left-handed thread is loosened. And (4) lifting the pipe column to drop the hanging weight and then tripping the drill to realize releasing the stuck pipe.
Preferably, the outer surface of one end of the torque receiving mandrel 4 is provided with a sealing groove 43, and a sealing ring for sealing is arranged in the sealing groove 43. The number of the seal grooves 43 is at least two, and the pin hole 11 and the drain hole 12 are located between the at least two seal grooves 43 in the assembled position. The sealing rings are used for sealing the pin hole 11 and the drain hole 12.
Further, one end of the lower joint 5 is in threaded connection with the outer wall of one end of the upper joint 1. The other end of the lower joint 5 is provided with a connecting thread. The end face of one end of the torque bearing mandrel 4 is provided with a conical matching part used for matching with the plugging ball 6.
The upper joint 1 has a cylindrical structure and an outer diameter of 172 mm. One end of the upper joint 1 is provided with a reverse-rotation male thread which is in threaded connection with the lower joint 5. And a positive-rotation female thread is processed at the other end of the upper joint 1 and is in threaded connection with an upper drill string.
The lower joint 5 is of a cylindrical structure, the outer diameter of the lower joint is 172mm, and one end of the lower joint 5 is provided with a reverse-rotation female thread which is in threaded connection with the upper joint 1; the other end of the lower joint 5 is processed with a positive-rotation male thread and is in threaded connection with a lower drill string. The embodiment of the invention is suitable for the downhole power drill with opposite rotation directions to respectively drive the reamer and the pilot bit, and the reamer is not limited to a fixed wing reamer.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the embodiment of the invention can be unlocked through water power, and the phenomenon that the conventional unlocking means cannot be used for effectively unlocking the well and the collapse of the well hole or the abandonment of the well hole cannot be caused is avoided.
