Abstract
The invention discloses a linear directional conveying device for a cylindrical material with a cross section, which comprises rotary driving chain wheels, cylindrical material conveying chains, inner chain links, outer chain links, a motor, a fixing plate and a shell rotating planetary speed reducer, wherein the cylindrical material conveying chains are provided with two sets, each set of cylindrical material conveying chain is provided with two sets of rotary driving chain wheels, the two sets of cylindrical material conveying chains are symmetrically arranged from top to bottom, and the cylindrical material conveying chains are sleeved on the two sets of rotary driving chain wheels; the cylindrical material conveying chain is formed by sequentially and alternately assembling inner chain links and outer chain links. The linear directional conveying device for the cylindrical material with the cross section, which is described by the invention, solves the defects that the conveying material is deformed and abraded in the extrusion process by adopting the roller to extrude and convey the material, so that the material is damaged or the later use performance of the material is influenced; the multiple points of the chain links of the conveying chain are in contact with the conveying material, so that the conveying force and the conveying effect are improved, and the conveying material is better protected.

The cylindrical material conveying chain 2 is formed by sequentially and alternately assembling inner chain links 4 and outer chain links.

The inside of the rotary driving chain wheel 1 is provided with a shell rotating planetary reducer 6, the shell rotating planetary reducer 6 is fixedly connected with the rotary driving chain wheel 1, a motor 8 is directly connected with the shell rotating planetary reducer 6, and the motor 8 is concealed inside the shell rotating planetary reducer 6.
The whole motor 8 is fixed on a fixed plate 7 through a bolt, and the fixed plate 7 is arranged on a base which can be adjusted and moved; when the motor 8 rotates forward, the rotary drive sprocket 1 rotates clockwise, and when the motor 8 rotates backward, the rotary drive sprocket 1 rotates counterclockwise.
In the using process of the invention, when the cylindrical material conveying chain 2 above rotates clockwise and the cylindrical material conveying chain 2 below rotates anticlockwise, the conveying material 3 can be conveyed leftwards; conversely, when the upper cylindrical material conveying chain 2 rotates counterclockwise and the lower cylindrical material conveying chain 2 rotates clockwise, the conveying material can be conveyed rightward.
