Abstract
The invention provides a manufacturing method of a tire for preventing a dog from approaching to urinate and defecate, which comprises the following steps: s1: the following raw materials were prepared: standard rubber STR20, butadiene rubber BR9000, zinc oxide, octyl phenolic reinforcing resin 203, an anti-aging agent RD, an anti-aging agent 4020, B-type microcrystalline wax, a special function expelling agent, carbon black N660, carbon black N330, environment-friendly oil, an accelerator NS, common oil-extended sulfur and a scorch retarder CTP. The tire prepared by the invention can release a smell during the use process, and the smell is very sensitive to the smell of dogs and makes the dogs dislike and dislike, so that the dogs are away from the dogs and dare not to approach the dogs.

s2: conveying the prepared raw materials in the step S1 to an internal mixer, mixing the raw materials in the internal mixer, and extruding the raw materials through a double-screw extruder at the lower end of the internal mixer to obtain viscous mixing master batch;
s3: adding sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator into the mixing master batch in the S2 by using an open mill, then performing tabletting operation by using a tablet press to obtain a rubber sheet, and conveying the rubber sheet into a rubber sheet isolation cooling device for cooling operation to obtain final rubber for later use;
s4: extruding the final rubber in the S3 through a cold feed screw extruder and a mouth-shaped plate to obtain a semi-finished product of the side wall;
s5: combining the inner liner, the tire body cord fabric, the steel wire ring, the belt ply, the crown strip and the semi-finished product of the tire side in the S4 on a forming device to obtain a green tire;
s6: and (4) placing the green tire in the step (S5) in a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization treatment to obtain the tire with the specific function.
Preferably, in S2, the internal mixer is an internal mixer of type XM 370.
Preferably, in the S3, the thickness of the final rubber compound is 0.6-1.0cm, and the width thereof is 78-82 cm.
Preferably, in S5, the forming device includes a laminating drum and a combining drum.

s3: adding sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator into the mixing master batch in the S2 by using an open mill, then performing tabletting operation by using a tablet press to obtain a film, and conveying the film into a film isolation cooling device for cooling operation to obtain final rubber with the thickness of 0.6-1.0cm and the width of 78-82cm for later use;

s5: combining the inner liner, the tire body cord fabric, the steel wire ring, the belt ply, the crown strip and the semi-finished product of the tire side in the S4 on a fitting drum and a combination drum to obtain a green tire;
s6: and (4) placing the green tire in the step (S5) in a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization treatment to obtain the tire with the specific function.
The tires produced by the first to third examples above release an odor during use that is very sensitive to the dog's sense of smell, making it unpleasant and unpleasant, and thus keeping the dog away from the ground and out of the way, and of these the second example is the preferred example.

s1: preparing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-55 parts of standard rubber STR 2035, 900045-65 parts of butadiene rubber BR 900045, 2.6-4.6 parts of zinc oxide, 2031-3 parts of octyl phenolic reinforcing resin, 1-3 parts of antioxidant RD, 40201.5-3.5 parts of antioxidant, 1.5-3.5 parts of B-type microcrystalline wax, 1.5-3.5 parts of special function expelling agent, 1.020-40 parts of carbon black N66020, 20-40 parts of carbon black N33020, 11-13 parts of environment-friendly oil, 0.5-1.5 parts of accelerator NS, 1.6-2.0 parts of common oil-filled sulfur and 0.1-0.3 part of anti-scorching agent CTP;
s2: conveying the prepared raw materials in the step S1 to an internal mixer, mixing the raw materials in the internal mixer, and extruding the raw materials through a double-screw extruder at the lower end of the internal mixer to obtain viscous mixing master batch;
s3: adding sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator into the mixing master batch in the S2 by using an open mill, then performing tabletting operation by using a tablet press to obtain a rubber sheet, and conveying the rubber sheet into a rubber sheet isolation cooling device for cooling operation to obtain final rubber for later use;
s4: extruding the final rubber in the S3 through a cold feed screw extruder and a mouth-shaped plate to obtain a semi-finished product of the side wall;
s5: combining the inner liner, the tire body cord fabric, the steel wire ring, the belt ply, the crown strip and the semi-finished product of the tire side in the S4 on a forming device to obtain a green tire;
s6: and (4) placing the green tire in the step (S5) in a vulcanizing machine for vulcanization treatment to obtain the tire with the specific function.
