the upper end of the kidney bag (1) is provided with a kidney bag opening (2), the kidney bag opening (2) is used for enabling a transplanted kidney and ice sand mixture to enter the inside of the kidney bag (1), the lower end of the kidney bag (1) is provided with a kidney portal opening (3), an external ring (4) is annularly arranged at the kidney bag opening (2), the external ring (4) enables the kidney bag opening (2) to support and expand, an internal ring (5) is annularly arranged on the periphery of the kidney bag (1), the internal ring (5) is placed in a patient body of the transplanted kidney, the outer surface of the kidney bag (1) is connected with a pull wire (6), two ends of the pull wire (6) protrude out of the kidney bag (1), the lower end of the pull wire (6) is connected with an internal pull ring (7), and the upper end of the pull wire (6) is connected with an external pull ring (8);
the external ring (4) is provided with a sealing cover (9) in a matching way for sealing the kidney bag opening (2), the sealing cover (9) comprises a sealing cover body (91), an upper cover (92) and a sealing cover connecting part (93) arranged between the sealing cover body (91) and the upper cover (92), and the upper cover (92) is tightly buckled on the sealing cover body (91) after being overturned;
an ice bag funnel (10) assisting in pouring ice-sand mixture is arranged at the kidney bag opening (2), the ice bag funnel (10) comprises an ice bag funnel inner opening (101) and an ice bag funnel outer opening (102), the ice bag funnel inner opening (101) is arranged at the lower part of the ice bag funnel outer opening (102), the ice bag funnel inner opening (101) and the ice bag funnel outer opening (102) are both provided with a large upper end opening end and a small lower end opening end, the lower end of the ice bag funnel outer opening (102) is inserted into the upper end of the ice bag funnel inner opening (101), and the ice bag funnel inner opening and the ice bag funnel outer opening are tightly attached;
the kidney bag (1) is provided with a kidney direction mark.
10. The method steps of a continuous cold storage system for a kidney transplant procedure of claim 9:
s1: the outer pull ring (8) is pulled up to pull the bottom of the kidney bag (1) to be flush with the external ring (4);
s2: placing the in-vivo ring (5) into the body of a patient through a surgical incision, and placing the in-vitro ring (4) out of the body;
s3: then the transplanted kidney is placed into a kidney bag (8), and the direction corresponds to the direction marked by the direction of the kidney;
s4: the upper cover (92) is turned over and then tightly buckled on the sealing cover body (91), and the sealing cover (9) is in sealing connection with the external ring (4) in a lifting and pressing fit mode;
s5: putting prepared ice sand into a sterile plastic bag, enabling the opening of the plastic bag to enter from the inner opening of the large-opening end of the outer opening (102) of the ice bag funnel and penetrate out from the inner opening of the small-opening end, turning the opening of the plastic bag outwards to wrap the whole ice bag funnel (10), and pressing and inserting the lower end of the ice bag funnel (102) wrapping the opening of the ice sand plastic bag into the upper end of the inner opening (101) of the ice bag funnel;
s6: clamping a plastic bag at the upper end of an ice bag funnel (10), opening an upper cover (92) of a sealing cover (9), inserting the lower end of an inner opening (101) of the ice bag funnel into an opening at the upper end of a sealing cover body (91), loosening the clamped plastic bag, and pouring ice sand into the kidney bag (1);
s7: the ice bag funnel (10) is pulled out, the upper cover (92) is turned over and then tightly buckled on the sealing cover body (91) to finish sealing;
s8: the transplanted kidney is pulled to the required operation position by pulling the inner pull ring (7), and whether the position of the kidney corresponds to the kidney identification direction on the kidney bag (1) is compared again;
s9: performing operation on transplanted renal artery and vein and external iliac artery and vein through the renal portal opening (3) and ureter anastomosis and suturing operation;
s10: the kidney sutured with the kisses is cut through a kidney portal opening (3) to move the transplanted kidney from the inside to the outside of the kidney bag (1);
s11: separating the sealing cover body (91) from the external ring (4), pulling the external pull ring (8) again to make the bottom of the bag higher than the position of the external ring (4), and taking out the internal ring (5) to finish the operation of the kidney transplantation.
