Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a lifting rib of a clothes treatment device and the clothes treatment device, wherein the lifting rib is arranged in a split mode, a user can conveniently detach a lifting rib main body from the side wall of a washing inner cylinder, the area between the lifting rib and the inner cylinder is cleaned, the clean environment in the inner cylinder is ensured, and the cleaning effect on clothes is improved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a lifting rib of clothes treatment equipment, which comprises a mounting base and a lifting rib main body which are separately arranged, wherein the mounting base is fixed on the side wall of an inner cylinder, and the lifting rib main body is detachably fixed on the mounting base.
In a further scheme, the mounting base and the inner side wall of the inner cylinder are provided with positioning structures which are matched with each other, and the mounting base is positioned on the inner side wall of the inner cylinder through the positioning structures;
preferably, the positioning structure comprises a positioning groove formed in the inner side wall of the inner cylinder and a positioning clamping jaw arranged on the mounting base, and the positioning clamping jaw of the mounting base is inserted into the positioning groove to be fixed so as to position the mounting base and the inner cylinder.
In a further scheme, the mounting base is also provided with a mounting hole for mounting a fastener, the fastener penetrates through the side wall of the inner cylinder from the outer side of the inner cylinder to be fixed with the mounting hole, and the mounting base is fixed on the inner side wall of the inner cylinder;
preferably, the mounting hole is positioned on one side of the mounting base facing the side wall of the inner barrel;
preferably, the mounting holes comprise a plurality of mounting holes, and the plurality of mounting holes are symmetrically arranged around the center of the mounting base.
In a further scheme, a sealing structure is arranged between the mounting base and the side wall of the inner cylinder;
preferably, the sealing structure is a sealing ring, the sealing ring is matched with the edge of the mounting base and clamped between the mounting base and the side wall of the inner barrel to prevent washing water from entering.
According to the further scheme, the lifting rib main body protrudes inwards from the inner barrel side wall, the lifting rib main body and the mounting base are provided with clamping structures matched with each other, and the lifting rib main body is fixed on the mounting base through the clamping structures.

In a further scheme, the mounting base is an annular underframe supporting rib, the outline of the underframe supporting rib is matched with the peripheral edge of the lifting rib main body, and the lifting rib main body covers the inner cylinder side wall of the inner periphery of the underframe supporting rib after being fixed on the underframe supporting rib.
In a further scheme, an accommodating chamber for accommodating a clothes treatment agent is arranged in the lifting rib main body, the accommodating chamber is provided with a through hole communicated with the inner part of the inner drum, the clothes treatment agent is outwards released into the inner drum, or air and/or liquid in the inner part of the inner drum enters the accommodating chamber;
preferably, the laundry treatment agent includes a liquid agent and/or a solid agent, and the through-holes include air-permeable holes and/or water-permeable holes.
In a further scheme, a thread scrap filtering structure for filtering thread scraps is further arranged on the lifting rib main body;
preferably, the lifting rib main body is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and a filter screen is arranged at the water inlet or the water outlet.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a clothes treatment device, which comprises an inner drum, wherein the lifting rib is arranged on the inner side wall of the inner drum, and the lifting rib is arranged according to any one scheme or the combination scheme.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the lifting rib comprises a mounting base and a lifting rib main body, wherein the mounting base is fixed on the side wall of the inner barrel through screws, and the lifting rib main body is detachably fixed on the mounting base.
2. The mounting base plays a role in mounting and fixing, and the lifting rib main body protrudes into the inner barrel to play a role in lifting water flow and clothes. In addition, the lifting rib can be internally provided with an accommodating chamber for accommodating a clothes treatment agent, or the lifting rib main body is also provided with a thread scrap filtering structure for filtering thread scraps; so, promote the muscle and not only can play the lifting action, can also play the effect of depositing clothing processing reagent or filter line bits simultaneously, make the function of split type promotion muscle diversified, make a structure play multiple action to reach and do not increase the cost, do not increase the effect of clothing treatment facility burden, both can improve clothing treatment effect, can alleviate economic burden again for the consumer.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

The structure of the lifting rib in the traditional clothes treatment equipment is shown in figure 1, the lifting rib 01 is of an integral structure and is integrally fixed on the inner side wall of the inner barrel of the clothes treatment equipment and extends in the axial direction of the inner barrel, so that the lifting capacity of water flow can be favorably improved, and the washing effect is enhanced. The one side that tradition promoted muscle 01 towards the inner tube lateral wall is provided with screw post 02, when the installation promoted the muscle, will promote the muscle as for the inner tube inboard, utilizes the screw to penetrate the screw post from the outside of inner tube in, will promote the muscle and fix on the inside wall of inner tube. As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the present invention provides a lifting rib of a clothes treating apparatus, comprising a mounting base 2 and a lifting rib main body 3 which are separately arranged, wherein the mounting base 2 is fixed on a side wall of an inner cylinder 1, and the lifting rib main body 3 is detachably fixed on the mounting base 2.
In the invention, the clothes treatment equipment comprises various equipment suitable for installing the lifting rib, such as a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like, wherein the washing machine can be a roller washing machine, a pulsator washing machine and the like. The inner tub 1 of the laundry treating apparatus is a washing tub or a drying tub directly contacting with the laundry.
The invention provides a split lifting rib, which comprises an installation base 2 and a lifting rib main body 3, wherein the installation base 2 is fixed on the side wall of an inner barrel 1 through screws, the lifting rib main body 3 protrudes inwards relative to the side wall of the inner barrel 1 and is detachably fixed on the installation base 2, so that a user can conveniently detach the lifting rib main body 3 from the side wall of the washing inner barrel 1, namely, the area between the inner barrel 1 and the cleaning lifting rib main body 3 can be exposed, the cleaning can be conveniently carried out under the condition that the outer barrel does not need to be detached, and the clean environment in the inner barrel 1 is ensured.
The structure, the mounting method, and the like of the separately provided lifting rib will be further described below with reference to a more specific example, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1-7, in this embodiment, the mounting base 2 of the lifting rib is fixed on the sidewall of the inner cylinder 1, and the lifting rib body 3 is detachably fixed on the mounting base 2.

Furthermore, the positioning claw 5 is of an L-shaped structure, and the positioning claw 5 is arranged on one surface of the mounting base 2 facing the side wall of the inner cylinder 1. The end part of the vertical section 51 of the L-shaped structure is fixed with one surface of the mounting base 2 facing the side wall of the inner cylinder 1, and the horizontal section 52 of the L-shaped structure extends along the circumferential direction of the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 and is matched with the positioning groove 4 to achieve the limiting effect. In cooperation with this, the positioning groove 4 is formed by partially recessing the inner sidewall of the inner cylinder 1 in the outer circumferential direction, the positioning groove 4 includes two openings, i.e., a first opening 41 and a second opening 42, which are communicated with each other, and the width of the first opening 41 is greater than that of the second opening 42. The width of the first opening 41 is greater than or equal to the width of the bottom surface of the horizontal section 52, and the width of the second opening 42 is smaller than the area of the bottom of the horizontal section 52 and not smaller than the width of the bottom surface of the vertical section 51. During installation, the horizontal section 52 of the positioning claw 5 of the installation base 2 firstly enters the first opening 41, then the installation base 2 is moved towards the second opening 42, the vertical section 51 of the positioning claw 5 extends into the second opening 42, and the horizontal section 52 of the positioning claw 5 is limited in the second opening 42. Thus, the positioning claw 5 is matched with the positioning groove 4 to position the mounting base 2.
The plurality of positioning claws 5 may be provided along the peripheral edge of the surface of the mounting base 2 facing the side wall of the inner cylinder 1. As shown in fig. 3 to 6, four positioning claws 5 are arranged on the periphery of the mounting base 2, and the four positioning claws 5 are arranged on the edges of two sides of the mounting base 2 in the axial direction, and are staggered up and down on one side, so that the positioning effect is further improved. The side wall of the inner cylinder 1 is provided with positioning grooves 4 with the same quantity and corresponding positions.
After the mounting base 2 is positioned on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1, in order to fix the mounting base 2, further, a mounting hole 6 for mounting a fastener is further arranged on the mounting base 2, the fastener penetrates through the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 from the outer side of the inner cylinder 1 to be fixed with the mounting hole 6, and the mounting base 2 is fixed on the inner side wall of the inner cylinder 1.
The mounting hole 6 is positioned at one side of the mounting base 2 facing the side wall of the inner barrel; the fastener is convenient to penetrate into the mounting hole 6 from the outer side, and the mounting base 2 and the inner barrel 1 are fixed. In this embodiment, the fastening member may be a screw or the like.
In order to enhance the fixing effect, the mounting holes 6 comprise a plurality of mounting holes 6, and the plurality of mounting holes 6 are symmetrically arranged around the center of the mounting base 2. As an embodiment, the mounting base 2 is arranged along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1, and two mounting holes 6 are respectively arranged at two ends of the mounting base 2 in the axial direction so as to achieve better fixing effect.
In order to prevent the washing water from entering the region between the mounting base 2 and the inner drum 1, a sealing structure is arranged between the mounting base 2 and the side wall of the inner drum 1. The sealing structure is a sealing ring 77 or a sealing strip, the sealing ring 77 or the sealing strip is matched with the edge of the mounting base 2 and clamped between the mounting base 2 and the side wall of the inner barrel 1 to prevent washing water from entering.
In this embodiment, the mounting base 2 is an annular chassis support rib, the profile of the chassis support rib is matched with the peripheral edge of the lifting rib main body 3, and the lifting rib main body 3 covers the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 on the inner periphery of the chassis support rib after being fixed on the chassis support rib. The chassis brace rod height is less, only plays fixed baseplate's effect, can not hinder the user to wash the inner tube lateral wall of being enclosed in chassis brace rod inside. So, when will promote muscle main part 3 and dismantle from mount pad 2, the inner peripheral wall that mount pad 2 centers on then is exposed completely, does not shelter from, and the user can be very easy clears up, improves the cleaning performance to the clothing.

The lifting rib clamping jaw 8 on the lifting rib main body 3 is of a deformable structure. The lifting rib main body 3 is arranged along the axial direction of the inner barrel 1, the lifting rib clamping jaw 8 is arranged at the end part of the lifting rib main body 3 in the axial direction, the lifting rib clamping jaw 8 comprises a connecting section 81 and a clamping section 82, the connecting section 81 and the lifting rib main body 3 are fixed or integrally formed, and extend for a certain distance along the axial direction of the lifting rib main body 3 towards the direction far away from the lifting rib main body 3; the end of the connecting section 81 is bent towards the center of the inner cylinder 1 and extends for a certain distance to form a clamping section 82. The clamping section 82 can deform under the action of external force to move, and is clamped in the clamping groove 9 of the base after entering the clamping groove. When the lifting rib main body is detached, the clamping section is pressed downwards by a user, the lifting rib clamping jaws are released from the base clamping groove, and the user can conveniently clean the inner cylinder side wall covered by the lifting rib main body.
Example two
As shown in fig. 8, this embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, in this embodiment, the lifting rib includes a mounting base 2 and a lifting rib main body 3, which are separately arranged, the mounting base 2 is fixed on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1, and the lifting rib main body 3 is detachably fixed on the mounting base 2. The lifting rib main body 3 is internally provided with a containing chamber 10 for placing a clothes treatment agent 11, the containing chamber 10 is provided with a through hole communicated with the inside of the inner drum 1, the clothes treatment agent 11 is outwards released into the inside of the inner drum 1, or air and/or liquid in the inside of the inner drum 1 enters the containing chamber 10.
The laundry treating agent 11 is added in the accommodating chamber 10, and the laundry treating agent can treat the entering air or washing water in the accommodating chamber 10 during the laundry treating process, or the air and/or liquid in the interior of the laundry treating tub enters the accommodating chamber 10 to dissolve the agent and then is carried to the interior of the laundry treating tub to play a role. The lifting rib main body 3 is detached and attached to add the laundry treatment agent into the housing chamber 10, thereby providing a new function to the lifting rib.
The laundry treatment agent includes a liquid agent and/or a solid agent, and the through-holes include air-permeable holes and/or water-permeable holes.
The laundry treatment agent may be a liquid agent, a solid agent, or both. Specifically, the laundry treatment agent may be an agent commonly used in a laundry washing process, such as a detergent, a disinfectant, a softener, a bleaching agent, a color absorbing agent, and the like, and may also be an aroma-enhancing agent, a mold removing agent, a deodorant, and the like used in a drying process. The through holes can be air holes and water permeable holes according to the diameter and are used for volatilizing or putting different reagents.
In this embodiment, the lifting rib main body can be directly mounted on the mounting base, and the lifting rib main body 3 and the side wall of the inner cylinder 1 are used for enclosing an accommodating chamber 10; or, the lifting rib main body 3 can be provided with the rear cover 12 towards the end surface of the side wall of the inner barrel 1, so that the rear end surface of the lifting rib main body 3 is plugged by the rear cover 12, the lifting rib main body 3 and the rear cover 12 are mounted on the mounting base 2 together, the function of lifting water flow is realized, and the function of storing the clothes treatment reagent is realized.
Further scheme is equipped with the promotion muscle that a plurality of components of a whole that can function independently set up on the inner tube 1 lateral wall, and interval evenly distributed on the internal perisporium of inner tube 1, and the inside of at least one promotion muscle main part 3 is provided with and holds chamber 10. Preferably, each lifting rib main body 3 is provided with a containing chamber 10 inside, and the through holes of the containing chambers 10 have different diameters and are used for containing different clothes treating agents. For liquid laundry treatment agents, smaller pore sizes may be used, and for solid laundry treatment agents, larger pore sizes may be used.
In a further aspect, the containing chamber 10 is divided into a plurality of mutually independent compartments (not shown in the figures) for containing laundry treatment agents, so as to simultaneously contain different laundry treatment agents; each compartment is communicated with the inside of the inner barrel 1 through at least one through hole. Thus, even if only one accommodation chamber 10 is provided, a plurality of immiscible reagents can be used at the same time, thereby saving space and achieving a plurality of functions.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, in the embodiment, the lifting rib includes a mounting base 2 and a lifting rib main body 3 which are separately arranged, the mounting base 2 is fixed on the side wall of the inner cylinder 1, and the lifting rib main body 3 is detachably fixed on the mounting base 2. The embodiment provides a clothes treatment device, which comprises an inner drum 1, wherein the lifting rib is arranged on the inner side wall of the inner drum 1 according to any one scheme or the combination scheme of the first embodiment to the third embodiment. The clothes treatment equipment comprises a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like, wherein the washing machine can be a roller washing machine and also can be a pulsator washing machine and the like.
