The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the flash store disclosed by the invention comprises a framework 1 and a boarding assembly 2 connected to the framework 1 and used for dividing the interior and exterior of the flash store. The framework 1 comprises a rectangular top frame 3 and an underframe 4 parallel to the top frame 3, and a side column assembly is connected between the top frame 3 and the underframe 4. The side column assembly comprises a first column 5, a second column 6, a third column 7, a fourth column 8 and a fifth column 9 which are spaced and parallel. The floor 51 abuts on the underframe 4. The floor 51, the surrounding edge assembly and the inner sides of the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8 and the fifth upright post 9 form a movable space.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the opposite sides of the top frame 3 and the bottom frame 4 correspond to the end portions of the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8 and the fifth upright post 9, and the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8 and the fifth upright post 9 are all hollow and the inner wall of the end portion is sleeved on the first upright post 10. The first plug connector 10 is further provided with a first limiting part for locking the end parts of the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8 or the fifth upright post 9 and the first plug connector 10. The framework 1 is also provided with a resting flat plate 14 for displaying products, and the lower surface of the resting flat plate 14 is provided with an abutting part 15 for bearing the resting flat plate 14.

The shape of roof-rack 3 is the same with chassis 4, and the shape of roof-rack 3 and chassis 4 can be the rectangle support body, and roof-rack 3 and chassis 4 all include the bounding side frame 16 of the rectangle that a plurality of member splices formed, and bounding side frame 16 level sets up. The middle part of the surrounding frame 16 is provided with a plurality of bar pieces which are vertically staggered and fixedly connected to form a grid net 17. The top end of the grille net 17 is arranged flush with the top end of the surrounding frame 16.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, vertical first mounting grooves 18 are formed in the top end of the first plug connector 10 located on the bottom frame 4 and the bottom end of the first plug connector 10 located on the top frame 3, and two first inserting holes 20 are coaxially and horizontally arranged on two side walls of the mounting grooves in a penetrating manner. The first mounting groove 18 is connected with a first jump ball spring 22, and a jump ball of the first jump ball spring 22 passes through the first plug hole 20.
The first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8 are arranged in a rectangular array in accordance with the shape of the bottom frame 4, and are respectively positioned at four corners of the surrounding frame 16. First stand 5, second stand 6, third stand 7, fourth stand 8 and fifth stand 9 all set up in the cavity. The fifth upright 9 is located between the first upright 5 and the fourth upright 8 and is arranged close to the first upright 5.
Two coaxial first limiting holes 25 are respectively formed in the bottom end and the top end side face of the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8 or the fifth upright post 9. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, first reinforcing rods 28 are connected between the first upright column 5 and the second upright column 6, between the second upright column 6 and the third upright column 7, and between the third upright column 7 and the fourth upright column 8, and mortise and tenon joints 31 are arranged on the end portions of the first reinforcing rods 28 and the side surfaces of the first upright column 5, the second upright column 6, the third upright column 7 or the fourth upright column 8. A long rod 29 is arranged between the fifth upright post 9 and the fourth upright post 8, a short rod 30 is arranged between the fifth upright post 9 and the first upright post 5, a mortise and tenon joint 31 is arranged between the end part of the long rod 29 and the side surface of the fifth upright post 9 or the side surface of the fourth upright post 8, and a mortise and tenon joint 31 is arranged between the end part of the short rod 30 and the side surface of the fifth upright post 9 or the side surface of the first upright post 5. The first reinforcing bar 28, the long bar 29 and the short bar 30 are located on the same horizontal plane and form a stable bar group.
A door frame 32 is arranged between the first upright post 5 and the fifth upright post 9, and a hinge is arranged between the door frame 32 and the fifth upright post 9. The hinge is connected to the door frame 32 and the fifth pillar 9 by bolt members (not shown). The middle part of the door frame 32 is provided with a holding rod 33 for separating the upper part and the lower part of the door frame 32, and the holding rod 33 is arranged parallel to the underframe 4. The door 34 is formed on the upper part of the door frame 32, and the air holes 35 are formed on the lower part of the door frame 32. The user can hold the grip 33 so that the doorframe 32 is rotated with respect to the fifth post 9.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the abutment 15 comprises a first stub 36 located between the first upright 5 and the second upright 6, a second stub 37 located between the fifth upright 9 and the fourth upright 8, a first crossbar 38 connected between the second upright 6 and the third upright 7, a second crossbar 39 connected between the third upright 7 and the fourth upright 8, a third crossbar 40 connected between the first stub 36 and the second crossbar 39, and a fourth crossbar 41 connected between the third crossbar 40 and the second stub 37. The top ends of the first cross bar 38, the second cross bar 39, the third cross bar 40, the fourth cross bar 41, the first short column 36 and the second short column 37 are all arranged in a flush manner. The first short column 36 and the second short column 37 are arranged in a hollow mode, and two penetrating second inserting holes 21 are coaxially formed in the lower portions of the first short column 36 and the second short column 37.
The top end of the second plug connector 11 is vertically provided with a second mounting groove 19, the second plug connector 11 is horizontally provided with two second plug holes 21 which are coaxial and communicated to the second mounting groove 19, the first short column 36 or the second short column 37 is provided with a second limiting hole 26 corresponding to the second plug hole 21, a second ball-jumping spring 23 is arranged in the second mounting groove 19, and a jumping ball of the second ball-jumping spring 23 passes through the second plug hole 21 and the second limiting hole 26. When the first and second stubs 36 and 37 are connected to the second connector 11, the jumping ball of the second jumping ball spring 23 will pass through the second mating hole 21 and mate with the second mating hole 21.
The first and second stubs 36 and 37 of the abutting portion 15 are connected to the chassis 4 by being fitted to the second connector 11, and the second stopper portion of the second connector 11 can improve the connection between the first and second stubs 36 and 37 and the chassis 4.
The first stub 36 is disposed adjacent to the second upright 6 and the second stub 37 is disposed adjacent to the fourth upright 8. The bottom ends of the first and second stubs 36 and 37 are each provided with a second plug 11. A first stabilizing rod 42 is arranged between the first short column 36 and the second upright 6, and a second stabilizing rod 43 is arranged between the second short column 37 and the fourth upright 8. The end of the first stabilizing rod 42 and the first short column 36 or the side of the second upright column 6 are provided with a mortise and tenon joint 31, and the end of the second stabilizing rod 43 and the second short column 37 or the side of the fourth upright column 8 are provided with a mortise and tenon joint 31. Mortise and tenon joints 31 are arranged between the two ends of the first cross rod 38 and the side faces of the second vertical column 6 and the third vertical column 7 respectively, mortise and tenon joints 31 are arranged between the two ends of the second cross rod 39 and the side faces of the third vertical column 7 and the fourth vertical column 8 respectively, mortise and tenon joints 31 are arranged between the two ends of the third cross rod 40 and the side faces of the first short column 36 and the second short column 39 respectively, and mortise and tenon joints 31 are arranged between the side faces of the fourth cross rod 41, the third cross rod 40 and the second short column 37.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the mortise and tenon joint 31 comprises an object a44 and an object B45, and a mortise and tenon component connected between the object a44 and the object B45. Object a44 and object B45 are arranged vertically. The object a44 may be a first upright 5, a second upright 6, a third upright 7, a fourth upright 8, a fifth upright 9, a first stub 36, a second stub 37, a second cross bar 39, and a third cross bar 40. The object B45 may be the first cross bar 38, the second cross bar 39, the third cross bar 40, the fourth cross bar 41, the first stabilizing bar 42, the second stabilizing bar 43, the first reinforcing bar 28, the long bar 29, or the short bar 30.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the mortise and tenon joint component comprises a male buckle 46 fixedly connected to an object a44, a female buckle 47 mortise-tenon joint connected to the male buckle 46, and a sleeve 72 having an end sleeved on the male buckle 46 and the female buckle 47, wherein an end of the sleeve 72 far away from the male buckle 46 and the female buckle 47 is fixedly connected to an object B45. The sleeve 72 is disposed along the length of the object B45.
The male fastener 46 is U-shaped, the female fastener 47 is inverted U-shaped, the side surface of the male fastener 46 is provided with connecting holes 48 in a penetrating way, the top ends of the connecting holes 48 are flush with the top end of the male fastener 46, three connecting holes 48 are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the male fastener 46, and two adjacent connecting holes 48 form comb teeth; female fastener 47 is the U shape of back-off, and the side of female fastener 47 has seted up the mating holes 49 that link up, and the bottom of mating holes 49 sets up with the bottom parallel and level of female fastener 47, and mating holes 49 has two along the length direction interval distribution of female fastener 47, forms the broach between two adjacent mating holes 49. The comb teeth of the male buckle 46 extend into the matching holes 49 of the female buckle 47, and the comb teeth of the female buckle 47 extend into the matching holes 49 of the male buckle 46 and are in interference fit.
Two through holes 50 which are through and coaxial are formed in the two sides of the female buckle 47, a third jumping ball spring 24 is further arranged on the female buckle 47, and jumping balls of the third jumping ball spring 24 penetrate through the through holes 50; the sleeve 72 is provided with a through third limiting hole 27 corresponding to the jumping ball, and the jumping ball of the third jumping ball spring 24 passes through the third limiting hole 27.
The two ends of the first cross rod 38 on the abutting part 15 are respectively connected with the second upright post 6 and the third upright post 7 through the tenon-and-mortise joints 31. The two ends of the second cross bar 39 are connected with the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8 through the mortise and tenon joint 31. The third cross bar 40 is connected at both ends by the tenon-and-mortise joint 31 arranged between the first short column 36 and the second cross bar 39. Thereby 41 both ends of fourth horizontal pole are through setting up the mortise-tenon joint point with third horizontal pole 40 and second short column 37 and form the connection, compare in the mode that adopts bolted connection, and the first horizontal pole 38 of mode more convenient to use person's dismouting of mortise-tenon joint, second horizontal pole 39, third horizontal pole 40 and fourth horizontal pole 41 to convenient to use person installs butt portion 15.
The top ends of the first cross bar 38, the second cross bar 39, the third cross bar 40, the fourth cross bar 41, the first short column 36 and the second short column 37 are arranged in a flush manner, so that the contact area between the resting flat plate 14 and the abutting part 15 can be increased, and the stability of the resting flat plate 14 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the enclosure assembly 2 includes a first enclosure 52, a second enclosure 53, an upper enclosure 54, a lower enclosure 55, and a top cover 56.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the outer edges of the first surrounding plate 52, the second surrounding plate 53, the upper surrounding plate 54, the lower surrounding plate 55 and the top cover 56 are all provided with a covered edge 57, the thickness of the covered edge 57 is greater than that of the first surrounding plate 52, the second surrounding plate 53, the upper surrounding plate 54, the lower surrounding plate 55 and the top cover 56, the inner side of the covered edge 57 is provided with a slot 58, and the slot 58 is arranged in parallel with the first surrounding plate 52, the second surrounding plate 53, the upper surrounding plate 54, the lower surrounding plate 55 or the top cover 56.
The first enclosing plate 52 is located at the outer side between the first upright post 5 and the second upright post 6, the first enclosing plate 52 is arranged along the height direction of the first upright post 5, and a second clamping piece is arranged between the side edge of the first enclosing plate 52 and the first upright post 5 or the second upright post 6.
The second enclosing plate 53 is positioned on the outer side between the first upright post 5 and the fourth upright post 8, a passenger passage formed by a gap is formed on the second enclosing plate 53 corresponding to the shape of the door frame 32, and second clamp members are arranged between the second enclosing plate 53 and the fourth upright post 8 as well as between the second enclosing plate 53 and the fifth upright post 9.
The upper enclosing plate 54 has two pieces, wherein one piece of the upper enclosing plate 54 is positioned at the outer side of the upper part between the second upright post 6 and the third upright post 7, the other piece of the upper enclosing plate is positioned at the outer side of the upper part between the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8, and a first clamp part is arranged between the bottom end of the upper enclosing plate 54 and the first reinforcing rod 28. The inner side of the upper enclosing plate 54 positioned on the outer side between the second upright post 6 and the third upright post 7, the second clamping hoop members are arranged between the second upright post 6 and the third upright post 7, the inner side of the upper enclosing plate 54 positioned on the outer side between the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8, the second clamping hoop members are arranged between the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8, the lower enclosing plate 55 is provided with two pieces corresponding to the upper enclosing plate 54, and the top end of the lower enclosing plate is abutted against the bottom end of the laying plane. And a second clamp part is arranged between the inner side of the lower enclosing plate 55 between the outer sides of the second upright post 6 and the third upright post 7 and between the inner side of the lower enclosing plate 55 between the outer sides of the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8 and between the third upright post 7 and the fourth upright post 8.
The top cover 56 covers the top end of the framework 1, and a second clamping piece is arranged between the inner side of the top cover 56 and the surrounding frame 16 of the top frame 3. The surrounding frame 16 of the bottom frame 4 is provided with a first clamping piece corresponding to the bottom of the first surrounding plate 52, the bottom of the second surrounding plate 53 and the bottom of the lower surrounding plate 55.

The second clip member includes two parallel abutment plates 65 and a retainer plate 64 located between the abutment plates 65. The first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8 or the fifth upright post 9 are arranged between two abutting plates 65, one abutting plate 65 abuts against the inner side of the framework 1, the other abutting plate is arranged on the outer side of the framework 1, and the abutting plate 65 arranged on the outer side of the framework 1 extends into and abuts against the slot 58 of the edge covering 57 of the first enclosing plate 52, the second enclosing plate 53, the third enclosing plate 54, the lower enclosing plate 55 or the top cover 56.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the floor 51 abuts against the upper surfaces of the grille net 17 and the enclosure frame and is divided into two parts, and the edge of the upper surface of the floor 51 corresponds to the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8, the fifth upright post 9, the first short column 36 or the second short column 37 and is vertically provided with a through mounting opening, so that a user can mount the floor 51, and the interference between the floor 51 and the first upright post 5, the second upright post 6, the third upright post 7, the fourth upright post 8, the fifth upright post 9, the first short column 36 or the second short column 37 is reduced. When the floor panel 51 is positioned on the chassis 4, the floor panel 51 will abut and shield the top end of the first clip member.
At least two conversion middle plates 66 are arranged on the lower surface of the grid net 17, and the conversion middle plates 66 are positioned in the middle of the grid net 17 and the rod pieces are staggered; the lower surface of the surrounding frame 16 is fixedly connected with a conversion side plate 67 corresponding to the first connector 10.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the middle parts of the lower surfaces of the conversion side plate 67 and the conversion middle plate 66 are vertically provided with a first adjusting hole 68, the conversion side plate 67 is located on one side of the adjusting hole and is further provided with a second adjusting hole 69, the first adjusting hole 68 is screwed with a first screw rod 70, the bottom end of the first screw rod 70 is fixedly connected with a supporting leg, the second adjusting hole 69 is screwed with a second screw rod 71, and the bottom end of the second screw rod 71 is fixed with a pulley.
The embodiment also discloses an assembling method of the flash store.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: the assembling method of the flash store comprises the following steps: step one, mounting pulleys and foot supports, wherein a second screw rod 71 on each pulley is correspondingly screwed on a second adjusting hole 69; the first screw 70 on the foot support is correspondingly screwed in the first adjusting hole 68. Meanwhile, the first screw rod 70 and the second screw rod 71 are rotated, so that the bottom end of the foot support is lower than the bottom end of the pulley, and the foot support is firmly abutted to the ground.
