The invention relates to a high-performance steel wire rope which comprises a rope core and a plurality of outer layer strands, wherein the outer layer strands are coated outside the rope core; it is characterized in that the rope core consists of a central steel wire and an outer layer steel wire; the outer layer steel wire is coated on the outermost layer of the central steel wires; the periphery of the outer layer steel wire is provided with a compression arc surface facing the outer layer strand, the arc height h and the arc length l of the compression arc surface are respectively 0.1d < h <0.5d, 0.5d < l <0.8d, and d is the diameter of the outer layer steel wire. The invention has the advantages of high fatigue, high breaking force and low elongation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a steel wire rope, in particular to a high-performance steel wire rope.
Background
Under the working conditions that the steel wire rope has certain fatigue performance, particularly repeated bending fatigue, and the steel wire rope is required to have lower elongation and cannot generate excessive elongation along with repeated bending. As for the parts used by the fitness equipment, the service life and the use sensitivity of the fitness equipment are directly determined by the performance of the steel wire rope. Therefore, the steel cord for fitness equipment is required to have not only high bending fatigue resistance and high breaking tension, but also special requirements for the deformation characteristics, i.e., elastic elongation and permanent elongation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the high-performance steel wire rope, after the rope core is subjected to die drawing, forging or rolling, a compression cambered surface is formed on the periphery of the outer-layer steel wire; when the rope core is contacted with the outer layer strand through the compression cambered surface of the outer layer steel wire, the mutual extrusion and abrasion caused by fretting abrasion are reduced, so that the breaking tension and the fatigue resistance are improved; the elongation of the rope core is reduced through die drawing or forging, so that the elongation of the steel wire rope is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a high-performance steel wire rope comprises a rope core 1 and outer layer strands 2, wherein a plurality of outer layer strands 2 are coated outside the rope core 1; it is characterized in that the rope core 1 consists of a central steel wire 1.1 and an outer layer steel wire 1.2; the outer layer steel wire 1.2 is coated on the outermost layer of the central steel wires 1.1, a compression arc surface 1.3 is arranged on the periphery of the outer layer steel wire 1.2, and the compression arc surface 1.3 faces the outer layer strand 2; the arc height h and the arc length l of the compression arc surface 1.3 are respectively 0.1d < h <0.5d, 0.5d < l <0.8d, and d is the diameter of the outer layer steel wire 1.2.
